Brothers/Sisters/Children/Friends:
When we pray we should first of all confess our sins and praise God. Then, we should pour our hearts out to the Lord and commit everything to Him. When we are finished, we must say, "In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray...Amen." Only then will our prayer be effective. There are many in the world named Jesus but there is only One Lord Jesus Christ and He is holy and true. So, let us not say simply "in Jesus Name" as if we are ashamed of the Lord, the Word, and showing disrespect to God the Father. The Lord Jesus Christ Himself said, "whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive... And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it" (John, chapter 16, verses 23-24; chapter 14, verses 13-14).
Also, when we are sick or injured, let none of us rush to the doctor, quickly take medicine, pay for advice, etc., but we must first seek unto God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Doctors make mistakes but God does not.
