Last night I kept having vivid dreams that would wake me over and over, but one in particular stood out and has been with me all day today, so I thought I'd share it here. I don't know if it has any meaning or not, but I'm hoping putting it down in writing will help me.

At the start of the dream I was walking along a very busy highway full of traffic. I had my hands full (don't know with what) so I was concentrating on balancing so I wouldn't fall into the traffic. I made my way down the street and found myself at my Momma's house. Mom (who passed away almost a year ago) and my Pop (who has been gone for 15 yrs now) were both in the home they bought when they first got married. They were that age as well....I stepped out in the back yard, and froze because there were mean lions out there, so Mom told me to come back in and watch some home movies on the television. There was one lion in the house that snuggled up to me to watch with me very friendly. They were pictures of us when I was young and we were celebrating Christmas opening presents, having dinner. We were all laughing and enjoying the films when Mom turned off the TV and told me we had to stop watching because there was gonna be an earthquake in Hawaii. When I asked her how she knew, she just kept telling me 8.2 earthquake and shaking her head. Then as dreams do, I was suddenly in a hospital filled with all kinds of folks, some bleeding, some laying on tables, others looking for their families. Finally a nurse came and gave me a shot and let me leave....then I woke up.

There were other things that happened in the dream, but as dreams do alot of it has faded away as the day has gone on, but the parts I wrote above have stuck in my mind all day. unsure.gif

This dream still is with me...I can't shake it like other dreams I have had and remembered. I wonder if its because my Momma is on my mind so much as it will be one year since her passing on march 9th.
