In Mathew 21:8 Jesus is riding the colt during the triumphal entry into Jerusleum with people shouting, "blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD"

Afterwards Jesus says in Mathew 33:37-39 that Jerusleum will not see him again till they say, 'blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD'

Now the people of Jurusleum had just said this as He entered the city...so is Jesus referring to His 2nd comming at the end as described in Revelation or is he referring to those Christians filled with the Holy Spirit after His ressurection? Any insights appreciated.

I wonder if Ehud Olmert went to Jerusalem and said, 'I come in the name of the Lord' would you think that would be blasphemy?
