Today I downloaded the new version (11) of Windows Media Player to listen to an internet radio; the radio works just fine, but when I decided to go to voiceofevangelism (Perry Stone Ministries) website to listen to their good video files, got an error, saying that I had to check my proxy settings.

I clicked to "Tools" then "Internet Option" then "Advanced" and on the list, I checked "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections as I was told, but it don't work. I now see that Perry Stone too has a "free dowload" button for Windows Media Player, version 11. I checked it and it's the same page I downloaded mine from.
So the site is correct, but I done something wrong!

Please help me, someone! blush.gif I'm not too good with all these things... rolleyes.gif

I got version 11 and since then I cannot read my wave files from my digital recorder. I think I will just go back to version nine. Ten is ok but I am not that "up" on the "new look"either. Bigger is not always better they say. I got version 7 of Internet Explore too. A lot of "new" to navigate. maybe you can select "open with Real Player. I downloaded that as an optional player and it seems better just now.
