and its also a bad thing to have water a substitute for power coz think about it this before gas was abundant like water but know is scarce so maybe in the near future water would be like gasoline and who knows oxygen

It is so very dangerous to separate Hydrogen from Oxygen and store the Hydrogen. Hydrogen is so volatile, so combustable. There would be one way to use a Hydrogen powered car. And that is filling a tank with water and using a battery and separating the H from the O, but it gets gloomy there.
Do you know what element is given off from burning Hydrogen? I think it would be far deadlier than Carbon Monoxide, I don't know.
