besotted – smitten, obsessed, fanatical, head over heels in love, infatuated, love-struck
I am besotted over you, My beloved – besotted, absolutely besotted. Look into the eyes of your King. What do you see? Do you see a King Who is in love with His bride? Do you see a King Who is eager to return and take His bride into that glorious place that He has prepared for her? Just what do you see, dear one?
Let Me open your eyes to some truths. Let Me tell you what is on My heart tonight. I want you to look on the love that I have for you as a rare and wondrous gift. I want you to behold the splendor that is wrapped up in this wonderful gift, this wonderful gift of My love. I want you to know that My love is tender, yet it is strong.
Great strength lies in the love of your Creator – GREAT strength. Look on it as such, beloved. Look on this tender love that I possess for My beloved as a love of great strength. It can level mountains, calm seas, and divide great bodies of water. It can heal a broken heart tenderly. It can kiss away all hurts. Yes, dear one, this love of the Almighty’s has great strength and great tenderness within. There is no match for it – no match whatsoever!
I want you to know this wonderful truth also, dear one. I want you to know that My love for you is endless and it knows no boundaries. It is GREAT! Nothing compares with this love, dear heart. Yes, nothing compares with this wonderful love that I possess for you, My beloved.
Let Me see now, great strength and tenderness, a love with no limits, no boundaries, and a love that is given freely to whosoever will receive it. That is the love that your besotted King of glory has for you, His bride, His own. Those are some words that define that wonderful love that I have for you, dear one.
And I will tell you something else, too, dear child of the living God. When I come to take you to your heavenly abode, there will be great rejoicing – GREAT rejoicing. But no one will rejoice as long and as loud as your King – your King Who is totally besotted with His bride – His very own companion for all eternity. No one will be as happy as your Bridegroom – your totally besotted Bridegroom, the One Who is totally and happily in love with His bride – His very own prized possession, who is His for all eternity.
Think on these words, beloved, and then get back to Me with any questions you might have on this subject – this subject about your besotted Bridegroom. Yes, get back to Me on this subject, for it is My very favorite – it is My very own favorite, and I would like for it to be yours, too!!!



Honor the Lord!

“Then you must celebrate the Festival of Harvest to honor the LORD your God. Bring him a freewill offering in proportion to the blessings you have received from him.” Deuteronomy 16:10 NLT.

When we show honor unto our Lord, we are focusing upon Him and not upon our own lives as more important than our creators! This is time for us all to review the Lord and His absolute Kingship and authority to His creation. We must show honor where honor is due. The Lord is an awesome God and when we take time to honor Him, He is pleased because He knows that is a deep form of respect to our maker and redeemer. Take a moment and simply pause to honor the Lord. When you think of how you may show that honor, simply bring your first fruits unto the Father and bless His house.

Always keep that heart of blessing the Lord and then display it by sowing unto the Lord your freewill offerings. When you honor the Lord and bless His ministry and His called ones, you receive far much more than you can ever calculate in earthly treasures! By honoring the Lord, we are saying this life is good because of Him and to die is to be with Him forever. We know that giving tribute unto Him is a please now with eternal rewards.

“For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.” Romans 14:7-8 NIV. (Emphasis added). We live unto the Lord to bring Him honor and He loves to see us do this as a freewill offering unto our God. When you give Him Praise and Resources you Honor the Lord!







There is another high profile leader who will soon lead many astray through lies and deception. Has this not happened in the past? Surely you do not think I will forever tolerate this behavior. I have sent my prophets to lay the hearts bare. When this is done, the only righteous thing to do is to confess, repent and get accountable to someone. My body has a stench from cancerous growth of evil and hidden things for lack of transparency and openness with one another. If you have made yourself a king or if you are submitted to someone who has made themselves to be powerful as a king with no true accountability, run away as fast as you can. Search out for yourself a prophet who will tell you the raw truth and help you dig out the roots of deception. Make a decision today that you will trust in My prophets.

Colossians 2:8 "See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ." 2 Chronicles 20:20 "And they rose early in the morning and went out to the wilderness of Tekoa; and when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, "Listen to me, O Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, put your trust in the Lord your God, and you will be established. Put your trust in His prophets and succeed."





STAY THANKFUL

Colossians 3:17 says, "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and (even) the Father by him.

Sometimes we get so taken up with our personal "problems" that we forget to be thankful. I sometimes tend to forget there is power in praise and thankfulness. You would think that those thoughts would always be uppermost in my mind. After all, hasn't the name of this publication been Praise and Power for nine years now. God inspired Milford to use this name to keep reminding us that there is power in praise. Praise implies thankfulness. I can not praise God with an unthankful heart. And without thankfulness and praise there can be little power.

We often think about giving thanks at the time of year we call "Thanksgiving." But in God's way of thinking every day, every minute, should be a time of thankfulness to Him. Call it whatever you want to �" thanksgiving, praise, adulation, adoration, blessing, an expression of gratitude, gratefulness �" it is an expression of thankfulness for benefits received.

"Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God." (Philippians 4:6 Amplified Bible)

"In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." (I Thessalonians 5:18)

God does not tell us to be thankful for the circumstances and situation we find ourselves in. He does not tell us to be thankful for illnesses, stalled cars, lack of money or accidents. I Thessalonians 5:18 does not say, "FOR everything give thanks . . ." It tells us, "IN everything give thanks . . ." Give thanks to or for what, then? "Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever." (Psalm 106:1) We stay thankful to God. This is His will for us.

What happens when we stay thankful? For one thing we become someone that people like to befriend. It is much more pleasant being around a sincerely thankful person than to be around a whiner or a complainer, people who always want to make sure you know all about their problems and ailments. It is impossible to whine and complain and be thankful to God at the same time. Try it sometime if you feel like it. It doesn't work. When we stay thankful it enhances our believing God. We will see the power of God at work in our lives. People will be blessed. Miracles will happen. Healings will take place. God dwells in praises to Him. "But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel." (Psalm 22:3)

We take our need to God with thankful hearts. When the adversary is really attacking us with all his power, we go to a fellow believer to join us in prayer about our need. God is faithful to His promises.

Even in our weakness God makes us strong as we trust His Word. "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." (II Corinthians 12:9)

I am thankful to God for His great plan of salvation, and that He loved even me, enough to make me His child. I thank God for life, for having fulfilled His promises to me �" for health, for protection from, or guidance through tragedies. I thank Him for the fellowship and support of like-minded believers who love me. "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19)

"By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name." (Hebrews 13:15)

"Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name." (I Chronicles 29:13)

The Lord has been speaking to me much in the night watches and I believe is directing me to post some of those messages. Heard recently is the following...

You Are a Chosen One

My child, you are a chosen one, yes, My little one, I have chosen you to be an end time handmaiden. The time will come when you will direct many of my people on how to prepare physically for tribulation. I shall send others forth to teach My people how to be prepared spiritually for the dark days of tribulation. You have received much information on how to store food and other essentials to prepare for times of lack. Yes, you have been rejected when I told you to 'tell My people' so I have directed you to post many of those messages on you Web site. As yet they have been found by few but in My timing I shall direct many to this source and you shall receive many enquiries. O, My child, do not be concerned for I shall bring all knowledge back to your mind and you shall deliver it when you have need.

So many of My people declare, "My God will take care of Me and supply all my needs." Yes, they speak correctly for I shall care for My own but it is My desire that My people obtain all knowledge of preparing for tribulation times and put into being storehouses of food and other essentials. They need to do this with the right mindset...that of being able to help others rather than themselves.

I will use My people in powerful ministries of supplying food to unbelievers when times of famine come and in so doing countless numbers shall come unto Me. My Word is truth and all the words spoken by the prophets of old shall surely come into being.

Behold the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy. To deliver their souls from death, and to keep them alive in famine. (Psa. 33:18,19)

You shall go forth, My child, and proclaim the words I shall give you. Some will hear and obey and some will ignore My words to their sorrow. You, My child, shall speak them forth, whether or not they are received.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. and there will be famines, pestilences and earthquakes in various places. (Matt 24:7)

These words are truth, found in Scripture and shall surely come to pass as tribulation increases. In fact you are seeing these disasters in many parts of the world today.

O, My child, you are thinking, "Lord, how can I do this? I can barely see and I can hardly walk." O, ye of little faith. I never send anyone forth without equipping them for the task which I have set before them. Did I not open the eyes of the blind and heal the lame when I walked upon earth and am I not the same yesterday, today and forever? In a moment of time I can totally heal your body and set you free of disease and infirmity. When I send you forth you shall be well and strong and ready to speak My words.

My child, I shall cause those to whom I have given like messages, to draw along beside you to confirm what you are hearing. You shall not be alone in what I have called you to do.

Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people. But the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. (Isa. 60:1,2)

A Prophetic Series Defining How To Wage the Present War
1. How to Begin: Come Before the Lord to Wait in Stillness


Now for the remainder of this season, focus on the war. It is a war based on judgment from the Most High, for the courts of heaven ARE in session. It is a war of words, the word of God, to execute the judgment written. It is a war done in great peace and assurance of victory. The way I wage war is so different from the world. Know this then, that it is done in peace and stillness, coming before God to understand the command, "Be still and know that I am God," and then going out to speak and declare the judgment written, the judgment you hear in the throne room of God where the courts are set up.
Hallelujah! Let it begin, says the Lord God, Yahweh Who Judges.

Psalm 149:5 Let the saints be joyful in the glory and beautify [which God confers upon them]; let them sing aloud on their beds,
6 Let the high praises of God be in their throat and a two-edged sword in their hands
7 To wreak vengeance upon the nations and chastisement upon the peoples
9a to execute upon them the judgment written.

2. How To Remain Safe in the Battle: Stay Low
November 11, 2006 (Veteran's Day)

Yahweh Who Judges speaks: I utter judgment upon the nations. I stand, I arise to judge. The nations shall come to the valley of Jehoshaphat - Yahweh Who Judges - and they shall there confront the army of God.
My bride and My church will play a key role in declaring the judgments already written. My bride will reside in My courtroom with Me. My church will be watching, observing. This will all take place in the spirit; it is a spiritual battle.
Take up your sword! It is the year of clashing swords. Take up the challenge, to have a warrior mentality. Know that this warfare flows out of worship at wworship's highest level and takes place in the throne room of God.
The battle belongs to the Lord. Stand in awe and reverence. Avoid any notion of human strength or accomplishment. Have NO pride or personal glory in this effort that would taint it, or you. Tremble before the Lord Almighty, Yahweh Who Judges, and WAIT upon Him in awe and holy fear. Take no action on your own, in your own leading or outside His timing.
You must listen and heed this, for the stakes are very high and this could be your downfall. Be meek and humble and lowly. Stand in awe and reverence, for this is a high and holy calling that is to be approached only in the most abject emptiness and humility in order to remain safe and effective in the battle. Remember the cloak of humility! As soon as you take on the pride of life, you align with Satan, the enemy, and the loss suffered will be great. Stay low. Truly humble yourselves and I will exalt you.

Joel 3:2 I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat and there will I deal with and execute judgment upon them for My people...

3. How To Understand the War's Purpose: A Witness to Evil Powers
November 12, 2006

Arise, O God, show forth your strength, and let your enemies be scattered. (Ps. 68:1) let it be then according to My word spoken from your mouth. I arise. Let God arise. Let his enemies now be scattered.
Arise, O people of God, for it is through you that God's enemies will be scattered and utterly reduced to ruin. Let the promise of Ephesians be fulfilled now, that powers of darkness will see in the Gideon church, the fearful, weak, beleaguered church, the power of God revealed and demonstrated.

Ephesians 3: 10 AMP [The purpose is] that through the church the complicated, many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects might now be made know to the angelic rulers and authorities (principalities and powers) in the heavenly sphere.

Do Not Allow Others To Distract You



Do not allow others to distract you. But maintain your obedience in accomplishing the directives that I have given unto you. Do not continue to look to the things that go on around you, and what others are doing and saying, but keep your eyes plainly upon My Face.

There is much activity, but not all is Mine.

There is much speaking, but all is not of My Voice.

There are many plans being laid out, but only those that are birthed within you, that came from My Mind and from My Heart, will you be able to accomplish.

Focus your thoughts firmly upon Me and upon the path ahead.

My Cherubim are in the earth, and My Sword is in their hands. My Glory is now bringing the breakthroughs. You see this now intensifying in the natural and in the spirit. What I am doing can be plainly seen, for those who have eyes to see. Take nothing for granted, but work while there is light to work.

The pressures and the diversions will only increase as time accelerates. Many will fall under the pressures and many will be diverted because they have not learned to abide in Me. But you must focus and continue to walk closely with Me, and to remain on your task that I have given to you. All that you have been entrusted with, comes from me, and I have enabled you to stand, for you stand complete in Me.

Count it all joy when the trials come, but learn to embrace each one. For they only add to the deposit that is already within you, as you move through them, under My leading. Everything that happens to you, and through your life, only adds to that which I have already given to you, and it even deepens our union, as you remain yoked with Me.

Take each step with new liberty and move forth with confidence.

I am always at work.



Beloved, now is the time to rise above the darkness that tries to engulf you. The ultimate price was paid at the Cross of Calvary for your salvation, deliverance and healing. Be renewed in hope and receive by faith the promises afforded you, says the Lord. You have two choices; you can either give up and accept certain defeat, or you can overcome and gain the victory.

Psalms 42:5 Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance.

NOVEMBER 24th 2006:

+ When one's "spirit man" is not in ascendency over their soul and body then "fear" seems so very real to them - and faith so distant.

+ The laws [principles] of increase [working through faith, obedience and love] both supercede and "automatically" bring to pass the "law of divine restoration" in one's life.

+ Perfect obedience brings forth the "necessary confrontation" in the lives of My children. Disobedience brings forth [fuels] a fear of the "necessary confrontation" - and a departure from "intimate" fellowship with Me, through that fear. This paints an "illusion" [deception] in those who hold to "their" fears, and thus they hinder greatly the "work" [the deepest work of the Cross] that I desire to do in them through My Spirit! Truly I say to you, as they "seek" a thorough repentance - and begin to exercise "obedience" in the very areas that they feared to confront - it shall seem as nothing to them [of no previous consequence] at all as they continue on in the path that I have set out before them. For My love continually "shed abroad" in their heart will have brought them to the place where death (and the darkness thereof) are under their feet - for all time.

+ When My children "sow their financial seeds" in a spirit of self-seeking [self-glory] - into "dead works", then it is the same as if a man planting a garden took the seeds that he had and instead of planting them in the "good ground", he threw them in a "garbage can". Rejoice, My beloved ones, for as you will turn your hearts "wholly" towards Me I am both willing and able to "recover" any seed which you have lost or "misplaced", and as you begin to abide in the law(s) of divine increase you will begin to "automatically" recover "all" that which Satan has stolen from you. And I shall surely show you how to plant that very same seed "properly", and you shall reap the "true harvest" that I had planned for you from before the foundations of the earth.

+ Those of My children who still "compete" are not yet "complete"!

+ "Seed" [spirit, soul, body and/or financially] must be sown in perfect obedience" [revelation + the leading of the Holy Spirit].

+ The "fasted life" is the key to a "continuous" flow of "revelation".

+ Revelation knowledge "supercedes" the "thought-life" - and "any" fear that Satan attempts to inject therein.

+ If I did not make the "Perfect Provision" [Jesus the Christ] for each and every one of My children to "abide" in perfect obedience then I would not have required it of them.

NOVEMBER 23rd 2006:

+ The beginning of wisdom is the "holy desire" to acquire wisdom.

+ When one of My children "gives" (walks in love - obedience) spirit, soul, body or financially there shall always spring forth a superabundant outpouring of "joy" in their heart, and this very joy is the "catalyst" of the strength, the power and the "burning desire" to continue on in perfect obedience - in all things.

+ The eternal salvation of any given "unregenerated" man does not rest upon the "money-making schemes" of the "church"!

+ The S(s)pirit of self-denial (self-control) supercedes the spirit of self-indulgence.

+ Words" are everything because "words" are either "containers" and "vehicles" for My faith and My love - produced by abiding in My Word, or for the unbelief, selfishness and fear that "alignment" with the lies of Satan produces!"....

+ The sole motivation for every child of God should be this one thing: to love Me - the Lord their God - with all of their heart, with all of their soul, with all of their strength and with all their mind. For it is only in this way that they shall continually “acheive” [by the power of My Spirit] "maximum results" in all that they are called to do.

+ If one of My children truly desires to change their circumstances and thus move into the fulness of that which I have called them to then they must diligently seek to obey Me in every aspect of their lives for as they do truly I say to you, they shall soon come into a position "far above" their previous circumstances.

+ The "inner chamber" is not "relegated" to just an hour or two in the early morning, although it certainly begins there. Truly I say to you, My holy apostles and prophets shall spend the vast majority of their time in the "inner chamber" for it is necessary for them to do so in order to carry out their part in this final thrust of My Spirit in this last hour.

+ My children shall "appreciate" My "wisdom" to the degree that they abide in My Word. Truly I say to you, in this last hour My faithful ones (obedient ones) shall be thrilled beyond their wildest imaginations as I reveal the depth of My plan for their remaining time on earth.

+ The time has come for all those who truly love Me to be "elevated" far above and beyond the daily routine and "religious activity" - born of a fellowship with the world. I shall send forth My holy apostles and prophets for this very purpose and truly I say to you, those who are willing to "hear" (both hear and act upon) the words that I speak through them shall be immersed in light and from that day forth they shall no longer treat My most holy bondservants and handmaidens with "disdain". Truly I say to you, if one will "honour" My holy apostles and prophets then surely they shall be found honouring Me and if they refuse to honor My holy apostles and prophets then surely they shall be found to be not honouring Me! I call upon all those whose sole desire is to fulfil the "fullness" of the ministry that they are called to to make the "necessary" adjustment in their "attitude" and "treatment" of those in authority.

+ Patience is the power of endurance.
