My oldest is in Hawaii helping to plant a church. They scuba dive to get their food once a week. He's not a good swimmer. The east side of the Island is volcanic rock instead of sand. The waves were fast Saturday. He got out quite far and a wave hit him in the face from the side and knocked his mask off. Then a second wave hit and he swallowed water and panicked...

Some how his toes found a rock in that deep water and he was able to keep his head just above the surface and call for help. He blacked out. Next thing he knew he was waking up with others on the beach throwing up. He said it's the closest to death he's ever been.

But he found a rock to stand on and keep his head above the waters. I was sick yesterday when l heard and at the same time rejoicing!

Prasie the LORD, that JESUS is the rock we can stand on! AMEN! Miki, the LORD blessed you and saved your son from drowning. What a miracle!

I have tears of joy hearing about this miracle for your son.
Yes there are miracles everyday!
Praise Jesus!

God is not finished with your son yet.
And Miki I must say, I love your posts!
I just read one of your posts on saved by grace.
Oh how I felt the presence of Jesus while reading that post.

You guys l know...God took care of him. He's never been comfortable in the water and his little brother rescued him once at the pool when they were kids.

A heart stopping moment as well. The little one was about 8 the oldest 10.

Thanks for e-mailing me about this too. You guys are precious and see the Lords saving work!

Wow, praise be to God Miki! Isn't our God wonderful.
All those prayers that a mother prays for her children during their lives....it pays off. I know. My mother is still in constant prayer for me.

Mr. C, an inspiration to tell you something....you should tell your mother that you pray for her....you might have already but you might do it again. As a mother, I can tell you that it is the most rewarding thing to have the one you prayed over for so long tell you that they are now praying for you.....I see my children in prayer and think, "Well, I did something right. Lord, this one I gave to You."

Miki...you should be very proud you have thrown such a crown at His feet.
