Full Version: A Circle Of Love
Christian-Forum.net > General discussion > What do you say?
Adonaicole
I do not deserve God's love, I am a sinner and have to spend much time on my knees in repentance, I consider that proof of his love, that he loves me anyways. I turn to him and cling to him with all my heart and he lifts me up, brushes me off and teaches me to do good.

A circle built of love, has no beginning and never ends. My love blesses one person who in turn blesses another, who in turn blesses another who blesses me. The love just flows all around, covering everyone, like a river flows to the sea. Becoming a mighty ocean whose waves crash over me, renewing me, refreshing me, cleansing me and making me salty. Filling my heart with love and joy and peace.

Sadly we sometimes argue over man's interpretation of God's word. "Teaching as doctrine the precepts of man" . Truly there are only two things necessary to be a Christian, really only one. "To love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul" if you do that then you fulfill the second necessary thing "to love your neighbor as yourself" and if you do that you will follow all the commandments instinctively. For how could you lie, steal, murder, commit adultery if you love your neighbor as yourself?

I feel the members of this forum make that circle of love and I am so blessed to be a part of it, all of you are so wonderful and amazing, I love all of you. Whatever happens, all of you have strengthened and encouraged me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our house is built on solid rock and that rock cannot be shaken!

Your brother in Christ,

Don

Don, you are loved too! wub.gif and if GOD didn't save me, when HE did, I shudder to think where I would be now!

Oh the Circle will be unbroken, by and by O'LORD, by and by....

There's a better home a waiting, in the sky LORD, by and by!

Circle of love....I like that!

Loving God and neighbor are my favorite scriptures.

Wonderful post Adonaicole.

I am thankful that Jesus loved us so much that He died for us.

Yes, I know I am a sinner... just check out my postings! blush.gif

I was reading today about crucifixion and how the word excruciating came from that pain caused when spikes are nailed thru the nerves. I read the words that Jesus was probably in critical condition just from the flogging. I cried that His love should extend to a sinner, such as I.

Don that was wonderful...Yes it is key that we love one another and not argue over what man says the scripture says. To follow God is to develope a relationship with Him. Not out of man's words, but by the words revealed by God to the man.

Your loved and blessed tremendously.......
