When the time has come, and everything seems to be about to explode. When our life as it is now changes to a life mabey on the run. When our government can no longer protect us in our own homes. When you no longer will go to your normal jobs, but rather sit in awe of whats happening. Would this group like to disignate a place for all members to meet, so that Christ flock may be together when we need each other most. A place that we all agree on, and when the time comes,and we'll know it(mabey soon) we can all meet to survive together. To set up ministries to reach the shocked world. To do the work of Christ together.
If the Spirit hasn't led us to somewhere by then, would yall like to be together?

Yes, the more I look at it. I believe this is what I was born for. Born for the end times. Does that make sense. I have heard our Lord speaking loud and clear lately, gather and help one another.

I was thinking about how awful it will be not to be in contact with such vitally alive believers.

If things are really bad and a nuke goes off that eliminates electricity (I forget the name of this for the moment) we won't even be able to drive our cars. It'll be horse and buggy and walking shoes.

End-Time Calling

I think it is something to think about! We certainly need to be prepared.

We all need to start praying about this I believe.

I posted this the other day about some of the things the Lord has been speaking to me about getting prepared physically.


The Lord has been preparing me for sometime now. Some of the best advice I can give you from the scripture is look at the life of Joseph in Egypt. The Lord allowed Joseph to interpret the dream of Pharoah. The dream was from the Lord and because of Joseph's obiedence he prepared for the famine and the people were saved.

Also just a few weeks ago I had sat down to do some Bible study. Before I opened the Word I was talking with the Lord. Out of the corner of my eye I began to see something moving. It was some ants. I began to watch them. The Lord began to speak to me. He told me to pick up my Strong's Concordance and look up the word ant. There were only two references to the word ant or ants. I looked them up and was very suprised at what the Lord wanted me to see. The 1st scripture was
Proverbs 6:6 Go to the ant , thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise.
Wow I began to watch and ponder the ant. They are such hard workers. I've never seen an ant be still. They are always busy working. Not only that they are always working together with others to complete there job.
Next I looked up the last scripture and was blown away as to what the Father was telling me.
Proverbs 30:25The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer.

The Lord has been preparing me for many years for His return. But this was different. I sensed a real urgency to prepare as never before.
If we are to learn from the ant and Joseph as well we too need to be ready spiritually 1st. Yet we also need to be ready physically as well. If He has put this on many of His childrens hearts we need to respond and be obiedent to His Word.
We need to work together like the ant and prepare meat for the "summer" The return of Christ.

Oh yes, definately.... this has also been on my mind a lot too! How many people will be utterly helpless and not have any idea what is going on. It really would be great to have a designated place... maybe in the appalachian mountains somewhere? far away enough from a Tsunami and far away enough from Yellowstone supervolcano.... I know, nowhere will be safe, but that's been my line of thinking anyway.

endtime, you are a very spirit filled believer and if I'm wrong, I'm completely losing my discernment. Needless to say, your suggestion is very good, BUT.....being wise is equally as good. Remember, we are on a board and there are ALWAYS wolves flying around and wolves in sheep's clothing. Agreeing on a place so that everybody can see is not the way to go, if I may say, which would lead the wrong people to where Christians would be.

PMing is the way to go. Not so public. Test the spirits, PM the one's you know (by their fruits) are Christians. Though anyone can type anything, pray about it as well.

What I did when I met someone from the net was set up
a place where lots of people are to meet first off.

This lady was starting off homeschooling and wanted me to meet
with her for some tips. We met at Wal mart and got to know each other
and then she came over to my place. That made us all more comfortable.

My husband always tells me that I am the most trusting person he knows.
I keep telling him, well I trusted God when He told me to marry you.
I trust God, if it is His will, it never is wrong.

You are right in saying this. I have been trying to think of ways to get the message out but to only those of true hearts. We need to think of a solution quick because we never know when things are gonna hit the fan-so to speak. And If I remember correctly from y2k. We can use cars that don't have any chips of any sort. Old school cars late late models with no computer in them. The electro magnetic pulse will not affect these vehicles. If we find this to be true. It would be wise for all whom are capable to purchase a old pre-computer car. I would be hesitant to tell of a safe place to gather over any waves. net or phone, but something must be done-time is short from the looks of things. I do not mean to sound corny but at all times of occupation/war. The underground has always had a different code of talk. Things that mean not what is said. Things that tell those whom know,one thing, and those who might be listening, but not for the right reason another. So to speak. I must go to bed I move to Texas tomorrow. As others here have stated we must be careful in our communications. A suggestion I offer is 1st above all PRAY OVER THIS AND AS IN ALL THINGS SEEK GOD'S MIND AND HEART IN THIS MATTER...then (as you are led...if led to do so) contact via PM each other (the ones that He lays on your hearts to connect with) to get the contact info of another so that were the unimaginable to occur, the contacts that you know how to reach would be limited. A good book to read and get an idea of how to lay this out would be THE HIDING PLACE by Corrie ten Boom and God's Smuggler by Brother Andrew...another place to look (while I haven't checked book titles) would be studying the Underground Railroad which aided slaves in the 1800's. Pick up resource materials regarding living off the land and survival in the rough (there's books I believe called Foxfire...it's a series which covers these things). And check out sites/ get catalogs which have things that would be needed for survival/ would work w/o electricity...such as The Sportsman's Guide and Emergency Essentials. They (esp the latter) carry some great things including books for survival. But the main thing is not to be afraid of these times...because no matter what occurs our lives are bound with Christ's in God...so that no matter WHAT happens to us in the flesh...we are His!!!!!! And ever safe in the knowledge that nothing can happen to a single one of us w/o His knowledge and OK. So let's look to the NT as to how we are to act in all things during the times that lie ahead...and to our Lord Jesus " the author and finisher of our faith" (Hebrews 12:2)!!!!!!! Whatever the Lord lays on your heart to do, do with and out of love for Him and for those around you. Let that be your motivation and impetus...not fear or lack of trust...as a loving father imparts wisdom to his children, HE WILL GUIDE AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT HE WOULD HAVE YOU DO IN ALL THINGS. Lean on Him, as Noah did, for everything and He will not let you down!!!!!!!

Count me in!! I would be all for a network of believers, a christian "underground railroad" once our faith becomes outlawed. In fact, I believe it to be necessary. To heck with following the PC herd, it isn't worth slow roasting in Hell for.

I agree strongly with the idea that we should pray to Yahweh for His guidence in this, though. I would be very, very careful of acting on impulse.

My wife sometimes thinks I'm paranoid but I usually try to have at least a months worth of canned food in the house. I also have a little propane stocked away "just in case" and also some water. I also have a couple of guns around just in case. I'll help anyone I can but I refuse to let someone just take it. I pray I never have to use them though.

I'm not one of those people who have a years worth of MRE's and dehydrated food in my basement. I don't run around dressed in camo but I do believe it is my duty as a Christian and a father to watch over my family and prepare for the worst.

We go to a small mostly rural church so I'm sure that if something happens we should be able to get by. Be sure to stock up on Bibles, beans and bullets.

Whether the rapture occurs pre-tribulation or during I pray that I will be found in Him. (My personal opinion is in favour of a pre-tribulation rapture).

Anyway in regards to your posts, I believe God has revealed in His word his plan to leave chosen ones behind to preach the gospel of light in the days of darkness and absolute confusion. Perhaps it is no coincidence that some christians are beginning to feel this burden expressed in these posts being placed on their hearts.

Jesus said in Luke
17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
17:37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

There were two in one bed - this speaks of those who are of the same mind. Those who have the mind of Christ and are of the same mind concerning spiritual matters and opinion regarding serving Him. Jesus will take one, but he will want to leave one behind because of his spiritual understanding.

The two women grinding and two men in the field, speaks of mature obedient christians working in ministry for the Lord. Jesus will want to take one but will also want to leave a servant behind.


I also believe God will provide for the needs of those who He chooses to leave behind to preach the gospel in those terrible dark days when great wickedness shall flourish upon the earth.

But what of those servants that were taken in the rapture to be with the Lord. Perhaps after the tribulation and Christ returns, those servants of God that were taken up to be caught up with Jesus in the air (the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left) will return again with Jesus as his armies riding white horses.

Indeed pray and trust in the Lord. But if anything is understood from the Word of God. Father expects us to act as intelligent being. Not zombies. He has given us intelligents and burdens about such matters to get prepared. I can't remember alot of times when Father just picked his people up and placed them where he wanted them. He chose men and women to lead his people to saftey. He puts things on our hearts to make the moves he wants. He wont come out and yell over the earth. "Hey go hide on this mountain" he will chose servants to lead his people to that mountain. Listen to the Spirit, its here for a great reason! Things are coming up like a storm surge, and the Spirit is talking to people's heart on the matter.

Indeed what you say, But this is not the Romans as in Jesus times. These people will be evil. Thinking that killing us will be doing God a favor. If God lays it on your heart to stay at home and reach those lost. Be it his will. But the Spirit has laid it on my heart, and for good reason. Father would not send the Jews to the wilderness at the abomination of desolation if they were safe.Every christian and Jew will be hunted down and destroyed to the best of antichrist's ability. We are to survive for the purpose of his will. We are to reach the lost with the message, if we're dead we can not. Antichrist is given power to overcome the saints. So at some point for a christian to live he/she will hide. And come together. I do not claim to be anyone special. Just someone listing to the Spirit. When it says "jump" I jump, ya know.

Quite honestly endtime, I'd rather be praying, as commanded, to escape these things that are to come. I'd rather be praying to escape the coming tribulation. I consider it a gift that we as Christians have been called before the coming hell. The people that will become Christians will be a huge number after the rapture (to which I am pre-trib), but whenever it will happen.

The people that will become Christians later on have chosen to reject Jesus now, so I consider it a reward in itself to escape these things, by being a Christian now, if people can understand that.
On one level, I think some feel that it would be an adventure (not grasping how horrid it will be) of sorts and please understand it will not be. It will make what's going on now in the world seem like paradise.

I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to be here doing the tribulation. This does not mean to say that if I was, I wouldn't be doing everything in the power that God gives me to help non-Christians, it just mean, I will pray to escape it as God Himself commands.

Remember the 144,000 witnesses that will be raised up from the tribes. People WILL become Christians immediately upon a mass disappearance, especially fence sitters who know right now, but are too busy in their lives to "deal" with it. God WILL have people helping others, including us watching from heaven, I would hope.

That's my take anyway.

I love the idea of being able to find other people. For those of us with screen names different from our own names, those names (if anybody can vaguely remember any of them) would be something to identify us as a friend. If I were in New Orleans and saw a person holding a sign with Chrio39 on it, I would have no hesitation whatsoever about approaching that person, especially since I have seen David's picture. And if the reverse were the case, and David and his family needed to come a bit north to Alabama, he would know that Shy1 was somebody he at least knew a little bit about. I want to be included in whatever is decided on this.

I do not think it will be anything resembling an adventure. I believe it will be so hideous that i will want to die and go to heaven. I do not believe in pre-trib if its not obvious. Father says we will be saved from the wrath to come. His wrath not the wrath of antichrist against christians and jews. I believe we will be here into the second 31/2 years, until Christ cuts short the great tribulation, by the sign of the end of the age- the sign of the son of man- and then rapturing his faithful. I do not want to go through the coming tribulation of mass destruction. It will be so bad that my heart cannot comprehend, nor my lips utter. BUT If I am called to serve His Kingdom, His purpose for those lost, I will do so with all my heart. I have a heavy burden on my heart that I will, and its not far from the present. I will prepare for this untill the times comes. Without knowing why, since childhood before I knew all I know now, I felt led to learn these very things for something I must do in the future. I will not ingnore the calling of the holy Spirit. But rather except this calling, and prepare for my future. SERVING FATHER. I respect your heart's feeling on the matter. You are correct in saying it will be no adventure. People see a movie and get ideas of how it will be(wrong) . No movie can or will capture the brutality of the coming persecution. I trust God, but still fear that in the reality of it, That I might fail him because it will be so bad. But this is Satan, and He doesn't deserve my fears. ONLY FATHER. I do pray and trust in God. But not to get me outta here before it happens because it says we will be here, so I pray that He give me the Strength and Perseverance to do all He has called me to do. Sorry this is so long. Amen brother! I'm right there with you. I've said it before... This has been layed so heavily on my heart that there is just no denying the path that has been set before me. I am in no way looking forward to this as a movietime adventure either. I will do whatever the Lord directs me to do. I've always had my trust in Him. He has NEVER let me down (as I'm sure you've all heard me say before) and I will NEVER let Him down either. He knows.

He has plans for all of us. Let's get to Work!!

Indeed roxygal it is as you say. and Shaun I promise you I do and shall always pray. Perhaps when I pray my man, that what I am telling you now is the answer the holy Spirit has given me. Do not mistake my preparing for the future as looking for some adventure outside of the calling of the Holy Spirit. I cannot enjoy an hour a day without the same calling on my heart alerting me. "wake up" "prepare for the future" "The time is almost at hand, what are you doing for me" "what are you doing to prepare as I told you to do". I'm tired of hearing and not obeying. The time is near and I am awake finally and following the lead of the holy spirit.
