Last night I had an odd dream that seemed to speak to a current situation. As it began I was driving a sporty convertable (Porsche maybe) along a winding road up a set of hills. I was enjoying the ride, moving at a good clip. At one point it began to rain hard, but only briefly, though I don't remember being affected. I drove under some low lying tree branches and the weather cleared. I wasn't sure where I was going and the road was unfamiliar, but the descisions to pass that turn and take this one seemed to be working out fine. Then I turned to the left to a spot overlooking a bluff and parked. It seems that now I was on a bicycle with a milk crate on the front. In front of me was a strange looking big cat calmly sitting to the left, and a 4' snake sittting to the right, with about a foot between them. They were both a very light pale green and had identical markings, spots or blotches, sort of. The tip of the cat's tail had strangely shorter fir. They both calmly looked at me. This was very odd. Having had a lot of experience with vipers when I lived in Florida, I decided to catch and perhaps kill the snake. I took the milk crate and advanced on the snake to trap his head, but then he came at me so I backed up. But the snake went for my hand and had no trouble getting there quickly. As he tried to bite down I jumped back quickly, and jumped myself awake from my sleep. I didn't feel a bite but don't know whether or not he succedded, as he had enough time to bite. I don't think the cat ever moved, despite my approach. They obviously were together, and I know that this dream is a warning. I'd appreciate it if you have any insights. Thanks, David

I had a dream about a snake that almost bit me...Not the same as yours but it was a warning l heeded and God delivered me once and for all from something.

Hi David, I have something for you to pray about, others please weight this interpretation with discernment form the Holy Spirit:

I sense that this dream is indeed a warning... it has to do with others who would come against you with cunning and deceit, in an attempt to suck the spiritual life right out of you... the warning is to not try and take these people on in your own strength or else you will get bit (the bicylce is your attempts in the flesh, the crate is you battling with the strength of your flesh)! You need to give it to the Lord and let Him deal with them, and the way you do this is to "pray for your enemies and bless them" as the Lord admonishes us to do Luke 6:27-28. Are you going through a time right now where some people know are coming against you?

If this does not bear witness with your spirit then please disregard it.

I agree Canman, the dream also gave me the feeling of spiritual warfare taking place.

Chrio,I don't usually get these dream meanings right away... this is what I see.....after prayer and resting on it.


The speedy car zipping along at a good clip, on an unfamilar road, and you have passed some turn offs, because this raod seems to be working out fine, is a sign of your making decisions. And are not sure if you are making the right ones.

The rain is short lived, is something that you have already experienced.

The winding raod going up hill is you seeking GOD, but your path is blocked.

You stop at a bluff. This is the end of the raod that is well traveled.

All the sudden you are on a bycicle with a basket of some sort. The road cannot be traveled by car, so you have to find an alternate means of transportation. You are now going on the road less traveled.

The animals looked harmless and calm, but in reality they are pretators. (Possibly an enemy that has not been made known to you just yet.) They may be very good at deceiving you, into thinking they are harmless.

There may be more than one pretator, one sits to the left, and the other to the right. The number 4 in your dream may relate to the number of those who are not inthe right spirit.

The 2 animals sitting there and watching you, don't want you to go down this road less traveled. Both animals are pretators. The simalar markings are a sign that they are like spirits (demonic).

The color green is envy or jealousy. Identifying the spirits.

You try to catch snake, but can't, is a sign of spiritual attack. You don't know where the attack is coming from.

The tip of the cat's tail had strangely shorter fir, could mean that the person's (as more than one)attacking you are shallow in their attemps.

Your jumping back as the snake strikes and then awakening suddenly, is GOD'S protection over you.

I will be praying for GOD to continue to protect you.
