There's a family at my church that needs prayers. They have a little girl about 10 months old, she was born 2 months premature and has a hard go lately. She was diagnosed with RSV in January and can't seem to get over it.

To make matters worse the father is a painter so work is either feast or famine and of course it's famine right now so they're hurting for money too. He's doing as much as he can. I've offered everything I can but he is a bit proud and doesn't want help. I can understand but that's what church family is there for. To help each other. So can I get your prayers for this family? For him to take the help and for his daughter to get well. His name is John and the daughter's name is Tara. Thanks a bunch.

Dear LORD, I lift up little Tara right now and ask you for complete healing of RSV, in Jesus Name. I also ask YOU, to bless her parents and provide all their needs according to YOUR riches in GLORY!. LORD, I ask you to humble her father, John. Help him to accept the extended family of this church and all that this church can offer them. Help him to understand that it is not a hand out, but a hand up. Help him to also understand that it comes from YOU, FATHER. LORD, I ask that the Holy Spirit move on this situation to help this family. FATHER, I thank YOU, for answering our prayers concerning this child, and her family. Thank YOU LORD, for you alone do provide all their needs. We bring this family and lay them at JESUS feet. In Jesus Name, Amen.

"Father God I lift up Tara and ask you to heal her, Father. I also ask you to soften her father's heart to be open to receive from the body of Christ what they would like to give to him in prayer and in finances.This I ask in Jesus name. Amen and Amen."

It is hard for us all to accept help of any kind....it is much easier to give than to receive.....but at one time or another we all need help.

I know where that dad is coming from...it's hard taking help from others...but this is an opportunity for pride to be overthrown and this whole family to come to the realization that GOD is their source...and the Provider for ALL their needs...

Lord, We come before You in Jesus name...we thank You that You ARE Jehovah-Jireh...the One who sees AND provides...and we ask that You would do so abundantly here...be with this entire family and let them know Your love and provision in every area of their lives...use ducktape as You only can to mend the hearts...to be Your hands to provide the help for the needs that they have...but most of all to make Your love and power for this family known to them as never before...for Your glory and praise...In Jesus name...amen!!!

Lord, we ask that you heal Tara of this RSV, make her whole. And we ask that you deal w/ the dad to humble himself before you that you may lift him up. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
