Pulled over in Kansas? Get ready to show your license, registration ¡ª and fingerprints

If you are stopped by police in Kansas, don't be surprised if the officer pulls out a little black box and takes your fingerprints.
The gadget allows officers to identify people by fingerprints without hauling them to the police station.
Over the next year the Kansas Bureau of Investigation will test 60 of the devices with law enforcement agencies around the state. State officials said similar tests are being planned for New York, Milwaukee and Hawaii.
This is definitely new, said Gary Page, Overland Park Police Department crime lab. It's been talked about, but as far as I know they are not in use anywhere in the metro.

The tests in Kansas are part of a bigger $3.6 million upgrade to the KBI's statewide fingerprint database, unveiled Tuesday by the KBI and Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline.

The system:
Called the Automatic Fingerprint Identification System, it is a statewide database of more than 10 million fingerprints taken from people arrested in Kansas. The Missouri Highway Patrol maintains a similar database. Both systems link to the FBI fingerprint database.

How it works:
In Kansas, 54 law enforcement agencies have traded the ink-and-paper fingerprinting method for biometric imaging, which electronically scans a digital image of the print. Sixty Missouri agencies use biometric scanning. Police also can scan the fingers of corpses and people they arrest to match them against prints in the system. Results are obtained in seconds instead of hours. The inked cards still used by some smaller departments are also scanned into the statewide systems.

Why upgrade?
Kansas could no longer locate replacement parts or anyone to service the old system, which was launched in 1990 and upgraded in 1998. The first phase was funded with a $752,000 homeland security grant. The KBI is applying for similar grants to pay the balance. All upgrades should be completed by January 2007.

The portable devices:
Police place a person's two index fingers on a screen. Wireless technology sends the image to the database for comparison. Prints scanned in the field will not be stored.

What else is new:
The system will analyze palm prints, which were stored but could not be read before. The system also will store mug shots and pictures of scars, tattoos and other identifying marks.

I think it was a new episode of; "24". The show about terrorism in the US. Keifer Sutherland is the main actor. It comes on on Monday locally. They used a little black box looking thing about the size of those palm reader thingy's. To read a finger print and have the information back in less than a minute or so. I guess it was subliminal advertising for this thing.

talking about seeing unknown devices on tv in movies, this is just the old Illuminati' thing of warning people beforehand. If we don't catch this information, be sure they do! It's also their way of communicating among themselves via another media, like regular updates on their end times plan.

I do believe that movies (since the infamous Orson Wells' "mars attacks radio show" which was turned into a movie) are the Illuminati' playing ground. They are testing our reactions and kind of warning us. They love to play with the fire. Must excite them !

Just look at end times' movies. It seems that they are making more and more of them. We have seen "the matrix" (HAHA, the mark of the Beast), "total recall" with Arnie Schwarzeneger" (similar vein), the day after (atomic bomb bringing world population to near-stone age times), the day after tomorrow (water/ice huge storm), the perfect storm (which starts showing 3 storms on the Atlantic ocean that look like "666" (HAHA), Signs (with Mel Gibson about coded crop circles associated with evil aliens that hate water... Jesus is the water of life... there are many "water signs" in the Bible like the Flood, the parting of the Red Sea, the crossing of the Jordan by the Israelites, the baptism of Jesus, the Samaritan Woman, Elijah's three year drought, etc...), Lara Croft (the control of time, associated with the strange stele at Denver Airport; the "totally secret secret desire/plan of the Illuminati!!! enemy of God, who hopes/thinks/desires to control time... and why not attempt to PREVENT Jesus from performing his redemption act; which they are soooo blind they don't know what they can do or can't do...

We have seen movies like National Treasure(whose posters emphasize onto Ben Gates' WATCH!!), The Skulls (who receive a WATCH upon their entry into the brotherhood and who give it back when they decide to quit), movies like "1999",
and so on...

Movies on earthquakes, volcanoes, aliens attacking, mutants...

We should watch these kinds of movies using the biblical perspective and meditate on them; they give us a lot of insight, like "6, the Mark unleashed", Left Behind I, who, strangely, SHOWS THE TWO PROPHETS present in the streets of Jerusalem whereas it is supposed to take place not at mid trib, but at the beginning of the 7-year tribulation period.

The dream I had about the Rapture took place at mid trib, because I saw the same planes flying east (=toward Israel) as in the movie "left behind"!! I am just telling you what I dreamt. I have asked myself questions since as to why at mid trib, but it all comes back to mid trib. In my dream, I exclaimed "Armageddon" and I knew the Rapture was on the way. I was raptured that same night in my dream, and I came back!!!

In this site, they say that we who are raptured will receive our glorified bodies and get to stay on earth 40 days just as Jesus stayed after he was resurrected in his glorified body to witness to the mankind left behind.
