I think this forum needs a little boost!

I am starting a new thread to post pictures...yes posting pictures I say!!! You can make them current pics, older pics, and baby pics, but please let's think of it as......realizing that there is a REAL PERSON on the other end of the internet that you are conversing with!

I think that we should make a point that it can be older pictures too! Let's make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. We don't want anyone to feel like they have to do this; but I'm hoping to bring fellow Christians together in a sense where we can feel more comfortable with one another. Nobody has to post a picture....because it is under; 'JUST FOR FUN'! So, don't feel pressured at all and plus it may be difficult to do at first.

This is ONLY FOR FUN...and if you would like to join the party here; you can upload your pics to a FREE website called: http://www.photobucket.com. It is actually pretty easy to do. Plus it gives members who don't know much about computers something really cool and interesting to learn.

So, with all that said..........I'm interested to see who will go first!!!!!!

This is great--I LOVED the thread like this around the holidays, but I couldn't get any pictures together or scanned or anything. I'm going to have to find something this time that looks halfway decent--maybe a baby picture! Hahaha! Beautiful families, beautiful people! I LOVE seeing everybody! Thanks for the great idea, Marta! Wow! Roxygal! Are you drop dead gorgous or what? Beautiful family!

The only thing I have in common is that my husband it very good looking and so are my sons....I have two boys too! The baby is 36 and the oldest is 38.....and two grandkids...Noah and Abby.

As far as the picture goes......just put up a picture of a "rabid dog" OR how about "Big Foot".....since I usually have two big feet in my mouth!

I need the book, "comupter for Dummies".....I don't know if I'll ever be able to put up a real picture....

Your family is beautiful too. I was going to type that in yesterday after seeing all of your gorgeous family, but Jack and I went photo nuts last night. He has helped me get these in. I don't know why I can't get it to work.

That is our baby Michelle. Her brother when he was two years old called her Shell Bell. She goes by shelly bo belly. Meeshley, Meesh and sometimes we actually call her Michelle.

How do you upload pictures here?

senteami, you can open an account on photobucket.com, upload the picture you want, and then copy the link under the section for message boards, then come back to this thread and paste it in a message. It should load just fine. :-)

By the way, love ALL your pics... specially you, Tony! ;-)

Rosie, you're too kind! You are a beauty too... would do anything to have your color hair, it's gorgeous! I love the pic of you, your hubby and mom on your wedding day... those are great memories!

Maz, I found that after I upload, I check the box for the pic I want and then at the bottom I click the "generate html and img code"... there will be a series of drop down boxes for different uses (myspace, aol, message boards). You want the link for the message boards and copy the entire link, then open a reply here and paste the link, voila! It works easier that way for me. :-) Just a shortcut.
