I was actually stunned when I came to the board at this moment....I just hung up the phone with a dear friend and we were discussing ALL OF THE ABOVE!! And, the possibility of His emminent return.....and then to come on line to this! And, several nights ago by the light of a tv left on....I wrote a whole paragraph of similiar info and same characters involved!!! I'll have to go look and dig out what I wrote down the other night....this just cannot be coincedence. Especially since here it all is again.

Of course He gave me a prayer to pray...might sound familiar....Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name...Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven, give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trepass against us, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory....forever, and ever, AMEN!

Hannah I just shook while I read your post. I too asked the Lord how should i pray. Last night I wanted to pray and could not find the words. I had so much in myheart,but my head couldn't get it together. It was like I was
in some kind of frozen state. Shock and awe if you will. I knew this is all coming but I just couldn't make the prayer go. I kept asking Lord help me to know what I should be praying for.

There was a thread that was started a few weeks back, just after New Years day where everyone was basically feeling the same about something happening in 2006 and it wouldnt be long.
Well, it hasnt been long has it? Hamas being elected as the preferred government of Palestine....I can hardly believe it. Things are moving fast and it wont be for long before non Christians are going to start questioning and seeking the reasons behind events that will undoubtedly unfold in the next few months.
This verse has just come to me as Ive been writing:
Matthew 5:14-16
14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Maybe we should be thinking about being prepared for non believers coming to us for answers???

Yes we should be prepared for the hordes coming in.
This is why a few years ago the Lord told me to "Shake out your shoes."
Because l couldn't be holding on to the hurts of the past and be effective in ministry...Especially the crisis we are about to enter into.
If you really do believe, figure out what's hindering your desire to interact with other Christians and bring it before the Lord..Be honest...In the days that are ahead believers are going to need each other. Get the pebbles of the past out now so your feet have a chance to heal. The new walk will be difficult.
If you don't do this now...instead of you ministering to others...We will have to minister to you...

Oh Miki I do so know what you mean. I've been dragging my feet...but also my health was bad...But now I am meeting such wonderful Christian women and am being led into ministry. I praise Jesus for leading me here on this web-site and am so thankful to be in your company. Jesus is stirring my heart. My heart hurts, when I saw the Hammas marching around with guns and children OH GOD please bless them... they have been so brain-washed. They have been oppressed by the very Elected that give them false hope...and have filled their hearts with so much HATE. I could never hate anyone like that. I do hate violence and a spirit that lacks compassion for all peoples...I do pray that GOD will have mercy on even the enemy and Jesus will Reveal his Truth to all... and Israel will seek JESUS...I pray this so much..his timeing not mine but I still pray for mercy always... and also that I continue to walk with Jesus and have Faith that overcomes fear. I fear for the oppressed and down-trodden, and Jesus will mend the broken, I want to be there for whomever he sends my way and pray that I can be a good witness.

I agree that we should pray the Lord's prayer. It succinctly covers a lot of ground. If we could get our country to offer up that prayer with earnest devotion, I believe He would stop this impending judgement, just like He did for Ninevah.
When I say the Lord's prayer, I sometimes take the opportunity to elaborate for my children's sake on exactly what the prayer is saying. I also thank God for each day He has given us, and I ask him to please permit my family to be together with Him in Heaven. Most recently, I've been asking him to keep his protective arms around my family, since He is the only source of true security. I also pray for my friends and family.
May God be with us all, and may He show His great love and mercy on each one of us when we kneel before Him. God bless you...

I see the handing writing on the wall, and I hear the hoof beats of the four horsemen....yet, I have a peace in my heart......why? I don't know. 
My nature would be like chicken little....screaming the sky is falling. 
Am I concerned...Oh, yes. I don't know if I am numb from all the loved ones that have died recently...and God has wrapped me in His Gace and Love. But, I have been having many dreams of all my loved ones that have died. 
And of loved ones (my brothers) that have abandoned me over 10 years ago. And a friend who walked away because we voted Republican and were one of those christians...she has shown up in my dreams too. What is that all about?? Lost relationships and broken relationships.... I don't know what the Lord is telling me. It is not as if I haven't tried to make amends, ask for forgiveness in the past to bridge these broken relatonships because I have (sent letters....to much anger in them to speak in person)....but they won't speak to me. I pray for them daily....so why are they showing up in my dreams????? I've been praying for their salvation.....all these years. Am I about to be Raptured??? I want them to go too. Got milk?

Wow! I cannot believe what I've just read! What an amazing God we serve.I am in awe as to how he can give his children the same message. Several weeks

Confirmation in scriptures! Thanks Spirit Covenant and messiahiscoming! Miki, God is in control! I beleive it! The devil knows his days are numbered, just like the hair on my head, he doesn't have much time left to do his damage, until JESUS comes on the Scene and takes teh devil and all his brood with him!
