The Lord wanted me to ask: Are you in the secret place?
Prov 18:10 The name of the Lord is a strong tower. the righteous runneth into it and is safe.
I have had two dreams in the last two months about a storm coming, as well as messages I have received as far back as two years ago, and recent warning from different sources, including my husband.
In the dream there was a huge tree, not sure if it was a juniper tree but I have seen some similar in other areas. It was bent and went way out in one direction almost like a canopy, it definately was a safe heaven. It was huge.
And I began walking away from the tree, just going for a walk, and I may be about mile from there and I saw dark black clouds, and all of a sudden II remembered the Storm is coming, and I started runing back to that safe place under the tree, and then I woke up.
The point is that in this dream I was already in a safe place and I wandered off, I must have been asleep at the time, my mind on other things not cognizant of the approaching storm, and when I saw the black clouds approaching, I ran back as fast as I could and then I woke up.
This dream is the place that many Christians are in right now.
They are in their own space, just trying to get from one day to another, worried about finances and their children, just taking care of every day, and they are not taking warning to the words that are going out.
They are in a slumber spiritually, because they are wrapped up in the things of this world. I am not saying that you should not do those necessary things, because I must go to work every day and do the very same things we all have to tend to, but we must do it in an alert sate, always praying and seeking the Lord, and asking Him what it is he wants us to be doing, for me I was just forgetting the warning though I knew because the Lord had given me messages about the COMING STORM, my husband had many words and dreams as well. I wasn't WATCHING.
In the dream I knew what I needed to do immediately, that was run to the safe place, the cover of the Lord, but if I hadn't observed the clouds, I might have been caught off guard. This was a clear warning. To WATCH AND PRAY.
Many Christians are in la la land, they do not realize that they have been taught much error, and they haven't studied the word especially the book of revelations to see how they are living their life to see if it is lining up with God's holiness. It is the OVERCOMERS THAT GOD KEEPS FROM THE HOUR OF TRIAL THAT COMES UPON THE WHOLE EARTH..
For one thing most churches today do not teach prophecy so most expect to be raptured away before anything happens, and are not expecting to see judgements in America, because they are not taught by their Pastors that this is coming.
When judgement begins at the house of the Lord, the Pastors and leaders will have much too answer to the Lord.
I do not mean that every Pastor or leader is in error, I know there are many who are not, and this message may not speak to your heart but it might speak to another.
The Lord see's who needs the message and who does not, I am just the messenger sent to prepare.
Yeshua (Jesus) said if you love Me, you will keep My commandments, Who do you believe? You were taught you do not have to keep the commandments, who do you believe? Jesus or other teachers? Who are you following?
Yeshua(Jesus) said:
Joh 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep.
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Joh 10:28 and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.
Joh 10:29 My Father, who hath given them unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
Joh 10:30 I and the Father are one.
Jesus said, that His sheep hear His voice, and He knows them, and they follow Him. Do you hear His voice? Does He know You? Are you following Yeshua (Jesus), or another teacher, your Pastor, or your church?
The safety is here, in knowing His voice and Him knowing you, and You following Him. Not mans doctrine but the living God.
Joh 8:47 He that is of God heareth the words of God: for this cause ye hear them not, because ye are not of God.
When the storm comes your Pastor cannot save you, your church cannot save you, you must run to the rock that is higher than you. Run to that strong tower.
God see's who fears Him, who is trusting in Him and He will deliver them.
Psa 33:18 Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon them that fear him, Upon them that hope in his lovingkindness;
Psa 33:19 To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.
Psa 33:20 Our soul hath waited for Jehovah: He is our help and our shield.
Psa 33:21 For our heart shall rejoice in him, Because we have trusted in his holy name.
Psa 33:22 Let thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, According as we have hoped in thee.
Are you daily abiding in the secret place? I know that word has been so used, even I have used it on a quiet place on one of my web sites. But this is the most important message from the Father. We need to be abiding in the secret place continually daily. This is why He asked me to ask you if you were in the secret place.
It is a place of abiding, where there is safety, and the Father wants us to be in that place because there we will be able to see the storm pass right over us. It is a place in abiding in His Presence, it is praying and listening continually, let Him teach you and show you what He would have you to do.
In my second dream about the coming Storm. My husband and I were outside and we saw the storm approaching with such intensity, it was deafening, it was almost a roar like a powerful hurricane, it came so fast, and my husband and I just crouched down together trusting the Lord, the storm passed right over us, it was almost to us, and we looked around and were so amazed that it passed right over us, it never came near us.
I believe the Lord was showing us that we would be safe. He is our covering, our refuge in the storm.
I know a lot of people who say that the Lord has been leading them to a safe place, a refuge. but Jehovah is our refuge.
In Numbers 35 it talks about cities of refuge, three in the land behind the Jordon and three in the land of Canaan.
But I believe that Jehovah God is our refuge and he is telling us to take refuge in Him, to abide in Him. Psalm 91 gives us wonderful deliverance during these times when we abide in him. Also Psalm 18.
Jehovah can take care of us just about anywhere we are. Unless He tells us to go somewhere we must just be abiding in Him. We are to fear no man but to fear the living God.
Beloved, don't trust in man, don't trust in doctrine, but trust in the living God, and His word. His promises are yea and amen.
Beloved if there is anything in your heart that needs to be cleansed, do it now, go to the Lord and confess your sins, repent and ask Him to forgive you. He is faithful and just to forgive you of all your sins. If you have aught with your brother or sister, go to that one and confess your faults one to another, ask for forgivness if there has been offense. Make ammends with those you have hurt or transgressed, let love be your rule of life. Come before the Lord with a pure heart and mind.
To love the Lord God with all your heart mind and strength and your neigbor as yourself is all the law and the prophets.Live and abide in the Lord stay much in the secret place, he will prepare you for these times, do not let anything distract you from this time with Him, make Him your dwelling place.Do not fear what man can do to you, but TRUST IN THE LIVING GOD and His mercy.

They are in a slumber spiritually, because they are wrapped up in the things of this world. I am not saying that you should not do those necessary things, because I must go to work every day and do the very same things we all have to tend to, but we must do it in an alert sate, always praying and seeking the Lord, and asking Him what it is he wants us to be doing, for me I was just forgetting the warning though I knew because the Lord had given me messages about the COMING STORM, my husband had many words and dreams as well. We need to be abiding in the secret place continually daily. This is why He asked me to ask you if you were in the secret place.
It is a place of abiding, where there is safety, and the Father wants us to be in that place because there we will be able to see the storm pass right over us. It is a place in abiding in His Presence, it is praying and listening continually, let Him teach you and show you what He would have you to do.

My husband and I were outside and we saw the storm approaching with such intensity, it was deafening, it was almost a roar like a powerful hurricane, it came so fast, and my husband and I just crouched down together trusting the Lord, the storm passed right over us, it was almost to us, and we looked around and were so amazed that it passed right over us, it never came near us.
I believe the Lord was showing us that we would be safe. He is our covering, our refuge in the storm.
I know a lot of people who say that the Lord has been leading them to a safe place, a refuge. but Jehovah is our refuge.
In Numbers 35 it talks about cities of refuge, three in the land behind the Jordon and three in the land of Canaan.

Make ammends with those you have hurt or transgressed, let love be your rule of life. Come before the Lord with a pure heart and mind.

Amen and Amen!
Your so right, and the Lord has revealed to many of us that a huge storm is coming. The Lord has given me more dreams about storms than I can count, (hense the username: Stormdreamer,) yet always I am kept safe because the Lord is my strong foundation, my high tower and strong fortress, that place of safety. Yet through it all I am always allowed to see the coming storm so that I can warn others who are not aware of the coming storm. Your right, we can not could on man's strength or provisions, but our trust must be totally in the Lord. This is not easy when we see the waves crashing at our doors. But if we have built our firm foundation on the Lord, on the rock, than the Lord will provide that safety. He also provides the guards to protect us in our time of need, and yet we will need and we will be in danger, for we are the Lord's servants who are greatly hated by the Lord's enemy. Yet, if we heed the Lord's warning, we will be safer than if we had not listened. Your words are right on the mark and I thank you for sharing them! We must be prepared, spiritually, and literally for the storms. The Lord does not warn us for no reason.
Just keep in reporting the weather sister! LOL

I posted this dream on another thread several weeks ago. I thought of it when I read your post. 
Confirmation.
I stood on a college campus and a storm began to rage. I became aware that a hurricane was about to hit. I knew that in order to get to safety, I had to travel a huge distance to an apartment. I started to struggle walking to make it. I couldn't. People were screaming, terrified, trying to get to safety. I prayed. Suddenly, I started flying, "running through the air." I was praising God! Below me was chaos, but around me there was relative calm. I ran/flew as I traveled. I wondered how I was supposed to land without crashing!!! Ahead of me, I saw a woman that flew too. She was trying to land, but when she did, she crashed. However, she got up, smiled, and continued on her way.
I eventually got to my destination, and friends/family (no one specifically) were there and very glad that I had made it safe. WITH SEEMINGLY NO BREAK.....
Again, the dream started. Another hurricane hit. I had to make it to safety. I flew to safety. I made it to the apartment.
It seemed that I made the trip 4 times. Each storm was worse than the one before. It was a real blur. I was aware of it- but the time passed instantaneously or something.
On the fourth time, when I got to safety, there was a bigger crowd in the room. There were people of all nationalities and backgrounds in the room. Also, there were two co-workers in the room that are unbelievers. I've been praying for both of them and attempting to be a witness to them. One is VERY adamant about evolution. The other seems very doubtful of his Pentecostal upbringing, and has trouble getting past some basic theological questions (question of pain, etc.).
I proceed to sit down at a table where both co-workers are also sitting and listen to their conversation. The evolutionist guy is contemplating all the stormy weather, and concludes that it is all just a "natural" occurrence. Ex-Pentecostal guy nods in agreement. In righteous indignation and wanting to vendicate God, I suddenly realize sitting behind me is a guy that I somehow sense can understand Aramaic. I turn around, and angrily speak in tongues to him in fury of words I've never pronounced before. The guy I spoke to looks at me dumbfounded and interprets for everyone listening. He says, "There is one more storm coming, (the fifth), and this one will be the WORST storm ever known to mankind. This storm will be called, "The One". The two co-workers stare amazed. The ex-Pentecostal is a bit convinced, but evolutionist guy is still in stubborn disbelief.
It becomes unclear to me at this point when I write the dream if I experience storm 5 called "The One" but...
I find myself still in the apartment, or having arrived once again (not clear) and I go and sit at a different table. I sit down at this table aware that time has passed. Again with my two co-workers present. I turn to someone sitting next to me and start speaking my "normal" tongue (prayer language- not English). Again, there are amazed looks, and witnesses that are dumbfounded. The guy who can interpret says to me, "The language you spoke is native to Mumbai and only 200 people in the world can speak this dialect (Mumbai is in India in case you are weak in geography). Then Mumbai dude interprets for the group what I said: "To take a bite out of the fruit of the tree of knowledge is the Word of God."
This experience convinces the ex-Pentecostal. But evolutionist is still unconvinced. The two are very scientific kind of personalities. So Pentecostal guy proceeds to present evolutionist with an illustration to try to convince his friend of the truth of all these things.
Pentecostal shows evolutionist a red glass with 2 white lines on it- one line near the bottom of the glass, and one line near the top. He begins to speak:
"When someone begins to pour water into the glass, you can say that the glass is empty when there is this much water (pointing to the first line) and not look foolish. But when there is this much water in the glass- pointing to the second line, you can't deny that there is water in the glass without looking really foolish."
It is at this time I woke up.

I proceed to sit down at a table where both co-workers are also sitting and listen to their conversation. The evolutionist guy is contemplating all the stormy weather, and concludes that it is all just a "natural" occurrence. Ex-Pentecostal guy nods in agreement. In righteous indignation and wanting to vendicate God, I suddenly realize sitting behind me is a guy that I somehow sense can understand Aramaic. I turn around, and angrily speak in tongues to him in fury of words I've never pronounced before. The guy I spoke to looks at me dumbfounded and interprets for everyone listening. He says, "There is one more storm coming, (the fifth), and this one will be the WORST storm ever known to mankind. This storm will be called, "The One". The two co-workers stare amazed. The ex-Pentecostal is a bit convinced, but evolutionist guy is still in stubborn disbelief.
It becomes unclear to me at this point when I write the dream if I experience storm 5 called "The One" but...
I find myself still in the apartment, or having arrived once again (not clear) and I go and sit at a different table. I sit down at this table aware that time has passed. Again with my two co-workers present. I turn to someone sitting next to me and start speaking my "normal" tongue (prayer language- not English). Again, there are amazed looks, and witnesses that are dumbfounded. The guy who can interpret says to me, "The language you spoke is native to Mumbai and only 200 people in the world can speak this dialect (Mumbai is in India in case you are weak in geography). Then Mumbai dude interprets for the group what I said: "To take a bite out of the fruit of the tree of knowledge is the Word of God."
This experience convinces the ex-Pentecostal. But evolutionist is still unconvinced. The two are very scientific kind of personalities. So Pentecostal guy proceeds to present evolutionist with an illustration to try to convince his friend of the truth of all these things.
Pentecostal shows evolutionist a red glass with 2 white lines on it- one line near the bottom of the glass, and one line near the top. He begins to speak:
"When someone begins to pour water into the glass, you can say that the glass is empty when there is this much water (pointing to the first line) and not look foolish. But when there is this much water in the glass- pointing to the second line, you can't deny that there is water in the glass without looking really foolish."
It is at this time I woke up.
Remember what Jesus told his disciples in thier boat out on a stormy Sea of Galilee as they feared they would sink and said "Oh ye men of little faith".
When Peter was the only one to get out of the boat and follow Jesus walking on the water, Peter started to sink when he took his eyes off of Jesus.
Have faith and keep your eyes on him.

I too have received a dream about two storms coming. The first storm will rock the very foundation of our lives so that we can see ourselves as we really are. When we see our true state of affairs then and only then can we seek the Lords forgiveness. The second storm from my dream came and took away all who would not repent. The last storm was like a huge garbage can.
The Lion of Judea is the eye of the storm.
The Lord will visit His church in judgment very soon now!
My advice, Repent, repent, repent, now, now, now.
You will know when you have searched for the Lord with all your heart because that's exactly when you will find Him (BIG TIME). It is our sins that seperate us from God. If anyone is not hearing from God then this is a sign for us to repent. Go now to God with all your heart until you are hearing from the Master everyday.
Only those who hear from God can do what He wants, the rest will only think they know what the Master wants.

When I promise in My word to bring healing then I keep My promise. Stop listening to man, and their opinions and start listening to Me because I am the answer. Listen to the word and not the world. Man speaks of negative impossibilities; I speak of possibilities. Where there is cancer I can speak life. Where there is mental disorder there is Godly Wisdom and soundness of mind when one gives their whole life to Me. Man would tell you things can’t change, there is no hope but I say that you are not govern by this world’s laws but by My laws of faith, hope and love. Do not give up on Me I can still bring healing. I brought healing to Lazarus when He was died for only four days in the tomb and I can bring healing and miracles to your situation too.
