Full Version: A Very Good Band With Prophesy Power
im not sure if many have heard of system of a down but if for good reason you should at least read some of there lyrics. the speak about very very deep and mysterious things but only until its understood and when you understand what they are truly saying you will know that they have many gifts
I like the way they sound, I used to listen to them, but...some of their music is kinda vulgar. They are deep, but not in the right way...like there song "Question" is about ghosts and what wondering what happens after we die. Thing is:
1) Ghosts are actually demons!
2) They should just read the Bible and get the answers to those "Question"s
3) They might have some bad subliminals in their songs, I least I think I heard some when I played part of their song "Hypnotize" in reverse (the part where he goes "I'm just sitting in my car waiting for my girl..."). I'm not sure what they say exactly though, but part of it sounded like "^#*& the whore..."etc.

Do you suppose Samuel was a demon (1st Samuel 28)?
How about Moses or Elijah? (Matthew 17) Ok, so the latter can be debated since Elijah ascended to heaven.....
It seems like everywhere you look nowadays, someone is talking to the dead. There are even two TV shows about that right now that are very popular "Medium" and "The Ghost Whisperer". I would love some biblical scriptures to read up on this phenomenom and what it means to us.

Thank you so very much!! This is something that I really need biblical clarification on. My whole family has been touched by this for generations back on my Mother's side. They view it as a gift from God..not neccesarily talking with the dead, but visions and knowledge of updoming events, insights into the future for others, etc. I am very curious how this "gift" is viewed in God's word, so thank you for the start on my research!
so you are telling me that jesus is a demon? because is jesus not a spirt and is not a spirit a ghost. what do you think is happening with everyone that is dead do you believe that they are just waiting. let me ask you what happens to you when you go to sleep? do any of us know the answer to that question take a look at all is said by them dont look for hidden messages there are non and if there is they must be good because they defend the good and declare the evils of this world so to me they get the stamp of approval

By ghosts I meant supposed earth-bound bodyless human spirits, of which there are none. The demons pretend to be such things to throw people off of the word of God. When we die our body sleeps and our spirit either goes to (I think) heaven or the grave. Or just to the grave, there are three parts for the sinners and slain, and one for the righteous. Then there's the hellfire.
but how can yall say that with such truth no doubt right now there are no ghosts because they have already been called up by jesus and soon we will be called up just like them but what were they doing before that

Well stun, I for one can't say because I haven't researched it for myself yet. That is why I asked for scriptures to start with. We should take no man's word for what the Bible says without checking it out for ourselves...especially in this day and age!! So why not do some research and help me out. We can compare notes!!
There are spirits, stuncrazy, but they're not human. Humans spirits are instanly taken to another realm when released from their dead bodies. They cannot be contacted, and they don't pay us any visits. The only ghosts you'll ever see are demons parading as humans. You may see spirits such as angels, but no ghosts.
