Well Howdie from one Texan to another. Welcome.

hi!

here's a little info about me.

i became born again about 7 years ago and was really involved with all types of ministries, but recently i have been really slacking off and missing a lot of church, stopped reading, hardly pray. i Love God for what He's done in my life but can't seem to spark up the fire that once was.
i have even preached a few times and led a bible study group.

Someone please give me words of encouragement

I think many of us go through this-like the devil is holding us back.
Can't really explain it but I have felt like you at tmes also.

Welcome aboard! Yes, the devil has his ways to keep you from walking the path God made for you. Keep praying for strength and His wisdom. God always brings his children back... don't worry.

Hey noe

I know how you feel, you are walking in a dry season right now. You need to stir up within yourself the desire to walk with God. I want you to say this every hour on the hour just like this:

Today, I am going to serve you God, I am going to step out of the way and let you lead the way.
Today a fire burns in me a great desire to serve you.
Today you are the way.

Do this when you wake up and every hour on the hour until 7p.m.

Power in prayer, power in words. If you preach you know.

Even at first if you say it in the most muldane voice what is posted above, you watch what happens, you won't have to watch it, you'll feel it.

This my prayer for you right now: I am speaking it as I type it....Once you get here say it aloud.
Father, thank you for hearing my prayer, I am humbled by your presence. You are glorious and merciful. Father today I lift up this burden only to set it down at the foot of the cross. I feel this load heavy and it weighs me down and I know this is not of you. Father, before I ask anything in your Son's Name, forgive me of my sins. I desire a greater walk with you, one that is of a new revelation, one that shows me as well as takes me to where you placed me. Father, right now in the Name of Jesus send me a new fire. Let me remain humble in who you are and serve you diligently. No eyes on me, but eyes on you, Father. I ask this all in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
