Massive ‘Static Discharge’ Hits US Great Lakes Region As American
Government Orders Citizens To Prepare For Pandemic, Mexico Bird Flu Out
Break Continues And US President Assumes Unprecedented Powers

Russian Scientists are reporting the Great Lakes Region of the United
States has experienced one of the growing number of ‘Static Discharges’
occurring world-wide this past year, and which we have previously
reported on, including our August 22, 2005 report titled "Massive
‘Static Discharge’ From Earth Immediately Effects Sun, Ocean Life in
Peril as Scientist Warn We’re On Cusp of Extinction Level Event".

This latest ‘Static Discharge’ from the United States Great Lakes
Region, according to these reports, emanated from Lake Erie, and with
such force that it was recorded by their seismologists as a 2.6
Magnitude event, and as we can read as reported by the Cleveland Plain
Dealer News Service in their article titled "Earth-twitch under lake
goes almost unnoticed", and which says:

"Hansen, who picked up the tremor on his instruments and reported it to
the U.S. Geological Survey in Denver, said the quake was about three
miles deep. Mentor-on-the-Lake police received 14 calls from residents
reporting vibrations and a loud bang. "We had guys driving around
looking for something," said Sgt. John Forsythe. Eastlake police had no
calls. Mentor police logged two calls, including one from a man who said
the noise "scared my cat."

The direction of this ‘Static Discharge’, and again according to these
reports, was to the West-North West, and can be verified by the fallout
from the atmospheres building ionization, and as we can see evidenced
from the Lake Michigan city of Chicago and the news reports from there,
and as we can read as reported by the WAMQ TV News Service in their
article titled "Odd Powder Descends On Cars, Illinois EPA
Investigating", and which says:

"It's not your imagination if you've walked outside and noticed a rusty
colored dust sprinkled all over your car. The strange rusty powder
appeared on cars in the Chicago area this week.NBC5's Mary Ann Ahern
said a lot of people in Chicago want to know what the stuff is that has
fallen all over their cars. "Where is this coming from? What effects is
it going to have on us?" Mavaraganes asked. Some suggested the rusty
powder came with the recent rain, dirt from the southwest part of the
U.S. Lab tests will tell more."

To the greatest concerns of Russian Scientists studying these
unprecedented events is that the fracturing of the tectonic plates under
the Great Lakes Regions will also begin releasing potentially
catastrophic amounts of Methane Gases leading to explosions of the types
being reported in Vietnam, and as we can read as reported by the Vietnam
News Agency in their article titled "Mystery mountain explosions worry
Binh Dinh residents", and which says:

"Residents in the mountainous areas of central coast province Binh Dinh
had their nerves rattled after two unexplained explosions occurred in
the area last month. The explosions may have resulted from million
year-old, underground pockets of gas, said deputy director of Binh Dinh
Science and Technology Department Vo Ngoc Anh. The explosions may have
occurred after the earth’s surface was affected by prolonged rain in the
area, said Anh. "We will work with scientists and the Central Geology
Confederation to investigate the explosions," said Anh."

As we have previously also reported upon many times, including our
December 28, 2005 report titled "Massive North American Plate Fractures
Fuel Horrific Fires In Oklahoma and Texas Regions for Second Time In 6
Weeks As Fears Of New Madrid Ocean Basin Forming Grows", and where we
evidenced the continued Methane Gas releases throughout North America,
and the Lake Erie Region, and as we had reported:

"As reported by the Associated Press News Service in their article
titled "Lake Erie burps and nearby residents smell it" and which says,
"State and federal environmental officials are trying to determine the
cause of a big stink reported along Lake Erie. Hundreds of residents
called authorities or the National Weather Service yesterday to report
the smell, which has been variously described as like gasoline, natural
gas or even decaying garbage and rotten eggs. The smell was strongest
yesterday morning when a cold front swept through the area, churning up
larger than normal waves from Erie to Dunkirk, N.Y., officials said."

These events also coincide with the United States Government ordering
its citizens to begin stockpiling food and medicines in preparation for
the impending Avian Flu Pandemic, and as we can read as reported by the
Fox News Service in their article titled "Flu Pandemic Guide: Stock Up
on Basics", and which says:

"The federal government on Friday urged Americans to stockpile food and
medicine in an effort to prepare for what officials warn could be
widespread disruptions in the event of an influenza pandemic. Experts
inside and outside the government have warned of a medical crisis if,
for example, a highly pathogenic virus like the H5N1 bird flu virus
begins to infect large numbers of humans. But they have also warned that
a flu pandemic would likely interrupt nearly every aspect of normal
life, as schools, workplaces, grocery stores, and even utilities shut
down."

To the catastrophic breakdown of their Health Care System due to the
impending Pandemic remains almost totally lost upon the American people,
and where even now as an almost unreported Flu Epidemic rages through
their Western States hospitals are being forced to close their Emergency
Rooms, and as we can read as reported by Arizona’s KPHO News Service in
their article titled "Feds investigate E-R closure", and which says:

"Two licensing inspectors visited the hospital yesterday. The state
Department of Health Services says it wants to collect information and
determine what caused the hospital to make the decision to close. Banner
Baywood C-E-O Don Evans says he stands by his decision to temporarily
shut the E-R doors. Evans says they didn't have the beds or the
treatment areas within the emergency room to treat patients."

Lending urgency to these events are the reports from the United States
neighbor Mexico of their efforts to control the outbreaks of the Avian
Flu occurring in their country, and as we can read as reported by
China’s People’s Daily News Service in their article titled "Mexico
controls bird flu outbreak: official", and which says:

"Mexican Health Minister Julio Frenk said Friday that his country had
controlled the outbreak of bird flu in Chiapas state on the Guatemala
border, adding there was no risk for human health. Speaking at a Mexico
City press conference, Frenk said that Mexico had been maintaining
vigilance for years, making sure that bird flu was kept under control.
This vigilance helped the early detection of outbreak, spotted 15 days
ago that has hit 300 birds. There was little risk that the human
population could be infected, unlike the virus present in Europe and
Asia, he said."

According to Russian Scientists the deadly H5N1 Avian Flu Virus is now
less than 1,000 miles from the new California H3N2 ravaging the Western
United States, and of which the World Health Organization Reports, "The
new strain is called A/California/7/2004(H3N2), the WHO announced last
week. The virus was first isolated from a flu patient in Santa Clara
County last September, according to the Associated Press (AP). The
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) identified the strain
as a new one in January, the AP reported."

Like the Avian Flu, this new California strain is particularly deadly to
children, and as we can read as reported WebMD Medical News Service in
their article titled "Flu Widespread in 7 States", and which says:

"Influenza has become widespread in the Southwestern United States,
though health officials Friday still classified the disease's spread
this winter as fairly typical. Seven states -- California, Nevada,
Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Texas -- now show what
scientists classify as widespread flu activity. The number is up from
four states two weeks ago, according to data released by the CDC. The
government has recorded five fatal flu cases in children this season.
Reports from 122 cities show seven influenza deaths in adults, though
Brammer warned that the CDC expects many more. Influenza kills an
average of about 36,000 Americans each year."

Not just to the United States either is the Pandemic growing, but also
to Europe, and as we can read as reported by the New York Times News
Service in their article titled "New Bird Flu Cases in Turkey Put Europe
on High Alert", and which says, "Health officials in Europe said Friday
that they were on "high alert" as a third child in eastern Turkey was
confirmed to have bird flu and more than two dozen people there were
under observation at a local hospital, an unusual cluster of human cases
that raised the possibility that the virus had become more contagious to
humans."

Also going virtually unnoticed by the American people are the
unprecedented powers their President has been amassing to himself, and
as we can read as reported by the Knight Ridder Newspapers News Service
in their article titled "Bush using a little-noticed strategy to alter
the balance of power", and which says:

"President Bush agreed with great fanfare last month to accept a ban on
torture, but he later quietly reserved the right to ignore it, even as
he signed it into law.

Acting from the seclusion of his Texas ranch at the start of New Year's
weekend, Bush said he would interpret the new law in keeping with his
expansive view of presidential power. He did it by issuing a
bill-signing statement - a little-noticed device that has become a
favorite tool of presidential power in the Bush White House.

In fact, Bush has used signing statements to reject, revise or put his
spin on more than 500 legislative provisions. Experts say he has been
far more aggressive than any previous president in using the statements
to claim sweeping executive power - and not just on national security
issues.

"It's nothing short of breath-taking," said Phillip Cooper, a professor
of public administration at Portland State University. "In every case,
the White House has interpreted presidential authority as broadly as
possible, interpreted legislative authority as narrowly as possible, and
pre-empted the judiciary."

In some cases, Bush bluntly informs Congress that he has no intention of
carrying out provisions that he considers an unconstitutional
encroachment on his authority.

"They don't like some of the things Congress has done so they assert the
power to ignore it," said Martin Lederman, a visiting professor at the
Georgetown University Law Center. "The categorical nature of their
opposition is unprecedented and alarming." The White House says its
authority stems from the Constitution, but dissenters say that view
ignores the Constitution's careful balance of powers between branches of
government.

Because Bush has already claimed broad powers in the war on terror -
including the right to bypass existing laws restricting domestic
surveillance - legal experts and some members of Congress interpreted
the statement to mean that he would ignore the torture ban if he felt it
would harm national security."

It is interesting to note also, that the only historical comparison of
the last 100 years of a democratically elected Leader of a Western
Nation amassing such power to him self was Adolph Hitler of Nazi
Germany, and where like the American people of today the Germans of last
century allowed this to happen.

To those Americans not preparing themselves for the catastrophic events
soon to overtake them it remains to us perplexing, especially in light
of these American peoples once proud heritage of self reliance and self
protection. And sadly, much too sadly, even to their own Governments
warnings to begin preparations they will not listen.

If ever there were even an example of ‘those with eyes who cannot see’
and ‘those with ears who cannot hear’, it is the American people of
today.
