The WEU (Western European Union) was absorbed into the EU as their military wing. It is comprises of 10 nations: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands , the UK, Germany, Italy Portugal, Spain and Greece. The WEU was formed for "collective self-defence and economic, social and cultural collaboration" during the Brussels Treaty. in 1948. The person who heads this WEU is a man named Javier Solana.

Javier Solana also has another job title. It is the High Representative of the Common and Foreign Security Policy of the European Union. His job was created by European Council Decision 666.

The Bible tells us that 666 is the "number of his name". Now look at this. Scroll down to CFSP and look at the only number assigned to this name. It is the only number pertaining to the High Representative. This is not the only EU document pointing at the High Representative. Recommedation 666 is a WEU document WRITTEN by Javier Solana. It pertains to the absorption of the WEU into the EU and it's functions that it will still be an independent institution. In this document, in article 12, Solana puts HIMSELF in charge over the "Political and Security Committe and civilian crisis magagement machinery and give him powers to convene the council IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY." This article essentially gives him dictatorial powers in the event of an emergency of some sort. I cannot give you a link to this document because it was recently removed, possible because of certain news out of Canada. Perhaps it was temporarily removed, I do not know, nevertheless, this information must get out. People quote people and not always in context. We are so quick to judge . Its easy to take something, snip off the beginning and add a little to the end and say: Oh look what they said.
Look at the man and his life long ministry. I am sure he has done something wrong somewhere, but hey, throw the stone if you may.

I have never heard anything disrespectful come out of the Copeland's mouths re God. I know they love Him. They might come out of a "now considered old way" of ministry, but I wish that I can one day hand over the souls to God that he will.

I believe if you look a Daniel 7:20, 23-24 the picture will become somewhat clearer.

If you answer this question. Whose head were the 10 horns in?

In verse 23 it says “the fourth beast is the fourth kingdom” and in verse 24 says the “10 kings ARISE OUT OF that kingdom”. Proof that they are consecutive is that another arises after them.

Adstar also says they receive authority “With the beast, NOT BEFORE the beast.

Daniel 7:20 says three fell BEFORE HIM with verse 24 telling of his subjugation of the last three. Another proof that these are consecutive terms.

Daniel 7: 20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and BEFORE WHOM three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.

In Rev. 17:12 John was looking down the corridors of time at ten Presidents’ who had not yet been ‘elected’ to office.

However THEY would hold authority as Presidents for ‘one hour’ or 41 years 243 days a period of time that touches all ten administrations.

In the 1 day is as 1000 years formula, this time will end when the “short spaced” seventh falls mostly likely when the “bud becomes perfect”.

A close estimate to its start date would be in John Kennedy’s administration sometime near July 10, 1964?

Adstar, it is hard to break traditions and free yourself from them, but what we have here is ten consecutive Presidents, with the last three, Clinton, Bush and Cheney being subdued from behind the scenes while they are before him carrying out his ‘deal doings’.

Nothing is as it seems as deception continues to be poured on the masses.

Yes it does say he shall arise after them but it does not say they will be gone from power or be dead. It is saying that the ten kings will already be in power when the Anti-christ rises. Note it says at the end

"and he shall subdue three kings." If the 10 kings "presidents" are former leaders then why would the Anti-Christ need to subdue any of them? They would not be in power. There is no need to subdue one who is no longer in office.

In verse 7 Daniel saw the final 41 plus years of the exceedingly strong United States BEAST KINGDOM and its LAST TEN PRESIDENTS. In verse 8 Daniel saw THE SUBDUER, THE 11TH, COME UP. And what does he do? Of these TEN FIRST PRESIDENTS he plucked up three by the roots. These are the ‘last three’.

Adstar the ‘subduer’ has been around awhile, as a matter of fact it’s going on almost 13 and a half years. So some are OUT OF OFFICE and FOUR OF THEM ARE DEAD. And yes SEVEN PRESIDENTS WERE IN POWER and had fulfilled their terms as Presidents when he, the ‘subduer’, arrived on the scene.

The last three, to be subdued, are before him and had to be in power. The time of subduing is a TIME OF PREPERATION; you don’t become President of the world before you do your homework and get all the pieces of the puzzle in place.

Daniel 7 is the story of the ‘final world empire’ and its last ten Presidents, that start hating her so much that they burn her with fire (Rev. 17:16) and this doesn’t happen overnight. The antichrist then becomes the “eighth” and reigns 900 days and THEN THE GOOD NEWS ARRIVES in Daniel 7:26-27 you may want to read it?
