I just wanted to Praise the Lord for His blessings...not only did He get me through my finals and my test for my tax preparer's course...but He set me up with a temporary job through next Tuesday...and provided so that I'd have both day care and transportation covered for the first two days of my son's Christmas vacation (while I'd be having to work)!!!! PTL!!!! \0/

Amen Selene! Good for you and He is soooo good to us isn't He! I got a suprise check in the mail for almost $400.00 from some type of medical bill a LONG TIME ago! I"ve been wanting to take classes in college to finish up my degree plan but I had this $400 some dollar bill that I owe the school. It really shouldn't have ever been charged to me, hopefully I can work this out tomorrow. But our Father sure does know our needs and will provide for us. God bless Him! I am more and more speechless everyday!

To be honest...this is my happiest Christmas ever...My daddy died at Christmastime thirteen years ago...and up until this year, it's always been difficult to celebrate it...but God's done an incredible overhaul on me over the past few months...and now, I can honestly say with all my heart...that this is the happiest, most blessed Christmas I've ever known. My parents are with My Lord and He (God) loves me...I've been blessed with precious children and grandchildren..and the blessings we've received from His Hand might not mean a lot to the world...but to me, there's no price that could EVER be put on them!!!! And EVERY time we've had a need, HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF IT!!!! YES...A MILLION TIMES YES...GOD IS GOOD!!!!!

I hope that you and yours have a wonderful Christmas too!!!!

GOd is gracious...and merciful...when we show his love others will want to be in that LIGHT as well. Some see this light as darkness if their hearts are hardened.
And we must always remember, which I constantly seem to have to remind myself ...that God hardens hearts so that eventually they will get so hard that they will have to break...it happened to me...I didn't necessarily like all the wounds and pains coming to surfice...but PRAISE GOD...he makes us come to him and be humble and Praise him...Now I want to sing and Praise him continually...I am finally having intimacy that I lacked for years...with Jesus...and it affects all my relationship with my husband and everyone I encounter....step by step...he guides us gently to know him...more of him...less of me.
Reminds me of a Joyce Meyers service I watchted one time...She came to a part in the sermon saying..."What about me, what about me (what aboutBOB ...yeah we can all be so selfish when we feel desperate reaching for Jesus when we don't feel his guidance and presence...praise God his timing is in his own way...cause if we got pain and can't release it...are captive to it...he knows just how to mold the clay.
Oh Jesus you are worthy and send your loving servants to guide us all.
God's peace that surpasseth all understanding to us all.
