Video heightens fears for UK hostage

A disturbing new video has been broadcast of the British hostage Norman Kember blindfolded with black tape, shackled in chains and wearing an orange jumpsuit, pleading for his life.

One of the men are from my state, VA. They had some of his family and friends on the news last night and they all said that he told them if he was to ever be captured that he would not want the government to give into any demands for his return. They all said they know he would still feel this way - even now.

CAIRO, Dec. 9 (Xinhuanet) -- The Islamic Army in Iraq said in an internet statement on Thursday that they have killed a US hostage because their demands were not met.

Dear Lord,

Lord hear my cry, that you may here the hostages cry, Lord please spare their lifes and rescue them. Lord give the UK and US government wisdom and intelligence, help them Lord. Let the faithful triumph over evil, let the hostages faith (if they have any) illuminate the darkness of evil. Send your gaurdian angels with haste, Lord be quick. give comfort to the families who are going through this, bless them and hold them.

Lord I pray for the evil do'ers, bless them Lord, filll their heads with sense! Lead them to your son Jesus Christ, let them see the path they should pursue. I pray for peace, and rescue.
