What the Lord Is Saying Today
November 30, 2008. Yesterday I received a prophetic word from a mature and faithful prophet friend of mine. His word was addressed “To the Prophets of God.” But I took it as a word for me personally. For the last 24 hours I have been before the Lord seeking that my heart would be good, clean and pure before Him. The exercise in prayer and supplication has been good, though painful too. I told my friend that daily before dawn, I seek two things. I seek to offer thanksgiving and praise to my God for all He has done and for who He is to me. Secondly, I seek to hear what He has to say to the nations and me. I promise to give Him all the credit and glory and take none to myself. Then I see to write down what I have heard Him say. Sometimes I tremble, weep and sit humbly in silence before Him. I have sought to seek Him with all my heart, but these last eight years since beginning January 6, 2001, I have humbly sought Him daily for His correction, instruction and encouragement. Hallelujah!
Psalms 51:10-12 “Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation And sustain me with a willing spirit.” Ras Robinson*
November 30, 2008. Much is going well with you, in work, within the family, in your Church, and it seems somewhat better in the world. But there is one area where you have a stumbling block. You are not taking care of your personal time and relationship with Me. Your mind is so much on other things, you are forgetting alone time with Me. If you continue neglecting this it will begin to cause problems in the other arenas of life. You need wholeness in all areas. When we are together you will remember how good this is. Don’t let anything take precedent over time with Me. I miss you My child and friend.
Acts 3:19-20 “Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away. Then times of refreshment will come from the presence of the Lord, and he will again send you Jesus, your appointed Messiah. Bev Robinson**
Make me know you, O Lord
In the depths of my soul.
Purify me and I will be clean.
Wash me whiter than snow.
Create in me a clean heart, O God
And renew your Spirit within me.
Create in me a clean heart, O God
And renew your Spirit within me.
The sacrifices acceptable to you,
O Lord, are a broken spirit.
A broken heart, a contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.
Create in me a clean heart, O God
And renew your Spirit within me.
Create in me a clean heart, O God
And renew your Spirit within me.

Suddenly, Jesus met them. "Greetings," he said. Matthew 28:9
Our neighbors had been out fishing. What a beautiful day. The good catch made it all the better. Tired, happy hands threw the fish out of the cooler, up onto the dock. One guy started cleaning the boat, another started cleaning the fish.
The coconut telegraph was buzzing. Pelicans flew in, and floated over, to be in reach of the fish scraps being tossed out. An expected and familiar site. They always know, somehow, when and where there is fish-cleaning going on.
So later in the week, out for a short boat ride, I was unprepared to see pelicans, in an unexpected place. I did a double-take when we zipped by the mangroves, where several were roosting. I would expect to see them in the water, by the dock. But not up in the trees!
God comes to us in unexpected ways all the time. He is the God of the suddenlies (a few examples, below). There are many incidences, in the Bible, that tell of the Lord suddenly doing something.
Yes, He comes in expected and unexpected ways. He breaks through into our day, and whispers, Here I am! With you!.
Lord, today, please help me to see you in unexpected ways and places. Amen.
Matthew 8:26 Then he (Jesus) got up and rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly there was a great calm.
Luke 2:13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
Luke 23:45 The light from the sun was gone. And suddenly, the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn down the middle.
Luke 24:4 While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them.
John 6:19 They had rowed three or four miles when suddenly they saw Jesus walking on the water toward the boat.
Acts 2:2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.
Acts 9:3 As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.

Dear Jesus,
Thank you for the time we spent together this morning. I saw you as the Good Shepherd walking through the hills and valleys calling your sheep. A few are right behind you, following you wherever you may lead. Some were lost and out of the range of your voice. But the ones that are breaking your heart are the sheep that are penned up and can't follow you. They are penned up behind man-made fences that were contructed with help from the devil. These sheep are really lost but they thought they were safe and secure. They are depending on someone else letting them out when the right messiah comes along. They are depending on someone else telling them who their true Shepherd is. The man-made fences are demoninations, legalism and dependence on church ministers. The sheep behind these fences are content. The little ones have wanted to get out for a long time, but the older ones are so used to their pen that don't even think about it anymore. They are being fed man-made food from troughs instead of your sweet, free grass. They don't realize that there is a huge difference. Their stomachs are full so they are content. But they are about to miss out because you are coming for all of your sheep. You want to lead them out.
Jesus please shout out in your glorious, beautiful, mightly voice. Let the sheep that are astray hear your voice. Let the ones penned hear you and know that it is truly you. You said your sheep will know you by your voice. Tell them it is time, that you, our true Shepherd has come to lead us out! Let the ones behind weak fences sense your presence and get excited. Through the work of your Holy Spirit let them know that they can knock their fences down by themselves if they work together. Your mighty shout will tear down their fences that are too heavily reinforced. Jesus your mighty shout will break down anything that the devil has constructed.
But your heart breaks because all of the penned sheep will not follow because they are too used to their pens. They are afraid that they might miss being fed from their troughs. They will stay behind where their fences used to be. Waiting to be told by their familiar voices that it is okay to go instead of listening to their own spirits.
Please Lord, speak to our spirits before it is too late! Please help us listen so that we will know your beautiful voice so that when you call for us we know it is you. We need you help. Please stir our spirits with your Holy Spirit. The time is short and there is little time left to prepare.
