Proverbs 5:15 Drink water from your own cistern, flowing water from your own well.

Isaiah 36:12 But Rabshakeh said, Hath my master sent me to thy master and to thee to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men that sit upon the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own --- with you?

There are many parts of the word that can be used to make one feel it is ok to do things like into your own body flowids, but it is a fact that G-d would never ask us to do something that will cause us that kind of harm, so these kinds of part show how men with the use of their own human thinking justify doing nasty things. It is that OVER THE TOP thing is what I can this.

I have one for you.....

Than through her thinking she tried to justify this buy saying....

Genesis 30
1 And when Rachel saw that she bare Jacob no children, Rachel envied her sister; and she said unto Jacob, Give me children, or else I die.

2 And Jacob's anger was kindled against Rachel: and he said, Am I in God's stead, who hath withheld from thee the fruit of the womb?

3 And she said, Behold, my maid Bilhah, go in unto her; that she may bear upon my knees, and I also may obtain children by her.

4 And she gave him Bilhah her handmaid to wife: and Jacob went in unto her.

5 And Bilhah conceived, and bare Jacob a son.

6 And Rachel said, God hath judged me, and hath also heard my voice, and hath given me a son: therefore called she his name Dan.

7 And Bilhah Rachel's handmaid conceived again, and bare Jacob a second son.

8 And Rachel said, With mighty wrestlings have I wrestled with my sister, and have prevailed: and she called his name Naphtali.

....you can see what a twisted thinking was going on, mixed with mans tridition....at that time when could by adoption, have children through there handmaids by that handmaid giving birth on their owners nees. So...rachel gained two children for her husband that way...

Numbert 8...shows what prevoked Reachel to come to the point of taking things into her own hands...she was wrestling with her sister and feel she prevailed against her because of those births a sons for her husband.

9 When Leah saw that she had left off bearing, she took Zilpah her handmaid, and gave her to Jacob to wife.

10 And Zilpah Leah's handmaid bare Jacob a son.

11 And Leah said, Fortunate! and she called his name Gad.

12 And Zilpah Leah's handmaid bare Jacob a second son.

13 And Leah said, Happy am I! for the daughters will call me happy: and she called his name Asher.

....so after leah stopped conseaving she did the same, sick thing and gave put another women between her and her husband for a wife.

It took their father to undo their handywork....but that is found later!

14 And Reuben went in the days of wheat harvest, and found mandrakes in the field, and brought them unto his mother Leah. Then Rachel said to Leah, Give me, I pray thee, of thy son's mandrakes. 15 And she said unto her, Is it a small matter that thou hast taken away my husband? and wouldest thou take away my son's mandrakes also? And Rachel said, Therefore he shall lie with thee to-night for thy son's mandrakes.

.....think what it must have taken to bring herself to ask for the mandrakes, Reachal had her husbands love, and thought that she needed mroe than that! Where Leah was giving away everything for the one thing that wasnt hers!

17 And God hearkened unto Leah, and she conceived, and bare Jacob a fifth son.

18 And Leah said, God hath given me my hire, because I gave my handmaid to my husband: and she called his name Issachar.

19 And Leah conceived again, and bare a sixth son to Jacob.

20 And Leah said, God hath endowed me with a good dowry; now will my husband dwell with me, because I have borne him six sons: and she called his name Zebulun.

.....You see in 18 and in 20 leah's thenking on what her act of but a women in between her and her husband. She praised her own actions and even said that G-d did it for that reason, the when the word is clear that G-d opened her womb and closed her sisters for one reason, that was because of th lack of love toword Leah, and favortism. Both the lask of love and favortism seems to keep playing big rolls in their family, but as we know G-d isnt above using the weekness and bad behavor of others to big good out of it.

50 If thou shalt afflict my daughters, and if thou shalt take wives besides my daughters, no man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee.

...This is where the marriages where undone....for befor in the word those maids of Leahs and Reachaels it was stated that they where wifes of Jocab, but after that, concubines. Nasty and overly humbling....lack of love!

To think Leah lived under this for years, watching first her sisters maid...die, concubian....
watching than her sister die....the favorite wife, the one with the one thing that she couldnt have.
Than her own maid be slept with by her own son. Making only her left, not other women between her and her husband, but still not one word was said about him loving her. It was later after she died that she was given a place of honor, where her sons barried her by the family tomb right by her husbands forfathers.

There are many parts of the word that can be twisted, a women can look at this and come up with that twisted idea that her husband has a right to sleep with others women, and that she should even take it apone herself to give those closes to her over to him. But that isnt what is right....

so lets look at what scripture that you used to show this....

I posted this because it is to show that you cant take this one part off on its own but must keep it with the others to find its MEANING!!!

Proverbs 5
1My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:

2That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.

3For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:

4But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.

5Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

6Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them.

7Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.

8Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:

9Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:

10Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;

11And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,

12And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;

13And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!

14I was almost in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.

15Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.

16Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets.

17Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.

18Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.

19Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.

20And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?

21For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.

22His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.

23He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.

....it is PROGRASIVE....leading one in the reading down what a bad women, a stranger would do to the writers son, out of love the writer is giving a warning,

disperse:
To separate and move in different directions; scatter: The crowd dispersed once the concert ended.
To break up and vanish; dissipate: The storm clouds had dispersed by noon.

8 to 13 shows a resalt of putting up with the bad women the writer is warning about.

The rest of that chapter covers byt he writer that teaching of take from what is your own, to stay way or drive away from you that watch down belong to you, to be happen and in longing, want, desire to be but where it truely belongs, on that wife of his youth!!!

so, No I dont believe at all it is talking about it being right to take in ones own body flowids, it shows in the walk down of this, that sin will take one farther than he would want to walk, stay longer than he will want to stay, and cast one more than he would really want to puy!

The bible is not really a science book but it does have clues beyond clues.

Them 2 verses that I have shown in the original posting is an awareness that the people in the bible days do know to what drinking of one's own urine is all about. Whether it is a form of ancient therapy or not is something I do not yet know.

What I do know is that many cultures from around the world do have some form of cleansing activities that involves the use of one's own urine.

Matter of fact, our own advance technology can turn sewage water into drinking water but the notion of it does not sell at all.

Drinking urine is very nutritious if there are any nutritional value to such water.

The body excretes any unnecessary nutrients out that the body can not use. So there you go, drinking urine will not kill you and you can get your nutrients that way but then again, why go such route to get your daily dose of vitamin C when there are other, cleaner methods to take?

Did you know the the areas where there wasnt water at hand, when a women was to give birth, they used the urine of camels as well as other animals to wash there babies. AS well as the angint egyptions used their poo to or the poo of their animals in parts of their meds as well...but at one time, docs used cocain as treatment, as well as in drinks, as well as many other things too. That doesnt make any of it right. As well as there is so many things that comer what would be knowen as truelly clean!

Why can't we need it now? The properties of Urine is very helpful, even when we were still in the womb. It makes our skin smoother?

What about using marijuana? Is it a sin to use it? Modern medicine have made it ok for the use of banned drugs to conquer human's ailment.

Modern medicine is yet to study upon the use of urine to help conquer diseases and what not but why?

Because we do not need it now?

peacemaker
I have seen what the use of marijuana can do to a person. My brother has grown up using it, and it has massed him over, it opens a person up to demons as well, seeing things in the spiritual. I dont believe that we should be using everything just because it is there, it isnt all that good!

I will not be taking urine as meds though, it is nasty. It has been connect to abusive behavor in others as well. Like doing in on things or people. When I was a child, about 7 years old, I was next door in a house, my older brother and his friends kicked me, beat me, and cragded me through the house. I was than peed on!

So with that as well as with what is in that part of the word used, I feel there is to much negitive things connected to it.

ok, a dog going oh a flower bush, over time, takes on that small, so that it no longer smalles the way G-d has made it to small. Get my point. It should be used!
BibleScholar
I see your point in your own personal testimonial and I'm sorry for what injustice that others have placed upon you.

I too was abused. They placed marsh mellow in the shape of a bunny for easter down my mouth and forces me to say chubby wubby.

I think Urine is an acid because it burns to give diaper rashes?

I have tried fresh morning urine on my face before. I had major breakouts a few years ago and someone said to use urine when you just wake up in the morning. I dipped it with a cotton swab and layered it on my face before washing it off. I don't know what is in it but I don't have pimples anymore. The first reaction that feels like the active ingredient is working is a cool sensation on my skin. Hard to explain but someone should try it out to see what I'm talking about.

The power of Urine. Yeh for some and nay for others.

+Shine+
So have you tried it then? Eeeeek! Ewwwwww!
I don't think the word is actually speaking about urine lol.
BTW I think the word Cistern is referring to a rain water / clean water storage tank.
But the analogy in proverbs is about sleeping around, ie. you should sleep with your wife and not let your "waters" spill out in the street!
