The modern process of pastorization practiced in the churches today rids the word of not only the possible bad interpretations...but also the possible good ones. Pastorization obliterates the milk into a junk food state that lacks real nutritional value. Don't megasize me!

This is bad terminology designed to stir up controversy among those that need to hear the word in a way they can understand, It's simply milk and nothing else. They didn't even have pasteurization when God coined the term milk for baby believers

You know the LORD is faithful and merciful...and is gentle and kind. He will never leave us nor abandon us...

He talked to me clearly today, as I came home. On the radio, the service (yes a good teacher) was about the Holy Spirit and how Jesus had told his disciples to wait in Jerusalem and not leave until he told them to.

Then as we all know the day of Pentecost came and they where filled with the Holy Ghost.

the whole service was about waiting for the LORD. just wanted to share...and in answer to your question, I would say yes...

And how all those whom come believe and trust in the LORD, and have repented of their sins...the Holy Spirit indwells in them.

I've also heard a wonderful story from a dear friend.

Who said that the Holy Spirit is like a glass of Chocolate milk...and the chocolate is at the bottom of the glass...and has to be Stirred up.

Only by love, and in faith, to reach out to one another in love of Christ...for this is the greatest commandment of all.

One k..and yes we do..Some people feel very insecure with what they know and believe. God gives us shepherds to lean on. I corrected your spelling error for you...I didn't see what you were saying. Now l do. I know you started another string about teachers too. But lots of bells and whistles go off when the word is properly taught. They help us until we can stand on our own and cleave to the Holy Spirit.

Some people have no concept of the Holy Spirit...
It's a process and it's better not to be left on ones own until one is ready..

I guess l just have good pastor teachers in my church.. My Sunday school teacher is a Dr. and Professor..He was a Pastor in and Assemblies of God Church for 10 years and now he teaches. He asked people to raise their hands.. Pre mid or post...I didn't bother raising mine..(been there done that).. I was surprized at how many were from different camps... and the ones that said they were post but hoping for pre...what a cop out.

If you're teaching whats in the Bible wha'ts the problem? My Pastors and teachers teach the word.

I agree with C7A and Sally Fallon. Pasteurisation of milk is a crime against humanity. So many sick people and children caused by inferior quality milk being cooked into a lifeless product which is so denatured that there is no point drinking it. If you want to drink milk then buy a cow. In this country it is illegal to sell heroin, it is also illegal to sell raw milk.

If pastors are capable of pasteurising the word of God imagine what would become of it if there were no pastors at all and it was left to the laity to interpret to their hearts content. Would it become UHT or powdered milk. Who knows. There are so many heresies around today coming mainly from untrained self-appointed bible teachers that who can tell the pure milk of the word from the soy of the world.

Only by the illuminations and teachings of the one universal apostolic holy church may we know the difference, for her doctrines expose the heresies of evil men who come into pollute and adulterate the pure milk of the word. We are told the true worshipers worship the Father (Yahweh) in spirit and truth, we do not have to go here or go there, we do not have to go to Jerusalem or a temple or vatican or church to worship the Father in Heaven. AND understand this, Jesus ALLOWS US TO BE REJECTED, ISOLATED.

How many times have you thought that O why LORD did you allow that to happen to me...only later to PRAISE HIM FOR DOING SO, for if we had not been rejected by a relationship or situation...we would have been in a worse place.

And how would we learn to love if we have not suffered for loving?

And when you give your all for Christ, for his names sake, YOU WILL BE REJECTED, count on it.

But Jesus takes that personally...This is grieving of the Holy Spirit.

If my people pray and HUMBLE themselves and TURN from their wicked ways, I will heal their land.

Jesus will lead us to all Truth...and he is ABLE to use whomever to give us a WORD of knowledge and confirmation. but ultimately knowledge is just that if not used with the WISDOM of God and the Fruit of the Spirit...that leads us always to Christ, and not the spirit of religion, but the spirit of all Truth, Christ IN us the Hope and the Glory.

I didn't know that by me saying the milk had to pastorized ( which I just meant that with comparing how Jesus turns the water into wine)for we all see through a glass darkly, but Jesus is the all consuming fire. that it would turn this topic into a Science discussion.

And I do not believe the WORD should be watered down....it is a double-edged sword, cutting to the bone and marrow...why
because the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins, and teaching us to take the narrow road, the one less traveled.
