Elijah means...My God is Yahveh. What did Christ mean when He spoke of Elijah/Elias in the following scripture?

Matthew 11:11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of woman there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

11:13 For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.

11:14 And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.

11:15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Was Christ saying...John the Baptist was the spirit of Elijah or.....all the prophets and the law (The Book) which came before John are Elijah or.......that He Himself was the Prophet? Christ, the Word, is "all the prophets and the law." When He said, "if ye will receive it" was He pointing to Himself when He said...."this is Elias?"

Peter said.....

Acts 3:20 And He shall send Jesus Christ, Which before was preached unto you:

3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of ALL HIS HOLY PROPHETS since the world began.

3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, 'A Prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; Him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you.

3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that Prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.'

Elijah has already come

Matthew
"17:10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?

17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

17:12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them."

...... before the great and terrible day of the Lord

Which is still pending ...........

There is a breach in the prophetic scriptures between about 33 A.D. and now

.....and it will continue until the Lord brings His coming judgment of the tribulation period

There is nothing recorded in the visions of earthly events since the Lord was cut off

The unfulfilled portion of all of them is still pending

where in the BIble does it say Jesus was cut off
He lives. Same yesterday, today, and forever
He is the Head of His Body of living believers and those in Him who sleep.
How long . . .
Seek the Lord while He can be found.

The Lord was crucified in the first century just after the 69th week decreed for national Israel [Daniel's people] and did not establish His kingdom on the earth at the time .... He is coming again to do this and will execute the 70th week of the 70 weeks of years decreed

Daniel
9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

There is a breach in time lapse between the 69th and the 70th week in the scope of the prophetic visions

All unfulfilled prophecy after the 69th week is still pending and will not resume until the beginning of the 70th week

This time frame is the Lord's coming judgment upon the earth for intransigence and unbelief ... His hour [time] of trial upon the whole world

He will then establish His millennial kingdom on the earth just after the tribulation period is completed

No one knows when the 70th week will begin as the Lord has not revealed it to anyone

The believer is to be ready and waiting for the Lord to call and immortalize them just before He brings His wrath upon the earth [the 70th week]
