My back and neck can not take walking on the frozen ground. Its hard to walk on and if I can't walk then my back stays in screaming pain. Also the shoes they all make now are all like concrete. My old shoes are still good execpt the back lining is warm out so it digs into my ankle and cripples me. The new one my mother bought for me are hard like rocks and she said there all like that now at the store.
So I need God to bring me some snow because it cushens the frozen ground.
Both of my arms are having problems stiffening up which is effecting my shoulders as well. My muscles are getting in such knots my vertabrae are sticking together.

Hi Jeff,
Have you ever tried inserting nicely-padded, or gel insoles in your new shoes? They may make them more comfortable for you.
Seeing that you live in Minnesota, it shouldn't be too much longer before the snow starts.
Know that I am praying for you.

I agree with Annie....living where you do you should be seeing snow anytime now....but, I will pray for that snow and for your pain to be taken away. I'm sorry you are going through this Jeff.
And....the gel insoles.....

Jeff please get yourself some msm. I have to tell you the story of my friends dog. My friend beth ley is a doctor in nutrition and I took her to another friends house and her dog could barely move and while we were watching her my friend told us that she was planning on putting her down because her dog was in alot of pain and beth started patting the dog and said poor puppy you need msm. So beth gave my friend a bottle and told her to give her so many a day. about 4 months later I went to my friends house again and this dog leaped off the porch and came over and was leaping in the air and I asked my friend if she got a new dog and she said NO! that was beth and her msm that helped her dog. We sell supplements and we carry her brand and we sell out all the time. Our manager goes on crutches when he stops taking it. You have to make sure of the brand because only 2 companies make it right according to beth! The brand she sells is called Doctors Best Best MSM 1000 mg 1800-777-2474 we sell it for 18 dollars Beths site is called blpublications.com and she sells other supplements as well she researches each product she sells. Beth is an awesome christian and I have seen so many helped by her! It would really help you with your pain!

Hi Brother,
I remember that you have bone spurs...this may be exacerbated by toxins of some kind.
I have a bone spur in my hip and a serious problem with the vertebra at lumbar 6,7
which accelerated due to a car accident and more recently a fall.
Please review your medications. It could be time to get off them and go more holistic
with enzymes and detox with a more natural direction. Toxicity also affects the
extremities when it involves the nervous system and can affect eye sight and personality!
I am praying for you. May God lead you into health and deliver you from the pain
you are experiencing.
How far do you walk? What kind of shoes would help you? Maybe you could search
the internet for some practicle solutions and continue to pray. Ask God for a standing
scripture and pray it for a breakthrough.
Blessings,
Signet

For comfort, try men's classic Uggs, and make sure they are genuine sheepskin. We all wear them around here when it's cold. In fact, we live in them all winter. The sheepskin stays warm when we need to walk or stand in snow, because they are naturally insulated and very soft. You are supposed to wear them with out socks.
For the back, you may just need to see a chiropracter. If you feel like your muscles and spine are a major mess, you may have a pinched nerve which can be remedied by a good chiropractor. If you think it's tight muscles, try a certified massage therapist. The good ones can work wonders.

First my bone spurs were caused by a fracture almost 9 years ago. A fracture grows bone spurs much different then planters fascia. The spurs were caused by the fracture healing wrong until the bone grew right into the tenonds and ligaments. This means the only way for them to be removed is by grinding them off. Since I can't find a nuerosurgeon to do it I am stuck with them unless God removes them for me.
I have tried supplemants and MSM before and it actually makes it hurt more. A man recomended IP6 Rice bran in 2007 so I took it. He said it should help remove the bone spurs but all it seemed to do was suck some of the fat cushening the spurs from the tendon. So ever since I took that supplement it has hurt more. So I quite taking supplements. After talking to a chiropractor a while back he recomend I get enough protein so my muscle nevcer get weak and that does nothing to fix the problem but I have noticed when I don't eat enough it hurts more.
I have tried the DRs sholes Gel inserts because the regular ones that come with shoes are all junk now. All the shoes at the store my mother said don't have those spungy diamond inserts that cushion your heel. They work well but if the shoe is to hard or does not have the diamond insert I can't walk that far.
I do have a pinched nerve in my neck which actualy is making my neck muscle much weaker. You see the bone spurs are on my skull which makes them stab my neck muscles. Since the neck muscles are all messed up my cervical spine does not have its proper support. Therefore adjustments do nothing.
I went to a chirpractor in town in 2007 and he claimed he could adjust the attachment to the back of my skull and that would make the spurs disapear. So after he did his adujstments with the acitvator he made it twice as worse. Thats why I went to the Mayo Clinic last year and Dr Richard Marsh basicaly told me I was insane and to go to Hell. Biofeedback he recomended, but he was so foolish I was having so called biofeedback write when I was talking to him. He looked like he was possesed he was so hysterical or on drugs but maybe both? I wrote him a letter sticking it to him that I am not into there occult practises of pyscology and I don't beleive in there "power of the mind mystisicm" bull crap.

Jeff,
I'm sorry to hear you're going through pain. I understand pain (I have back and neck problems too).
My grandpa had rheumatism and had special shoes for his feet (they had a really thick sole to cushion for shock absorption). I do believe he went to the doctor for those shoes however. Have you talked to your doctor about special shoes?
I'm praying that the Lord relieves your pain and provides all your needs according to His riches in glory.
God bless you,
Kim

I think it's also special inserts now, instead of just the shoes. It costs less and they are easier to replace. I have arthritis in my hands from doing professional housecleaning for 17 years, and I have it in my ankles from ballet dancing and martial arts many years ago.
In California, we can buy unpasteurized milk that is loaded with enzymes, right off the shelves of our natural foods stores. The enzymes have helped me sleep through the night without pain. I add chocolate to it because I hate milk and this stuff is expensive.....but worth it.

I have not gone to my Dr and I don't want to either, I am tired of going to them. It snowed a little yesterday so the grounds a little softer. My moms going back to th sotre soon as the woman working at one of the shoes store said she could call to see if there any dupicate pairs left at the place they order them from.
I know milk thing, only I heat it up add chochlate and a little vanilla.
I do excerise everyday and take warm baths. I am so bloated right now though it hurts to much to go anywhere.

I wear those pads that sharon mentioned, and they are very comfortable. Not expensive either, for sale at many regular shoe shops.
Jeff, you mentioned that those spurs are attached to the skull, did you not mean the spine?

Sharon or Jeff,
What types of enzymes are good for pain? I never heard of that...and I suffer from pain quite a bit. I quit taking meds for this because I don't want side affects.
Thanks!

btw, if you're wanting to avoid sugared chocolate, Nestle makes sugar free powdered chocolate for milk...you can add your own sweetener. (We use saccharin....even though Equal put out their ad campaigns slamming saccharin, it used to be the sweetener of choice for a LONG time...it tastes pretty good too).

Don't use any artificial sweetner. Hopefully, you read the article on the natural cures post...about aspartame, and Saccarin has been linked to bladder cancer. Cane sugar has only 16 carories and does not cause as many problems as artificial sweetners.
Enzymes....The best ones are from drinking raw, unpasteurized milk.
