I was alittle bit leary on posting this.But maybe this happened to somebody else in this form.About 2 nights ago, i had this vision.Now this vision was not from God.The reason i know this,is because i was frightened.That night i couldn't sleep...it was about 2 a.m. and i was tossing all night desperate to fall asleep.As i turned and looked out into the darkness,an animal like creature,looked to me like either a small white dog or a lamb i have no idea really because...now get ready...the scary part.It appeared to be drenced with this gew like substance. Almost like an after birth. Gross i know...but i didn't pick the vision.It stood still with these big sad eyes.Afraid, i got up to look for my dog.Now i'm not sure if my mind was just exhausted,or working overtime on different things i was troubled about.Believe me,i wish it were a vision of a more happier experience. Also i do know...as you get into a close relationship with God,satan tries to scare the crap out of you.I was told i should have laughed it off,and rebuked satan...but at that time all i could do was pray.Now in the past ofcourse i have had other experiences...in which a figure came to me..he appeared all in darkness.But i wasn't walking with the Lord then. And it was a long time ago.Then, i used to run to the card readers for comfort.Right after that experience i had my family pray with me in my house. So you see, now it's a whole different ball game, i know God and i never thought i would ever experience another vision like that again. I ask myself..whats up with this animal figure? Anyway what do you think?

does fear mean its not from God ? John in Revelation and Daniel got afraid didn't they ? Correct me if I am wrong .

Because you have at one time been involved in occult type of activities....you need to rebuke it - take it to the cross and get rid of anything in your home that has evil attached to it. Card, books, magazines, reading horoscopes, consulting psychics, evil video games, anything that has evil attached and make sure if someone gave you something and they deal with any of those things - get it out of your home. You did the right thing to pray, but you'll really notice a difference once you rid your home and your life of things that have evil attached to them. I hope this helps give you understanding.

Thank you for your response.It has been long while since i was involved in any activity,and i did rid my home of what was given to me from the reader.Also had my home prayed over.I have made my way back to my Lord and never entend on turning my back on Him again.Theres no place like home.Praise God !

Yup,i have dismissed this vision and have not givin it another thought.I know satan was trying as usual to mess me up.But hey,i got the power in Christ and cannot be defeated. And i agree ...one of my favorite things to do is praise God with music.
