So in Haggai..the temple is about to be rebuilt...Perhaps again... only this time a living temple?

If a Temple can be torn down in 3 days maybe it can be raised up in three as well...

Just wondering..

I wonder what it will take to encourage a nation? as we so greatly need at this time.

There's a church here in Hawaii that was recommended. Church of Living Stones...I was planning on attending tomorrow..Seems to fit.

I'm looking forward to seeing the temple rebuilt in this manner. So maybe this is what Stephen and l could agree on concerning the temple..

It's funny...I was thinking this week as l looked at recent pictures of myself (as a picture doesn't lie)...that it seems l'm just now getting it together in my life and l am 60..what use? It's to late. I can never regain what's been lost. And as l review Haggai l find it says here:

what i am picking up only God can resovle this crisis we are seeing unfold not the 20 nations and the leaders that met at the G 20 summit where they talked and debated on how to resolve this crisis

this is what i am picking up my self as i have been giving what is developing over to god my land lord who is my old friend who took me into his home had a guy come over on friday he was trying to sell him some shares my land lord is intrested i told him to be care ful dont buy into what he has to say i asked him has he been reading the papers listening to the news if so be care full and give this over to god i said if you want to invest invest in the kingdom were you wil be rewarded by god dont give what you have saved to pigs were your hard earnt money you have saved could be frozen or lost

i am praying that when my land lord leaves with me on the 1st of dec 2008 that for the 2 weeks he spends with me in the philippines as he is my best man that god wil show him were to invest his savings i am praying that he supports our new church that my fiancee soon to be my wife who is a filapino pastor we are in need of caring people to come on board we have poor kids in genuine need of support we have a school in the main church in bacolod we have kids who are in need of an education the kids who come to our school have sponcers from america and sevral other countrys and we need more sponcers so i am hoping what he sees he wil be able to make his mind up he is wealthy and he has been a blessing to me and my fiancee he has payed for our wedding and for my ticket and he is paying for my suit hire he is even assisting me as i wil be staying in the philippines for a month he is giving me $1,500 so i am blessed to have my land lord supporting me like this

if the 20 Nations were to put their trust in god like i have to were he has come through for me i cant see how God wil let the 20 Nations down god can do the impossible if these 20 Nations and their leaders were to repent receive christ and trust god he wil give them the answers they need

while these 20 Nations trust in the god of this earth and there experts to help them fix this mess we are in i can honestly say this if you have seen what happens like quick sand if you ever find your self trapped and sinking you wil know what i am trying to say quick sand has killed people if you have not got the wits to get your self out or some one on the other side to pull you out your gone your life as you know it is over and its not a nice way to die

Not one leader of these countrys is willing to turn to god or are these leaders of these countrys willing to turn to us

God can solve this crisis if they give up their pride but while they worship the god of this earth god will let our nations suffer he wil not let us suffer but non believers who dont repent and put there trust in god he wil let them suffer while they put their trust in men

dont put your trust in unstable men who dont care for you these men only care for them selves and their familys if they really cared and are serious in resolving this crisis al they have to do is repent ask jesus to forgive them receive jesus as their lord and saviour and then sit back and watch what jesus father does

i am reminded of what god did to the nations he drove out who defiled the land

this is how i see this for my self and i can only share to what i have been picking up and what god has done so far in my life

i am praying that my fiancees goverment and their president wil turn to god as their are christians with in the philippines goverment but what i have seen its a corrupted country everyone is feeling this those in third world countrys that have a dictator goverment are feeling it more and these are the ones i am worried about not what the 20 leaders of the nations had to say at this meeting that is ending

Haggai has to reproach the Jews because of their indifference towards God on the second day of the sixth month to wake them up from their lukewarmness. In fact Zerubbabel the governor and Joshua the high priest were encouraged to take up the building work at the house of God together with the entire remnant of the people of Israel (chap. 1).

The second message of God through Haggai on the 21 st day of the seventh month (Hag. 2:1-9) is thought to encourage the people even further. The view is also focused towards the time of the end that is the appearing of the Messiah. Heavens and earth will be shaken (that is the upheaval of all things) before Christ will be revealed. Compare Hag. 2:6-7 with Heb. 12:26-28).

The third message is uttered on the 24 th day of the ninth month and contains one of the clearest warnings against spiritual defilement of the Old Testament. Here also follows an encouragement at the end (Hag. 2:10-19).

On the same day follows the forth message in which Zerubbabel is seen as a type of the coming prince of peace who will execute judgment over the nations at His appearing (Hag. 2:20-23).

As I was reading about the old man that had seen Solomon's Temple I was reminded of something that happened in my life a few years ago.

Our Pastor was doing a series on "Vessels". He ask the congregation to bring a vessel that symbolized their lives. Oh there were beautiful vases and pottery brought..... fine pieces carved out of wood, some made of crystal and others were fine porcelain china. So for a couple of weeks I looked on the stage to see everyone's vessel. I knew there was only a couple of weeks left to bring them. I searched for those weeks. I just could not find anything that I could look at and say.... "oh yes that is me" So I began to seek the Lord....."Lord I can't find anything? Please help me find something that truly speaks of me."

It was the Saturday before the final Sunday of his series..... and I said Lord please I have nothing? He said go out in your flower bed there is a clay pot.... that is what I want you to bring. So in the pouring rain I trampled through the mud. I looked and looked..... and finally my eye caught an old pot. I picked it up....and began to weep.... I knew this was the one the Lord had picked for me.

It was so marred.... cracked..... the ugly green paint was peeling, it was a mess!

The Lord began to speak to me..... He said, Valerie.... this was you when I found you, but you carry this ugly vessel with you tomorrow, and prepare for I have chosen you to speak.

We attend a church of about 500. Each week the Pastor chose 1 or 2 people to share. The Lord told me that even though I was not asked to speak that He would call on me. He then proceeded to tell me to go inside and fill the broken vessel full of the things that were the most precious to me.

My 1st thoughts went back to my life before the Lord found me. At this point I had been a believer for about 11 years. What a pitiful state of sin I was when the Lord reached down to save me.

Then I immediately thought.... Lord the most precious is YOU! It has been your Word/ Your Spirit that has filled me! So He told me to find my 1st two Bibles I used after I came to the Lord. So I pulled them out; they were literally worn out! The pages were ripped, passages were missing.... the cover just torn apart. I placed both of those Bibles in the pot.

I then spotted a picture of my family. They were so precious to me because for years I spent my days filled with drugs. I was only focused on myself and what brought me pleasure. I sought such vain things.... what I could wear, the latest hair style, the best of jewelery. I was focused on what I drove, and the money I could make to buy more things! Oh how this brought so much heartache and neglect of those that were the most precious to me! Then my eyes spotted my singing machine. Finally the Lord had placed a beautiful song on my heart and oh how I wanted to Praise my Lord and share that music with others.

The next day I walked into church carrying this broken/ worn out ugly thing into church..... still covered in mud from the garden and night of rain (I actually had gotten a cloth and was going to clean it but the Lord said NO!) I placed it on the stage with the many 100's of other beautiful vessels. Church started and I was dissappointed .... and I said "Lord I know you said that you were going to use me to speak?"

I knew that the Pastor was already seated on the stage. Finally after a few songs we had our greeting time. I saw my Pastor make his way down the stage and was walking straight for me. He walked up and shook my hand and told me that he wanted me to share a testimony about my vessel. Whew!

So as I did.... I shared that this old ugly thing on the outside was me.....This was my life when the Lord found me in my sin! Dirty, broken.... a piece of Junk! BUT oh this is not the end of the story, you see it is not what is on the outside that matters! For you see Man looks on the outward appearance but God looks on the heart. I began to pull the tattered Bibles out of the vessel.... and began showing them the ripped and torn pages. I told them of how that the Lord some 11 years ago began to fill my broken vessel with His Word. I lived and breathed the Word of God..... it was the MOST PRECIOUS thing that I have found to fill this clay pot! I showed them the music.... and shared how that finally I had a reason to sing, because I had been given a song in my heart. I showed them the picture of my family..... and shared how that God had truly blessed me..... that He gave me a chance to make things right where I had went so wrong! I shared from a passage in Jeremiah 2...

I told them that this was my vain life before I found Christ.... my vessel/cistern was broken...that I had forsaken the Lord! I dug this pit thinking it would fill me up.... and began placing all these worldly things into this crater that I had hewed out! ( the drugs, money, clothing) But nothing would satisfy the thirsting in my spirit. The more I filled it with the World the more empty I became! Yet when I found the Lord and He placed His spirit in me I then began to fill the cistern up with the things of the Lord.... I was no longer empty. How ironic that my vessel be such a ugly broken one.... yet He has filled me up and sealed this broken worn out useless thing with His precious Spirit.

Then I shared a promise the Lord had given me about 10 years prior...

Oh what a beautiful promise He gave...... if I would pour forth the PRECIOUS....(the Lord... His Word....His Spirit... His Song.... His blessings with my family.... From this vile/ (worthless, insignificant vessel) that He would use me to Speak! What an honor and privilege to be used by the Lord!

Wow.... He has reminded me of this passage and promise this very past week. Oh how the Lord is good! That He can take a nobody filthy rotten person as me..... and fill me with the most precious gifts of all! Whew.... all praise to my Savior! For He alone is worthy to be praised. Oh how evident it is ..... the times we are living in! When I see the prophecies of old unfold.... read about how the very hand of God orchestrated every last detail; or read of an unfolding Bible Code I am in AWE!

This past week as I said earlier I have been reminded of the promise the Lord gave me so many years ago. I know without a doubt that the Lord has been preparing me all these years for these final days. I just pray that I will continue to fill this broken vessel with the things of HIM! I will pray and seek His face that I might be able to pour the Most Precious from this vile of a person! I pray that He will use me to stand and proclaim His Word as we Usher in the King of KINGS!

As I read the response of this man....how he said, you call this a temple? How can this be.... it has no gold or silver? The Lord reminded me of this time in my life. It does not matter what our past looks like.... how our physical beauty appears to others..... it matters not whether we are young or old, weak or strong. What matters most is this...... what is filling your vessel? Is the Shekinah Glory of God filling your Temple? Are you pouring forth those most precious things from your vial vessel? For it is only these things that are worth so much more than silver or Gold!

wow Val... tears before l could finish...

I have to think of Israel and what God is saying....at this time through Shekel about her State...She's been placed in the Land but where is she? She is discouraged...Can it ever be???? They have to be filled up too...but they're in a place where even though they have had God's sustaining power, they're experiencing delays..

Because why?...Well...in a way they are leaning on Egypt to help them...I can't and won't give them full blame (maybe l should) but God has shut their eyes so who should l blame? We go back to the temple building and all the different gates and stages...

They have to think again...

What l think is being said at this particular stage is that God is going to have mercy to help them..Remember also that they were even tempted at that time to have the Sadducee's help them..

Isn't that's what's happening today..They're trying to make it happen on their own.. The USA...The EU and other nations to help them but the only thing that's happening is that an economic crisis is hindering them...There's always something unexpected that happens when we aren't fully turned... We can think we've really got it going on but then.....

Now the big "M" word... Mercy...If he doesn't give mercy it will never happen..(somebody must be praying?) Wasn't that the prophets job? Isn't that God's purpose in calling him...so he could intercede and then hear? Otherwise nobody would get any place... The dates Shekel reveals confirms this is the stage we are in...This delay stage right before his mercy...because of leaning on other things and people...building our own lives instead of our life in Christ can be a big hang up..We could look at all of the gates and come to that conclusion...Because it isn't just a building but a group of people God will have mercy on...Not mercy to build a building so they can go inside to pray..but a body for the Spirit to go inside so they CAN pray..Amen? Living stones...

So anyway...We see these 20 nations trying to help solve the worlds problems...That's the stage we are in..the church, since we are still here and

Jacob ..since he isn't fully filled either. But soon..in a little while God will shake the rest of the yucky old stuff out of the rest he's called according to his purpose and then fill up what the world has seen as pathetic..lowly..small and unworthy...beaten down and broken...with a new fullness like has never been known before...It's been happening unseen to many now..but the fullness isn't yet..first the shaking...in a little while...the little building will be filled...

Val...I'm reminded when God told me in just a " moment" ...... He just had to move the potting table to center of my greenhouse...and l wondered how long the Lord's moment was?

Larry at that time had a great analogy of something the Lord showed him...I can't remember it now..But anyway..I don't want to start reminiscing.in green .....................................

I am in tears too. That humble little pot is the most beautiful I've ever seen. I am constantly amazed in my own life, after all the mistakes I've made, he is able to wash me clean and use me again. How awesome is the God we serve, his love and tender mercies are everlasting.

Oh, wow tears.

I have a confession to make...I've been so angry...I have felt like Peter when all his countryman came to take Jesus away, and he took out his sword to cut off the ear of a soldier.

I want to lay it all down...The Battle is the LORD's...tears I know he can take what is meant for evil and turn it around for his good.

I just get so sad and feel like lashing out sometimes...because while all eyes are focused on here in the U.S. in the meantime the borders of Israel is being exposed for the enemy to come in...and the U.N. and U.S. has allowed it.

And I can't help but wonder why we should be so nieive to think that judgment won't come upon us...as it already has in California with the fires.

Do you every feel that way...How do you suppose Moses felt when he repeatedly warned Pharoah?

Help me to surrender all LORD...and know that the Battle is already won...to lose all is to gain for Christ's name sake...take away my stoney heart...I am of a contrite heart...that our country has betrayed Israel...LORD let me know if this is wrong to think this way...I am so angry...and need to let it go.

I just feel our country has been so selfish...I have too. I want the LORD to take away the dross...no matter what it takes LORD.

Remember when they cried HOW Long how LONG?

Lev 23:34 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the LORD.

To fulfill a feast is to keep a feast. Tabernacles is an end time feast, peoples from all nations are now celebrating this feast it is a foreshadow celebrating God being with His people in the wilderness.

It took Micheal and Gabriel 21 days to overcome the prince of Persia, it also takes 21 days to fulfill the fall feasts (the eight day stands alone).

They fought so that the remnant of Israel can come out of Babylon after 70 years.

God tells us to come out of Babylon the great. And a war broke out in heaven Michael and his angels fought....

Like Michael fought for the body of Moises Michael now fights for the body of Christ...

Thank you all so much for your kind words. I am moved beyond words. The Lord is so very good! I am so blessed that He could take someone as vile as me and place His beauty in me to share with others. Thanks for your thoughts MMarc..I'm still learning.

Zerubbabel means sown in Babylone..like me and many others here. We grew up in the world and in captivity...Not that l'm looking for an excuse...But God is merciful and for many he's a Father we never had...Or perhaps our fathers were weak?...

Val..I noticed the similarity of color here:

I attended this small church this morning...The preaching and music was all in line..The church of living stones is a land mark in Kona and is preserved and can be used for a church only...Israel is suppose to be preserved too..soon...

The message was on people who say they believe but don't fear God. An awesome song that fits our testimony too but have never heard it before and will have to wait to get the name of it.

went to a different church today.. and we worshipped with this song.. i had never heard it before

i simply, humbly, praise the Lord that He picked me up, and set my feet on the solid rock.. i too, stand in awe ...

Wow Miki.... the colors... that is somethiing! What a beautiful place to be in the presence of God. Yes.... the latter glory whew, I can hardly wait to see has the Lord does a work in the hearts of these. A day that will bring such glory and honor to the King of Kings!

I wish we could have been there with you today worshiping our Father...... One day though..... we will all bow before the Great I AM and Praise the Lord in one Accord!

We are like the Lord's buddy..Or even perhaps the Jacobs..In the man made pond is a support system...In the case of my dream it was a dock that had broken apart...I am like the Lord trying to reach my dog to give him hope...and l have to believe this is the elect...those clothed in white..called according to his purpose...or even those not yet sealed but called..or even those who will see the worse days ahead that's never been nor will be.

I will connect a few more dots and complete a picture God has been showing me about the time frame we are in according to type and example from God's word. Haggai through the Bible-codes site and a number of things God has shown through "It's a Wonderful Life and through my recent trip to Hawaii...at a small church called Living stones and that Pastors message..

It will wait until l'm refreshed as l flew all night and haven't slept.

Bedford Falls would have never made it without the Lords intervention...Also in Haggai as the captives trickled out of Babylon and began half heartedly to rebuild the temple...they never would have made it with out the Lord's intervention..He chooses to encourage...He has too. I know l repeat myself over and over again but God insists on this theme in the midst of trouble for the days ahead. I guess many will realize at some point that all the works of their hands have failed...and there is no hope...BUT THEN!!!....

I'm not exactly sure when he will show his hand but l don't think God is through with this theme. This dream in my pond with the white dog and first;

I loved that dream..

I also think about the 70 years and wonder...Zac. 1:12?...

This dream has a similar theme as the theme to It's a Wonderful Life. Sinking in discouragement....But the hand of the Lord brings clarity..(Clarence the angel) ...and rescue...Funny how George Bailey believed enough to pray with his whole heart but when the Lord out and out answered him he couldn't believe it...

We see his hand in the codes and we see his hand in the types of our lives.. The little church in Kona had a message on Practical atheism. He also interestingly used the analogy of taking a polaroid picture and watching it develop...Having something become clear...Again...the Clarity the Lord wants to bring to us in these tough times and the even tougher times that l believe are coming in our life time. I hope to post more on this Pastor message when and if it is posted over the web.

There is a season of grieving. But through it we're forced to look at our focus.. Where has it been? This is a little hard to admit but until things are taken away we don't realize how much we were depended on them. It's like when the power suddenly goes out...Oh my gosh..None of us are immune from this.

But let's not embarrass ourselves before our Lord by waiting till the power goes out to cleave to our friend. As hard as it is..it's what discloses what our relationship with the Lord really is.
Can he sustain us? Sure...Have we let him? Or have we leaned on Egypt? Id say that most of us have leaned on Egypt at some time or other in our lives..But God will still have mercy for his names sake and because he loves us.

This whole setting..the little church by the sea with the green roof..the name "Living Stones" reminds me of this code and gives personal confirmation to me.

The dream l had about the white dog was on the seventh day of the trip..the last day.

BUT...

For some reason l had gone to the airport on the sixth day. I turned my rental car in and prepared to get my boarding pass but they couldn't find my name. I was there a day early and had to re rent a car and go back to the condo...

(There's worse things then finding out you have to spend an extra day in Hawaii)

However this is where l think the enemy tried to enter in. Had l forced my way home on stand by l would have missed the dream on the seventh day. Now l was in a new rental and talking to my friend whose discerning ears picked up a sound that was present with us and a pulling on the stirring wheel.

In my haste l had assumed liability for the car for a reduced rate..an alarm went off! She suggested l call the rental place and tell them right away as the front tire looked low. I called and l went back and they gave me a new car. It was White and the radio was already set on a christian station...

I believe that was confirmation from the Lord that the enemy indeed had set up a snare and he had used my friend to help me and protect me. I contemplated a wrecked car and my assumption of liability..

I know this is a distracting side note but l just thought you should see the full flavor of what was happening as God was about to give this dream. It made the 7th day sweet in Hawaii.

When l have more time l want to post about Hawaii as a type. I think God wants to show me something in this?
