What is meant by the "SIGN OF THY COMING?"

Matthew 24:1 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and His disciples came to Him for to shew Him the buildings of the temple.

Notice it is the "buildings" of the temple…not the temple alone. That would be the grounds…the courts, halls, towers and wings.

24:2 And Jesus said unto them, "See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down."

Some believe that time came to fruition when the temple was destroyed in 70AD. But, they don't take into account that huge stones are still "one upon another"….the wailing wall where they proudly stand today….one stone upon another. However, we can put that aside and see a deeper, spiritual meaning.



Metaphorically speaking people are a variety of things in the Bible. One of those is stones….Christ is saying….all humans will be gone, thrown down at the end of days.

24:3 And as He sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when shall these things be and what shall be the SIGN OF THY COMING, and of the end of the world?"

What He is about to say is for the disciples...not the multitudes. It is said for those that hear His voice. His elect….Us!

24:27 For as the lightning coming out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

</FONT>24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

This is speaking of the great tribulation of Satan. The "heavens are shaken and the stars fall" as Michael is kicking (shaking) Satan and his fallen angels (stars) out of heaven. The sun and moon are darkened as it is a copy of what will happen when the true Christ comes. The tribulation is great deception. It is Satan's time and that is not only how he works but is one of his many names..….

Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he DECEIVED them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

The "beast" is a political system and the "false prophet" is the role of "instead of christ" Satan plays.

Malachi 1:14 But cursed be the DECEIVER, which hath in his FLOCK a MALE, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the Lord of hosts, and My name is dreadful among the heathen.

I just really saw that verse. In the "flock" of Satan, the deceiver, (the fowler over the fallen angels, the fowls of heaven) is a male. The words.... "vowest and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing," reminds me of….

Daniel 9:27 And HE shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week HE shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease.

Same story….different book. The "male" in Satan's flock is the anti-christ, the false prophet, the one that will come pretending to be Christ (confirm the covenant) but in the midst of the week (the middle of his hour of temptation) he will stop the sacrifice and oblation to Christ….communion will then be given to him, the male, the pretender, deceiver, false prophet because the world will believe he is our Savior!

24:30 And then shall appear THE SIGN OF THE SON OF MAN in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, for they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.



So, the sign the disciples asked Him for, the sign telling when the end of time will be, the Sign of the Son of Man appearing, will be when we see Him in the clouds of heaven after the deception of Satan, after the vultures are spiritually feeding on the carcases of the spiritually dead.…..Not much longer now.

these are the verses i have been going over whirlwind and its not just recently i have been going over thes verses since i was 18yrs old i am know 40 and turn 41 on the 16th of nov

with all the talk i am hearing hear i am noticing people are falling for what is being said with out going back to their bibles and letting the holy spirit bring in some light and truth i am also noticing fear is running rampart in this forum

that is why i said if we are in the end times have we seen what revelation says unfold ?

i think that is why the disciples asked jesus in matthew 24 verse 3 what wil be the sign of your coming and the close of your age this is what my translation i read from is saying which is the Enlglish standard version yours could be saying some thing completly diffrent to the English standard version i am hooked i just like going over the English standard version for some reason even though i have the NIV AND THE NEW SPIRIT FILLED LIFE BIBLE i use the English standard version more

i think the answer is in the scriptures i have given whirlwind yet i dont want to say i know due to what i have experianced since i have been a member of this forum if i say this is how i see what you are asking us to respond to for my self some one from a diffrent denomination wil put to the side what i have left and then try to correct me and say no you dont understand you have no decernment hear is what i want you to listen to let me teach you


this is where it gets complicated and out of control that is why i am know going over sevral things like i am hearing the seals have been opened mentioned in the book of revelation if the seals have been opened which seal is being evident and what distruction is the seal doing that has been opened on this earth and in our countrys we live in

if you go over the scriptures i have given you whirlwind you wil find the answer and this is what i am looking for concerning what jesus had to say to his disciples when they asked him privately what wil be the sign of your coming

i am looking at world events i am going over what i have heard preached not just in this forum but by my friends i know who are pastors and prophets as i have sevral close friends who are prophets i hold thes guys in high respect they have taught me a lot and not once have what they passed on to me has let me down

thes guys also jot what they are hearing and can pick out the flakes


hope i have not gone of topic if so forgive me i am only human and as a humen i cant say i have al the answers or do i know when thes things wil happen or do i dare say we are in the end times

When the earth shook is when our Lord redeemed the world on the cross.

At the redepmtion of Heaven then the heavens shake, "the war in heaven" from rev. 12 the dragon and his tail "fall' to earth. They are the "stars" that fall from heaven.

The fall of Satan at the beginning of the millenial reign is a sign that the Day of the Lord begins.

Thank you for your response. You aren't "off topic" at all. I believe we are definitely in the end times and...it won't be much longer now.

It truly is a great time to be alive, a great time to be called by our Father. We have a job to do and He is preparing us for that job.

I agree....the war in heaven is when the stars will fall.

But, I see a difference in time in the fall of Satan and the beginning of the Day of the Lord. Satan and his fallen angels are booted out and that begins his "hour of temptation, or "great tribulation." At the end of that time is when the true Christ arrives and...the Day of the Lord begins.

Marc, I want to thank you again for sharing your revelation about the "body of Moses." It has helped me tremendously with other scripture.
