Is not the church the fellowship of disciples of Christ of every stripe, colour, and ethnic group? So often the church is seen as a Gentile institution. This is what pagan practices has done for us. Rather we should be united with our Jewish brethren (disciples) and be in complete unity with them. If we were to abandon our pagan roots, and the Jewish believers their man-made traditions....then we could explore true apostolic unity in the truth. Then we would see the Lord's pleasure and a restoration of power to the Body of Christ....a Body no longer torn appart through carnal strife.
