This news hits close to home. The College, she attended, is right down the road. (Anne, was the same age, as my oldest daughter; and as a mother, I cannot imagine what my life would be like, without her.) My heart is breaking for her parents. This tragedy is beyond mere words. She was so very young, as life was just begining to unfold for her. She was a beautiful person, a News Anchor, and a Christian. In the few times, I did see her on television news, you could tell she had the JOY of the LORD, and she loved her job. May the LORD have MERCY on the one(s) who ultiamtely took her life.

Anne Pressly, died at age 26. This was such an un-needed tragedy. Please pray that the LORD surround and comfort her family in HIS PEACE, that surpasses all understanding. Also, please pray for the ones that did this to be brought to justice.

I felt so bad when the news announced that this woman died of her injuries. Just Friday they had a slim ray of hope and Sat she is gone. One thing keeps entering my mind as I am reading reports about her is that this may have been a random robbery but the robber used excessive force on his victim. So, I am wandering if this murder was so random after all?

I will be keeping this family in my prayer.

Its a very tragic incident, I will keep her family in my prayers. The only comfort is that she was a devout Christian and is with the Lord.

Since we live here, I have been trying to keep up with this story.
One station said her credit cards were stolen and use at a gas station but now they are not wanting it out to the public. I guess it is because they are thinking it could help them to solve the crime.
They are saying a lot of women that are out in the public has ask for Pepper Spray for protection. Some people are saying it was a stalker and some are saying it was random killing. Police are very quite about the murder.
