I am going to try and write this event out as best as I remember it. I just had this dream and came to the computer to write it out while it is still fresh in my memory. What is odd about it is the time of night I had this dream, just before the alarm clock was to go off.

This dream started while I was in a corner store somewhere/someplace (I did not recognize the town) to buy something. It was busy in the store, but there were not a lot of people around the town...it seems that that most of the town were out at some county fair or something, which would put the time of the event at early to mid summer.

There were a lot of youth in the store talking about it meeting up with some of there friends and were pretty existed about it. I left the store and it was evening and it was raining very heavy, I guess a storm blew in. I left the store and was driving home in what seemed like a torrential downpour when it hit.

At first I thought lightning, but a split second latter I knew what it was. An extremely bright white light/flash blinded me...it had a slight blue tinge to it...and the light stayed in the air for more then a few seconds, so no lightning. I remember the intense thunder I felt vibrated right through my body, followed by intense heat.

My thought at the time was this was a nuclear attack, and I tried to turn my vehicle away from the blast in an attempt to use my vehicle to shield myself from from the burning bright white light. I also remember being surprised that the area that I was in was being hit, as it was just a small farming community.

The blast was an air burst detonation at around 3 to 4 thousand feet above the ground. I remember that I was listening to the radio at the time and there was no warning of its approach...sudden destruction. I immediately awoke after seeing this, and came to the computer to write this out.

What is odd about it is the time of night I had this dream, just before the alarm clock was to go off.

I thought this was bizarre yesterday - when I first started reading this stuff... what Biden said about Obama getting tested by all those that love him... and that we need to back their decisions even if they seem wrong at first...

I think your dream is literal...in the sense that a literal EMP will happen sometime in the future.
I've also had dreams and visions about this (my husband has too). If you don't mind, I'll share my dream here. The thread has more dreams than the one I'm sharing...plus a little more understanding (I think my bag in the dream is related to EMP/atmospheric/nuke explosions). Also, in this dream I was driving a motorcycle which seems to signify that this would be during warmer weather. Plus...you indicated by your dream that you understood that these bombs or components are already here and I agree because my dream seemed to indicate that as well. Before the McCain administration they are already here, but will not be detonated until afterwards.

I am guessing here, that the airburst detonation of the nuclear weapon in my dream, may have occurred from a small airplane during the storm, and the small town may have been a target of opportunity rather then the original target because of the severe weather. I may be wrong on the time; I assume summer, but it could be anytime really...especially in Southern States. If this dream comes to pass, God have mercy on the world for what will surely follow.

We as Christians must be ready in our lives; to live holy and separate from the world...I feel this so very strongly in my spirit...a personal call to holiness and seeking God. The Presence of the Holy Spirit has been with me very strong today; I have been feeling His presence...leading me, and I think the time is very close now.

Maybe the dream is saying that come election night, you might go to bed a Democrat,
and wake up a Republican.

Especially if you had a shared dream with your spouse.

THE BATTLE FOR THE FOUR CORNERS OF AMERICA
TIMOTHY SNODGRASS – SEPTEMBER 13, 2008

Last year, we received a clear mandate from the Lord to travel to the four corners of America prior to November 4, and pray for the United States during this pivotal transition point before U.S. elections – to intercede and tear down the horns of the enemy, and establish God’s horns over the four pillars of America. Thus far, we have visited Alaska, California and New York, and on September 22 our team will be traveling to the final corner of America – Florida.

The past fifteen months has been extremely busy for our ministry team. Aside from ministering in Indonesia, Hawaii, the Philippines and other areas around the globe, one of our chief targets has been Israel, in which we have made three trips in less than a year. In early 2007, the Lord spoke to us to establish a Prayer Center in Israel, which would be a gathering place of generals of intercession to pray for peace, prosperity and revival among the tribes of Jacob and Esau – for God is about to pour out his Spirit on both Jews and Gentiles in one of the greatest revivals the world has ever seen before the Lord returns. This House of Prophetic Intercession will keep the borders of Israel covered with continuous prayer day and night.

During our recent 8/8/8 conference at the Voice of Pentecost in San Francisco, during one session while sitting in the front row of the church, I suddenly found myself standing in the Spirit at the bottom of the Stairs of Ascension in Jerusalem. Standing next to me was Gabriel and a man wearing a white robe. Although my body was in San Francisco, my spirit was in Israel, and as I looked towards the Mount of Olives there was a beautiful cloud shaped like a royal diadem, radiating a brilliant red hue from the sun which was rising in the east. In Jerusalem it was early morning. I had no consciousness of what was happening to my physical body in San Francisco, but later people would tell me that my eyes were filled with tears, and that I sat still like a dead person without speaking for more than an hour.

As I looked at the man wearing a white robe, he turned his face to me and his eyes were as fierce as an eagle, but as gentle as a dove – and I knew that this was Elijah. I liked Elijah immediately, what a wonderful brother and co-worker in the Lord! As I looked into his round piercing eyes, I was taken into the future and saw the armies of Gog and Magog gathering on the northern borders of Israel – and knew that our time was very short to bring in the harvest. As Gabriel approached me, in the twinkling of an eye I suddenly found myself high above the walls of Jerusalem, and shown great treasures buried underneath the Temple Mount – archeological treasures which have been hidden since the days of Solomon, which would be unveiled soon by a great earthquake.

I was shown many things to come, including a glimpse of my future home which is currently in a barren desert – but in the future much of Hebron will blossom. I saw little children running outside my home filled with laughter and joy, and the Glory of the Lord covered Israel like a visible cloud for every eye to see. I saw temporary flooding in the Dead Sea area, as fresh water began to rush into the salt sea during some of the coming cataclysmic changes – elevations of some areas dropped, and other areas rose – hills became valleys, valleys became hills. The Dead Sea became alive again teaming with fish – the desert was no longer barren as new seasons of rain began to water the desert, and the region began to blossom with new vegetation and wildlife; deer, birds, wild horses. The land was so beautiful that it was breathtaking!

After the vision, I walked to the front of the church and begin to share a little bit about what I saw, but could barely speak without weeping. Our prophetic team would not find out until the following day that Russia had just invaded Georgia on 8/8/8. Georgia is exactly 888 miles from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The flag of modern Georgia is the same as the emblem of the ancient Kingdom of Jerusalem – a five-fold cross. On 8/8/8, as this major sign was unfolding in Georgia, another major sign was taking place in China, as Chinese jets launched 1,000 missiles to stop the rain during the opening of the 2008 Olympics, as leaders from around the world assembled in Beijing. It is interesting how God always confirms his word with signs. (This particular sign in China ties in to Zechariah chapter 14:16-17, which says that the Lord will withhold rain from those nations which do not bless Jerusalem during the Feast of Tabernacles in the future.)

At the conclusion of the meeting on 8/8/8, I announced that I was canceling my ministry itinerary for 40 days, and would be departing for Israel. But I was blocked by the angel of the Lord from traveling east, and on Tuesday, August 12, the Lord sent me again to the Voice of Pentecost, and the VOP prophetic youth team – who did not know of my plans to delay my trip to Jerusalem – gave me the following prophecy: “The Lord says he is changing your plans, and although you will travel to Israel, you will first be sent like a stone from a sling-shot to the opposite side of the world ... then at the appointed time be sent back to America, and then sent to Israel”. As I write this, it is now September 13 (my birthday) – and I am in San Francisco. I will be departing for Israel from New York on October 14, the first day of the Feast of Tabernacles.

Your prayers are appreciated as I prepare do depart for Israel, whereas we have been under enormous spiritual opposition. Yesterday I was almost shot, as a gang war erupted outside my hotel in San Francisco. Many people were shot or stabbed just a few yards from where I was standing – it was a very bizarre situation. Financially, we have been under enormous attack as we have stepped out in faith to establish the prayer-center in Israel. The funds needed to birth the house of prayer in Israel has been ‘almost’ released on four different occasions from four separate sources, but each time the sources have come under enormous pressure from the enemy to back out of their commitment, and the funds were never released. Pray for these sources – who are precious men and women of God whom we love dearly – and strictly respect their privacy – that the spiritual warfare would end, and that they would prosper, be in health, and be shielded from any further consequences. I release them from any commitments, and command a blessing over them. Pray that the Lord would send us another source to help fund the house of prayer in Israel – for this house is not our house, but the Lord’s house. The funding needed is quite substantial, and it has been a physical and emotional roller-coaster ride each time the funds have been promised to us, but never released. We have prophetic teams standing by from New York, California and other areas around the world to take over the intercessory burden in shifts at the house of prayer, but the warfare has been intense to get the funding released to establish the prayer center – your prayers are appreciated!

Today is September 13 – the anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Peace Accord – and also my birthday, which I celebrated in San Francisco today at a Starbucks with several angels, who also like café lattes (please excuse my sense of humor!). I am speaking tonight at the Voice of Pentecost, and a spirit of goof is already coming upon me! I have had such a good time this week at our prophetic conference – which began on 9-11, and ends on 9-14. Pastor Richard Gazowsky – the Senior Pastor of the Voice of Pentecost in San Francisco – is one of my dearest friends, and every time I visit his church I feel like I am coming home, there is such freedom and hunger for revival in his church. This is one fellowship which is really making a difference in the Bay area, that is standing in the gap for more than a million souls in the region and will not let them perish.

I believe that America is now on the verge of either seven years of famine, or seven years of prosperity – our actions between now and November 4 will decide the course of the next seven years for America – but remember that Israel is an important part of that equation. Seven years ago – on 9-11, 2001 – as a delegation from the United States was preparing to depart for Israel to discuss Israeli land concessions for peace, the fate of America for the next seven years was decided on 9-11. Despite numerous warnings – Hurricane Katrina, the loss of the Space Shuttle Columbia, and other cataclysmic events which paralleled attempts by America to pressure Israel to concede covenant land given to her by God – for the last seven years all warnings seem to have fallen on deaf ears. Seven years later on 9-11-08, as Hurricane Ike loomed off the coast of Texas – and struck the U.S. on Sept. 13, the 15th anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Peace Accord – a new line seems to have been drawn. We need to seriously pray and ask for God’s mercy on America, that he would give us just a little bit more time (until the next Administration) before we are visited by greater judgments, so that we have a chance in 2009 to amend our ways and learn from our past mistakes before it is too late.

On the plane from Taiwan to California on September 8, the Lord spoke to our core-group in the Philippines to look closely at the quake which would manifest under our plane on Sept. 8, for it would be a sign. Upon arriving in the United States, I discovered that a 7.1 quake had shaken Vanuatu while I was at 33,000 feet above the Pacific. The Lord says that he has reduced the size of the approaching quake in California to the seven-point realm, and that the epicenter has changed – but that the judgment has not been altogether avoided. It IS coming, but do not be afraid, for his mercy will be in the midst of the quake. The word was also confirmed by our prophetic team in Rochester, which received the word that the magnitude of the coming quake in California had been lessened by 3-points (from the 10.0 realm to the 7.0 realm), but that it is still coming. We were not given a time-frame or deadline, but just a warning that it was coming, and that it would be significant.

Since the 7.1 earthquake in Vanuatu on Sept. 8, the earth has not stopped shaking. On the opening day our prophetic conference in San Francisco on 9-11 – at the same time America was preparing to issue a letter which would ‘guarantee’ a Palestinian State – two large quakes shook the Pacific – a 7.0 quake in Indonesia, and a 7.2 in Japan. I believe that it was not for prophetic intercession in the region during the week of 9-11, California would have been in great trouble during the same time frame that Hurricane Ike hit Texas – but intercession from God’s saints totally changed the equation. If you recall, Hurricane Ike slammed into Texas just a few days following the news release that U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has been pressing Israel to sign a document by the end of the year that would divide Jerusalem. During September 11-13, Hurricane Ike fluctuated between category 2 and 4, until it finally hit Texas today at only category 2 – praise God – and I am expecting casualties to be relatively few. Interestingly, after Ike hit the coast, it veered northward and passed directly over Bush’s ranch in Crawford, Texas. How many warnings do we need? My prayer is that there would be no more pressure from the U.S. for Israel to give away covenant land promised to her by God, and that the current Administration would simply hand the Middle East Torch over to the next Administration, and let America catch her breath for a while – we do not need any more cataclysms – let the next cataclysm be upon the head of the enemy, the spiritual darkness over our nation which wishes to bring famine and distress. America belongs to God, not to the enemy! Let us press in to the finish line in prayer and fasting for the harvest in America – for our time is short before the Lord puts his feet on the Mount of Olives, and the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our God and King!
