I have had some odd experiences lately... now I am OK with you all thinking I am a fruitcake so I will just go ahead and spill lol.
Last week my Dh took my eldest DD to school but when she should have been at school, I thought I audibly heard her voice... I thought she was in the back yard calling me, so I went to check, but she wasn't. I prayed for her and called the school, but she was there so I stopped worrying and spoke aloud and told any evil spirits to get out in Jesus' name.
I have had quite a few weird dreams too,
OK you will really think I am a fruit cake now...
Last night I had a dream where I this woman was telling me that all homosexuals are born that way. I told her that wasn't true and that it was a sin, that Christ could set them free from this... then I woke and felt some spirit or something was trying to shake my legs - I thought I was awake but maybe I was asleep.
Now is anyone else having stuff like this, or do I need some "special meds" and a nice trip to the Psych ward lol?
I really am not going to be offended lol, water off a ducks back as my old Dad says!
BTW I am not scared, my thoughts are it's the old enemy trying to shake me and I will not be shaken, my trust is in the Lord!

Yes I too, recently heard the voice of a loved one and I new they were at school. I had great concern and proceeded to pray for her. Wow. Who knows what is going on.

Years ago my wife and I were lying in bed. SHe was sleeping and I was awake. I heard my bother's voice and his friend arguing in a distance. They had some stuff stored in my shed, cleaning industrial machines. At first when hearing the arguing it was at a distance and I thought they were arguing about the machines. They were too far initially to make anything specific of the contention, but the imposter used their voices to lure my attention. With in seconds, the voices turned very demonic, loud, and wicked in nature. It sounded as a legion of demons or Satan himself. The demonic voice began to roar in my window very loudly. It passed by and could not remain fixed. As it began to dicipate, I woke my wife. She was horrified and asked if it was the devil. I knew then I was not imagining anything. She imediately clung to me in fearful desperation. I too was afraid on this very foggy summer night. We began to quote bible verses, singing hyms, and praising God. We definately had a direct encounter with Lucifer that night.

The cause is we had upset a man that is a false prophet and put his huge church money laundering business in jeopardy. We know he is demon possessed because of the wicked things he does. His demon, came after us that night. There are real super natural experiences we have had and others have them also.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I wasn't scared the first time because thankfully I have learnt a lot about the authority we have in Jesus. When I was younger there were some strange goings on in my household and in contrast I had much more peace. Last night was a little scarey, not for long though and I fell back asleep thinking of the Lord.

I think maybe I have been rattling some cages but I will keep praying.

Thanks again for sharing, I appreciate it cos I know that we often don't talk about these things. I know we shouldn't dwell too much on the enemy's activities but I think we also need to be prepared.

My family has been having many more 'dreams' in the last year that have been either encouragement or warnings of attack.

My 11 year old daughter, who used to see angels when she was an infant and toddler, saw a clearly defined man in a plaid shirt walk through a wall in our house. Also, one night she heard her little brother call out to her 3 times during the night. I was in earshot and did not hear a sound. Several times, during the day she heard me calling to her from another room when I did not call to her. I do not perceive THESE voices as evil but rather like Samuel hearing God's voice in the night. I told my dauhgter to go pray and tell God that she was listening.

Surely, Things are getting ready to break loose! Personally, I am looking forward to 'walking with God in the cool of the eve.'

It has been rather common here at Straitwaytruth.com for many such occurances. I and a brother have personally seen a transparent preditor like demon come up thorough the floor, go through the cieling fan and slam the chain on the fan against the light globe and go out the window and up into the trees outside a hundred yards away. We can laugh about the psyc ward alright, but those people are really seeing them and hearing them. They just cannot or could not spiritually handle what it was they were up against.
I know a little girl who saw an Indian walking around outside her house and another woman who saw at the same general area an Indian who was at least 35 feet tall. We live on or near a burial ground in Tennessee and have seen gas balls or Firey orbs traversing the valley and appearing not only here but in other areas as far as 75 miles away. I too have heard the voice of others when they were not around. One thing is certain that it is either a gift or word of knowledge that is manifesting or it is a spirit of divination trying to manifest. My first encounter with a demon or "voice" was on the phone in 1982. The person I was talking to his voice changed into a demonic one and it proceeded to tell many details of my life for the two previous years and let me know in no uncertain terms that "he had always been with me" even though the person on the other end of the line was a complete stranger!
I repented and got filled with the Holy Spirit so now I can hear Yah's voice too.

I grow up with things like this happening as well, still have than happen. Just as you all have said they are demons!

My daughter sees angles and demons as well.

I seen not to long ago those like balls go from lift to right into the floor where I do my art. I only told my husband way after my daughter was in bed, a few days later, my daughter going into the room to turn the light on, seen the same thing, and was asking if any of us seen it. I knew she wasnt lieing, and that I wasnt going nuts because I didnt tell her and it was in the same area.

I have thing like lights turning off and on, and things moving, but i feel these are just head games those demons play to move us, scare us, make us less then what we are called to be! The righteous is as bold as lions!
If they fill us with fear, that we dont cast down, than they win, all they can do to us is lie to us.

I have been hearing voices as well as of late, sounding as if they are my family members, but I know from years of this, that this isnt so, and dont even wast my time answering. I have been given diserment to know what is speeking to me, G-d will make that clear to you.

Praising, worshiping and reading the word is a great responce to these games, running to G-d in any way isnt what they want, so they will stop for the most part, and try other things. The point is, if you all were not doing something right they wouldnt be wasting their ever so short of time to do what they are doing, they go after those they need to stop from doing the will of G-d.

To divid and than concor is the goal here. To divid family, friends, even what you think of yourself, so as to stop the flow of G-ds perfact will in your life.

For a time my husband was being called to pray very early in the morning. he would get up and sing and worship as well as pray and spend that very spe. time with G-d. He than started getting attact when praying and was rebuking them left and right. When they didnt get him to stop, they would come and play games with hims, shacking my bed, throwing things, lights off and on, and so on. So, I would get up and pray with them, when that didnt work, they would than turn, and send or, trying to make me sick, we kept fighting them, until It popped in my head, maybe this is what they wanted, we were being force to deal with them spending less to praying, so we turned this game on them and prayed, stoped rebuking so much and focused hard on G-d, they cleared out fast, for I could feel angles come in our home. One evening after my husband got home he was walking my our kitchen, there he could feel a demon, so He went in there boldly to rebuke it, it tryed to harm him by makeing him feel like he is berning , but my husband boldly rebuked it. Later on, after this, in pray, G-d told him that that was saten himself. Just had to come and see who it was that got the idea in his head to keep praying through the games and not let it get the best of him.

Keep praying throw, and know that if you were not doing some thing right, they wouldnt be wasting their time on you!

My experience didn't involve demons. In October of 2004, my 20-year-old daughter reported for duty in Iraq with the Army. Her unit had to spend several weeks in Kuwait and she could not tell me when they would be going into Iraq for security reasons. On her last call from Kuwait, she simply told me she would call me after she got to her base in Balad, Iraq. I told her I would be praying night and day for her, and that my spirit would be with her through those prayers, and Jesus would be right there too.....wherever she went.

My dying mom was living here with me, and we were moving into the house that month. Before I brought mom up here, I had moved boxes and furniture all day, and was staying here alone for the first week. One night, I woke up around 3 or 4 in the morning and was sitting in the back seat of a humvee. My daughter was sitting to my left, another soldier was sitting to my right, my son-in-law was driving, and his sargent was sitting in the front passenger seat. The sun was reflecting off of the white sand and burning my eyes. I could hear them talking and I was wide awake, petting my dog who sat beside me, but they couldn't hear or see me.

When my daughter called from Balad a couple days later, we figured out the day and the time to be the exact time that she crossed the border into Iraq, and everybody was sitting in the very places I saw them. She even confirmed the conversation and the bright sand. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I told a friend about it. She reminded me of a scripture that says God gives comfort to those that mourn. I was doing plenty of mourning for both my mom and my girl.

yes, i have been noticing heightened spiritual activity as well, both in myself and others around me. the holy spirit sure seems busy, that's for sure.

last week, my mom (who is a sincere christian) told me she had a dream that she was walking on one of the main roads by her house, and a tank came up and began firing at her. she told me however that she was protected - that nothing happened to her.

i told my mom that as preposterous as it may sound, this dream could indeed be prophetic. i told her that the things god has revealed to me have lead me to believe that the united states is going to take quite a turn here in the very near future. martial law, world war three (god-magog), terrorist attacks, or in the context of this dream: potential foreign invasion.

Just last night my husband and I were in Walmart, and as always we seperated. Walmart so crowded...so loud...so active. I went into the vitamin section and was reading the labels to see how that vitamin benefited the body. As I tried to read the label, I became stunned. Couldn't read the label at all, all I couldn't make out the words, all blurry. I became frustrated, when a thought entered my head; "Take those vitamins with you into the reading glasses section and read that label." This I did. I put on the reading glasses and the words on the label became clear. With people all around me, I felt a brushing against me. I assumed it was my immagination and began to read the label again. I was so engrossed in my reading when I heard in a loud voice, "ADELINE." I jumped and began to look for my husband. My husband wasn't around...then once again my husbands voice; "Adeline."

I thought last night was a case of nerves and being tired, I didn't realize that there could be another explanation. Thanks for posting.

The voices I hear and visions I get regularly in my travels take fruitcakery to another level, so I'm right there with you. There isn't much that surprises me anymore, or anything I consider too weird.

It's a good thing I know how discernment works, and that God's voice, the Scriptures and the (relative) "normalcy" of my personal life keep me grounded.

I believe that the spirit realm is always very active, and has always been. I think we're the ones that God is tuning into it more closely in preparation for what is to come, because we have to be "in the know" when certain things happen, and not be shaken and freaked out, so that we can take proper action when the time comes.

Having said that, I believe it's cruicial that you inquire of the Lord why you're hearing what you're hearing, and what He would have you do about it.

Thanks everyone, It's great to share this as it's not your usual thing to chat about.... "Hey, I have been hearing weird unexplained noises" will usually make people back off!
I was a bit freaked when I had the noise in the middle of the night but then I just prayed. I thought of the psalms where it says about hiding in the shadow of the Almighty and I felt all the stress dissipate and the Lord draw closer. Littlefaith and I were up talking last night and our kids, who have had a virus, were calling out from having nightmares (probably fever induced) so we thought we would spend some family time going through psalm 91 and some other similar psalms so they know how to draw close to God themselves.
I'm interested that sometimes it may be the Lord pointing something out, so I will ask Him about this.
I also wonder if with the end getting closer, that there will be more of this stuff going on.
