According to Bloomberg:

"The FHFA will take over Fannie and Freddie under a so-called conservatorship"

Therefore the FHFA will take over Fannie and Freddie under the following scenario:

"A conservatorship is an entity established by court order that some property or a person be subject to the legal control of another person or entity. Many jurisdictions use the term "guardianship of the person" to refer to the same legal principle. A person under conservatorship is a conservatee or protected person; a person under guardianship is a ward. In most states, a court visitor or some other investigatory person or agency must review the facts of the case and submit a report, usually required to be in writing, to the court. Court visitors are often required to be experts in some appropriate field, such as social work or law. Additionally, states may require a "guardian ad litem" to be appointed for the person. The guardian ad litem often is an attorney, but has more expanded duties and powers than an attorney. Procedures for conservatorship of an adult are often different from those for minors."

Yet now the debt will be secure. This spin is so convoluted that in order to slow down the selling of US Agency debt, a proper definition of exactly what has happened is spun into nothingness. A so called conservatorship simply brings greater focus on the problem. Let’s see if this story stays afloat for a week or two.

The children who believe that no problem is ever a problem are about to find out we are in the middle of the Mother of all financial problems. You can measure in weeks the maximum time this act of nationalization become extremely gold positive and outrageously dollar negative.

Regardless of the Titanic intervention, you can anticipate gold is going first to $1200 and then to $1650. The US dollar will trade at .62 and then .52 on the USDX.

This is it and it is now.

Could the recent titanic gold and dollar intervention be calculated to get here in hopes that when the USA wakes up the rise might be muted? Now you know why the cash market for gold is tight, even though paper gold dropped hard.

VANCOUVER, B.C. - The U.S. financial crisis has cut so deep - and the government has taken on so much debt in misguided attempts to bail out such companies as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac - that even larger financial shocks are still to come, global investing guru Jim Rogers said in an exclusive interview with Money Morning.

Indeed, the U.S. financial debacle is now so ingrained - and a so-called "Super Crash" so likely - that most Americans alive today won’t be around by the time the last of this credit-market mess is finally cleared away - if it ever is, Rogers said.

The end of this crisis "is a long way away," Rogers said. "In fact, it may not be in our lifetimes."

During a 40-minute interview during a wealth-management conference in this West Coast Canadian city last month, Rogers also said:

Why U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke should "resign".
How the U.S. national debt - the roughly $5 trillion held by the public - essentially doubled in the course of a single weekend.
That U.S. consumers and investors can expect much-higher interest rates - noting that if the Fed doesn’t raise borrowing costs, market forces will make that happen.
Which stocks he’s holding onto for the rest of the year
Rogers first made a name for himself with The Quantum Fund, a hedge fund that’s often described as the first real global investment fund, which he and partner George Soros founded in 1970. Over the next decade, Quantum gained 4,200%, while the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index climbed about 50%.

It was after Rogers "retired" in 1980 that the investing masses got to see him in action. Among his historic market calls, Rogers predicted China’s meteoric growth a good decade before it became apparent and he subsequently foretold of the powerful updraft in global commodities prices that’s fueled a year-long bull market in the agriculture, energy and mining sectors.

Rogers’ candor has made him a popular figure with individual investors, meaning his pronouncements are always closely watched. Here are some of the highlights from the exclusive interview we had with the author and investor, who now makes his home in Singapore:

Keith Fitz-Gerald (Q): Looks like the financial train wreck we talked about earlier this year is happening.
Jim Rogers: There was a train wreck, yes. Two or three - more than one, as you know. [U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S.] Bernanke and his boys both came to the rescue. Which is going to cover things up for a while. And then I don’t know how long the rally will last and then we’ll be off to the races again. Whether the rally lasts six days or six weeks, I don’t know. I wish I did know that sort of thing, but I never do.

"Thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress" (Ps. 4:1).

This is one of the grandest testimonies ever given by man to the moral government of God. It is not a man's thanksgiving that he has been set free from suffering. It is a thanksgiving that he has been set free through suffering: "Thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress." He declares the sorrows of life to have been themselves the source of life's enlargement.

And have not you and I a thousand times felt this to be true? It is written of Joseph in the dungeon that "the iron entered into his soul." We all feel that what Joseph needed for his soul was just the iron. He had seen only the glitter of the gold. He had been rejoicing in youthful dreams; and dreaming hardens the heart. He who sheds tears over a romance will not be most apt to help reality; real sorrow will be too unpoetic for him. We need the iron to enlarge our nature. The gold is but a vision; the iron is an experience. The chain which unites me to humanity must be an iron chain. I have come to give you life to walk in the Destiny I have for you, So grab hold of My truths and be vessels used of Me as I speak through visions and dreams and reveal who I am.


PRESSING FORWARD
VISION: I saw a female and her arm and hand were above her head as she was walking. Someone much taller was bracing her and pulling her back up from a leaning forward position.

I do the same thing with my grandson when we are walking together. He may be pressing forward and lose his balance, and so my hand is there to stabilize him as he walks and presses forward.

HEARD: Walka walka. This is standing. I believe. Thirsty. To touch the hem of His garment. Do not be afraid. This is the time to advance and move forward by faith.



PRESSING THROUGH
After a time of waiting upon Me and crawling at a snail’s pace with each advancement, I will be picking you up and bringing you into a new position and alignment. I need you to press in and I will stabilize you through this transition. Arise! Stand up and move. Press through the crowded distractions, right into what I have called you to do. When your faith connects with Me, just one touch will give you all that you need.

Come Drink The New Wine!
I am pouring out fresh wine come and receive and taste of Me, You who
have come hungry thirsty and broken of self. Reach out touch My garment,
for I am moving mightily in these days from every corner of the world,
pouring in new wine fresh fire of My Holy Ghost. I have heard the cries
of those who stood in the gap and are pressing into Me. For I shall not
forsake My people but will touch lives and bring forth my manifest
presence.

Yes church, press into Me come to My banqueting table, for I am pouring
out fresh wine; so taste and receive My goodness in this hour. The time
is getting close, so press in and receive of My anointing. My Church
is a mighty member body, and I am moving through My body. Yes I am
calling forth My anointed presence Church to press in. I am calling them
to forsake the things of this world, and grab hold of Me and My presence,
and flow in My glory.

For My glory is being dumped out all over the world--it is not about
man but it is about Me. So draw nigh to Me, and receive of Me. Feast
after Me, the God of power; walk in My light My power, for I am moving
mightily throughout the land. Forsake the pleasures of the world and
follow after Me. Every nation who is thirsty will taste My New Wine
which I am pouring out! Lives will be touched and transformed by this
mighty move of My Spirit.

For I am a all consuming God, and I am bringing forth a mighty revival
from sea to sea. All shall see My manifest presence. So say, "Yes, Lord,
move through Me; fill Me overflowing with you." Say yes to me; say no
to the strategies and schemes of Satan. I am the great I am a God of
Miracles. So receive and drink of Me, and be used of Me. Hearken to My
voice, and be My branch used to bare much fruit in these days of a
mighty outpouring.

My presence is flowing throughout the earth. So don't look to yesterday,
but with contrite hearts, receive of Me. Worship Me, for I inhabit the
praises of My people. The river of God is rising as you press into Me.
So expect revival, for it starts within you and spills out to others
who are desperate and hungry for more.

A DECISION TO LOVE

HEARD: You’ve got a decision to make. To choose to love. I taught you this in as many ways possible, over and over again. Choice. Now follow Me. You chose to love, now choose to love. Simply choose love and give each issue to Me.



All things being said and done. It all got washed perfectly. Completely changed. Every bit of me. Now when it is said and done, I only see love.

WORD TO PONDER: DOUBLE DOORS OPENED FOR THE CYRUS ANOINTING 2/22/08

I have been raising up My Cyrus shepherds as they have trusted Me to build industries that service My people. Dreaming big and pressing through with radical faith, they have accumulated much eternal wealth for themselves, for wherever they have served the least of these My people, they have served Me. I have also purchased their sacrifices, losses and faith, to multiply and exchange all for My kingdom sake. Simply put, as they have leaned upon Me to walk out their dreams in the natural, I have used their breakthrough faith as spiritual intercession to bring down the mountains and raise up the valleys; to prepare a level foundation to build My kingdom on earth.



As they have trusted Me to help them build in the natural, I have held their hands and taught them of My hidden riches of secret places and made manifest that which was hidden in the dark. I have shown them the works of My hands and not withheld from them My goodness. These My Cyrus shepherds belong to Me and I have called them by name. I have taught them there is none besides Me, and to know My Sovereign ways. When their strivings are put to naught and all is washed clean, they shall know that My kingdom on earth is all about My love.



Even now I have opened the doors to see the great wealth that will be released to these My Cyrus shepherds. Even now My Cyrus shepherds are seeing the manifestation of My future plan and stages of implementation. My Cyrus’s shall partner with Me in the last days when I bring the captives home again. I will release My Cyrus anointing to rebuild all that has fallen. I will release My Cyrus anointing to restore the years. I will release My Cyrus anointing in the fullness of the restoration of all things. These are My greater works, greater than all of history has ever seen. I will rebuild and restore all that has fallen and I will have My kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

I am calling you forth in this hour to arise and hearken to My voice and reign with Me. Grab hold of Me and receive from Me and be My conduits to fulfill My heart, that none shall perish and all have eternal life. I am moving through people who draw nigh unto me and hear My voice and receive My visions and run with it despite the trials and tactics of the enemy and resist the spirits. I am raising up soldiers in this hour to possess the gates of hell for nothing shall prevail over My church. Even the Jezebel spirit which is roaming through the earth and the church it will cease as My Kings and Priests rule over the earth.
