DENVER POLICE FOIL POSSIBLE OBAMA ASSASSINATION PLOT PLANNED FOR THURSDAY AT DNC

US police were investigating tonight if they had disrupted an assassination plot against Barack Obama after two men were arrested near the Democratic convention in Denver with two rifles, a high-powered telescopic scope and the powerful stimulant methamphetamine.
The men were arrested in a routine incident involving a traffic policeman.
The first man, identified by a Denver television station as Tharin Gartrell, 28, was charged with suspicion of being a felon in possession of a weapon after police found the rifles in his car.
When police accompanied Mr Gartrell to his hotel in Denver a second man jumped from a window and was injured in a four-story fall. That man was then arrested.
Denver police refused to comment on reports that they might have foiled an assassination plot, but have scheduled a press conference for today.
Mr Obama, who will accept the Democratic presidential nomination in Denver on Thursday, has been under Secret Service protection for over a year after receiving credible death threats.

this is what i read this morning and i am sort of glad that they were cought as if they were not cought you could say good by to obama and i feel ther would have been an up roar if this happend

now being reported that this was NOT a credible threat...
The man who shot Lincoln at Fords theater jumped from the balcony and injured his leg. John Wilkes Booth broke his leg in the escape.
This is eerily reminiscent of two assassinations, the one of Lincoln and the one of Kennedy. And we know how the two match. But, what is not known John Wilkes Booth had enlisted several other people in his assassination of the President to assassinate other members of government. And the other people who were involved in the plot failed, but did considerable harm.

now being reported that this was NOT a credible threat...
what is puzzling me if this is know being reported as not a credible threat with what the police found in their truck and the high powered rifle does this mean some one will not try this in the near futer to were they do a better job than these clowns and get away to were they wil not be captured ?
i have been hearing bits and peaces on this i am in Australia and wil be watching sbs world news tonight the papers said it was a white suppremises group and going on line i heard sevral diffrent verssions which got me cracking up its like they cant stick to the source and have to make it up to make their sales
seven thunders said something to me he will be killed if not know but when he is ellected as your president and it wil be some one working for hillary clinton
right now i am hearing he is not a citazen at all his dad was not a citazen but his mother is but lost her citazen ship but his birth certificate has turned up as some one from hillarys camp is taking the info he has on obama to court he has asked for obama to step down from the campain until it can be proven he is an american citazen
some wil do this and they wil get away with it
