Paddle Boat wants Children, dream
QUOTE (Tierny @ Aug 22 2008, 02:36 PM)

My spouse had this dream night before last...we were on a giant boat, there was no electric power, food, something had happened in the world, after being at sea for quite awhile, a large paddleboat came up besides us with people on it....they wanted the children. They told everyone they had food and resources and would take the children. They also offered for adults to go along if they wanted...many gave their children to the paddleboaters for their own safety? We refused to give our youngest child up. Our thought was if he's going to die, let it be with us. We were afraid to give our child to these people, we felt like they promised false things.
Paddle Boat wants Children, dream
. . . of course, like a Noah, the male/spouse is within the dream in charge of the families
safety. The big issue in the dream is > Having no electric power nor, food.
The power outage --------- the representation of chaos in the families `land` dwelling life.
The giant boat, was a symbolic vessel to float the emotions of the family unit away
from the land dwelling issues. Like thinking, " I will go out to sea, where it is safer ".
What issues ?
How do I pay high electric bills, wheat/food crisis, increased grocery bills ? All these
happened on the land.
The dreamer (if it was the husband), is granted in the dream another option, an
option to either let the strangers he does not trust have the children or keep them
to die with the family.
We will die together.
Neither one of the options in the dream, gives the dreamer hope that the decision
to get onto the large vessel ( giant boat ) . . . was any better than the crisis going
on land.
This dream is about personal lack of control or fear of being the provider for the family.
It has fear of basic life needs, food, lights and children safe from strangers offering
things.
-------- this is a stress release dream.
Blessings . . . and hopefully, things will improve.
