End-Time Calling
Why is everyone surprised russia made this move. Was it not russia that late last year or sometime earlier this year that backed out of a military agreement that they had to report the movement of Russian forces along their border.
Basically they reported the movment of their troops along their borders with this agreement in place. I will find the actual agreement name, but whatever its called they opted out of this already. Signaling they were ready to begin moving troops around for military purposes and didn't want the world to know where. At the same time they began flying their old bombers along the AMerican waters again(first time since cold war) and other acts that show Russia is again ready to be a military power and an aggressive one at that.
So Georgia is and was not the sign to watch for in showing Russia is again on the move. They did this already. they are past the reinstituting their power, and are now in the stage of using it for their on will.
This is why Irsrael and the rest of the world are nervous and not so quick to respond. They know Russia has been restrengthing it military over the term of Putin and now its starting to open it up a bit.
If indeed russia is the bear then why are so many Christians surprised they have again become a power and aggressor. Because we knew it was a power, went to sleep so to say, and knew it would one day awaken as described in the bible. But remember the bible also said when it does awake, it is angry.
There isn't really much else out there at this time in history to compare with this terrible bear but Russia. But that does not mean there will not be another.
But we should focus on now because we are told to look to today, cause we don't know what tomorrow will bring.
So if Russia is "The Bear" then we should expect not only this type of behavior to continue but to get incredibably worse as their anger will push them to terrible things and wars!!!!
ETC

anyone remember that agreement they dropped out of?
Adonaicole
Conventional Forces Agreement The treaty entered into force on July 17, 1992. Russia notified other signatories of its intended suspension of the CFE on July 14, 2007.

It put limits on the amount of troops in certain areas and movements were to be reported.

You're right.
It's no surprise...
Most should remember what we're dealing with..
Here's an example and a promise to any who stand in his way.

His family, moreover, issued what they said was his deathbed testament accusing President Vladimir Putin of Russia of "barbaric and ruthless" murder - a charge promptly rejected by the Russian leader. Litvinenko's father, Walter, also accused the Russian authorities of responsibility and said his 43-year-old son had been "killed by a little, tiny nuclear bomb."

It was not the first time that modern- day Russia had been suspected in a prominent poisoning in a foreign land. Doctors said that the Ukrainian president, Viktor Yushchenko - who campaigned in 2004 to move Ukraine away from Russian influence and forge closer ties with the European Union - was poisoned with dioxin when was running for office, leaving his face badly disfigured. Russia was suspected in that poisoning, among others, but the matter was never resolved.
