QUOTE (Chloé @ Aug 14 2008, 03:06 PM)

I don't usually want to post the dreams I have because I don't think they mean anything for the most part. And I'm not sure that this one is any different. However...I had the dream and then I had the urge to post it on here so that I wouldn't forget it all.
Well I didn't follow through and my dream is a tad bit fuzzy now. But parts of it I can remember.
In this dream...I remember riding something like a merry go round. But this was an enclosed bench that was on the end of a long arm. There were several of these and there were some people that I didn't know also on this ride.
I remember turning my body so that I could watch the scenery. I watched this cloud swirling and getting bigger and bigger. At first, I wondered if it was a tornado....but it was just a misty, swirling cloud. Then I saw a white mist envelope the ride I was on. Then I was the only one on that ride. Everyone else was off of it.
I called out for help and two women came to get me. They didn't seem very happy about it. I remember stepping into a raft.
Then the last thing I remember...I was walking into this room. Very modern and kind of reminded me of something in Star Trek.
The room was set higher off the ground. I was facing a large rectangle window. It was night time and I was looking out at the stars.
But the stars were not spread out like they normally are. All the stars were collected in a bunched up area. Kind of in the shape of a plus sign but with multilple lines on each side. (if that makes scense)
I knew that this was not right.....and then someone pointed me to look closer....and I saw some of the stars move in different directions.
Unfortunately...that is about all I remember now. I'll be interested if anyone finds meaning in any of this.

This dream Aug 14 2008, 03:06 PM, has the above key codes to consider.
First, you titled the dream : Bizarre Dream... Stars Were Spaceships
So I am using that as a reference point.
The dream is allowing the merry-go-round, to be first a group event,
then you are left alone.
This merry-go-round is like a journey in your sleep to travel to the
spaceship.
I am speaking in symbolic terms, . . . the spaceship, is allowing you
to view the stars.
From earth perspective, this is a dreamer who enjoys adventure and
traveling to different places. The need of the dreamer to go on a
merry-go-round ride to explore what ?
The what is, the white mist envelopes you ( spiritual covering, safe )
the cloak of protection, while you visit your view of the stars.
The other people on the merry-go-round disappear or are removed
when the white mist envelopes you. So just like Star Trek . . .
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Where_no_man_has_gone_before"Where no man has gone before" is a phrase used in the title sequence of most episodes of the original Star Trek science fiction television series.
You are special, you get to continue the experience that other's cannot.
Then you leave the merry-go-round, into the raft.
Now the raft, is a water (emotions) vehicle.
And then you leave your emotions behind and then you go next
in the dream, to the room like Star Trek, where you watch stars.
And you watch these stars through the rectangle window.
http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Rectangle.htmlNow, this takes some mathematical understanding . . . so here it goes . . .
The rectangle as you see from mathworld, is four (4) sided.
And the plus ( + ) sign, of the star description is four (4) sided.
So there is a symbolic relationship between the window and the
star description.
Interesting, the word WINDOW means numerical five (5) in Hebrew.
And the standard understanding of the star pattern is either 4 or
5 pointed.
Below I found some star diagrams on this astronomy site.
The purpose of getting on the merry-go-round, the mist separating you from
the crowd, then leaving the merry-go-round into the raft, the raft representing
leaving your emotional self, to experience the inside of the Star Trek room,
which allows you to view the window (5) and the star's . . .
But the stars were not spread out like they normally are. All the stars were collected in a bunched up area. Kind of in the shape of a plus sign but with multilple lines on each side.
After reviewing these details, it is clear to me, that the bunched up stars
are compartments of your emotional self, trying to organize your feelings
and thoughts, sensations, lifestyle changes, the re-arranging of things
in your life on earth.
And the message goes like this :
The window of opportunity I am viewing, the window is a communication
speech message. As in the opportunity to express my opinion, my ideas
are opening a window of opportunity for adventure, excitement and a
chance to be creative. I see the stars in a collective group, the plus ( + )
sign, involves my ideas about attainment, the plus ( + ) sign, is
separation of the world, to declare my opportunity to express my
unique gift's to the world. Each star is a spaceship, right ?
quote : Stars Were Spaceships
These opportunities are becoming organized in flight patterns. Like my
life is becoming organized in the pattern to reach for my dreams, reach for
the good life, reach for the stars.
http://www.galaxyzoo.org/Tutorial.aspxThe image on the left – a bright object with spikes of light coming out of it like a plus sign – is a star. The spikes of light happen because the star’s light bends around the four support beams that hold up the telescope’s mirror. They aren’t really part of the star.
http://www.clarkfoundation.org/astro-utah/...tarsymbols.htmlThe five-pointed star symbol seems to have originated in old Mediterranean countries. It is, for example, very common in hieroglyphs and paintings of ancient Egypt, where stars look amazingly like starfish. But if we look worldwide a more common symbol for stars is four-pointed. This is especially true in America. Stars on Native American rock art, on tipis, shields, clothing, robes, pottery and other items, were nearly always four-pointed. Sometimes the symbols were simple crosses (plus signs) and sometimes they were carefully made with sharp points coming from a circular center. Only after European contact do we find five-pointed star symbols in America.
