Cinnamon and Honey Cures

MULTIPLE CURES OF HONEY AND CINNAMON:

Facts on honey and cinnamon:

* It is found that a mixture of honey and cinnamon cures most diseases.
* Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today also accept honey as a 'Ram Ban' (very effective) medicine for all kinds of diseases.
* Honey can be used without any side effects for any kind of diseases.
* Today's science says that even though honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients.
* In addition to that, Weekly World News, a magazine in Canada, on its issue dated 17 January, 1995 has given the following list of diseases that can be cured by honey and cinnamon as researched by western scientists:

IMMUNE SYSTEM: Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacteria and viral attacks. Scientists have found that honey has various vitamins and iron in large amounts. Constant use of honey strengthens the white blood corpuscles to fight bacteria and viral diseases.

ARTHRITIS

[YEA] 07/19/2008: Frankie from Franklin, Louisiana writes: "1st I tried BSM remedy for a knee issue but I needed surgery for it. Arthritis was found in right knee and now is in left knee. For a week and some I have been doing the honey-cinn and I positively feel the difference. I have not taken any prescribed meds. for a week. I add 2 teaspoons honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and add this to a cup very hot water. I drink this morning and nite. I also love the fact that it benefits me in other ways. Hope this helps someone else."

INFLUENZA: A scientist in Spain has proved that honey contains a natural Ingredient which kills the influenza germs and saves the patient from flu.

COLDS: Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for three days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold, and clear the sinuses.

FATIGUE: Recent studies have shown that the sugar content of honey is more helpful rather than being detrimental to the strength of the body. Senior citizens, who take honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts, are more alert and flexible. Dr. Milton, who has done research, says that a half tablespoon of honey taken in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder, taken daily after brushing and in the afternoon at about 3:00 p.m. when the vitality of the body starts to decrease, increases the vitality of the body within a week.

ARTHRITIS: Arthritis patients may take daily, morning, and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured. In a recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 people so treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain.

BLADDER INFECTIONS: Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.

TOOTHACHE: Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on th e aching tooth. This may be applied three times a day until the tooth stops aching.

CHOLESTEROL: Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient were found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent within two hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured. According to information received in the said journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol. (By the way. if you' re taking cholesterol medicine STOP! They all contain STATIN which weaken your muscles...including YOUR HEART and none has been shown to stop heart attacks or strokes!!!!

UPSET STOMACH: Honey taken with cinnamon powder cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.

GAS: According to the studies done in India and Japan , it is revealed that if honey is taken with cinnamon powder the stomach is relieved of gas.

HEART DISEASES: Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, instead of jelly and jam, and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Also those who have already had an attack, if they do this process daily, they are kept miles away from the next attack. Regular use of the above process relieves loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In America and Canada , various nursing home s have treated patients successfully and have found that as you age, the arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged; honey and cinnamon revitalize the arteries and veins.

INDIGESTION: Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.

LONGEVITY: Tea made with honey and cinnamon powder, when taken regularly, arrests the ravages of old age. Take four spoons of honey, one spoon of cinnamon powder and three cups of water and boil to make like tea. Drink 1/4 cup, three to four times a day. It keeps the skin fresh and soft and arrests old age. Life spans also increases and even a 100 year old, starts performing the chores of a 20-year-old.

PIMPLES: Three tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. If done daily for two weeks, it removes pimples from the root.

SKIN INFECTIONS: Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.

WEIGHT LOSS: Daily in the morning one half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

CANCER: Recent research in Japan and Australia has revealed that advanced cancer of the stomach and bones have been cured successfully. Patients suffering from these kinds of cancer should daily take one tablespoon of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder for one month three times a day.

BAD BREATH: People of South America, first thing in the morning, gargle with one teaspoon of honey and cinnamon powder mixed in hot water, so their breath stays fresh throughout the day.

HEARING LOSS: Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder, taken in equal parts restore hearing.

Cinnamon and Honey formula for weight loss:
This should be prepared at night before going to bed.

1. Use 1 part cinnamon to 2 parts raw honey. 1/2 tsp cinnamon to 1 tsp honey is recommended but can use more or less as long as in the ratio of 1 to 2. --- so 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp raw honey is ok too as an example.

2. Boil 1 cup...that is 8 oz of water.

3. Pour water over cinnamon and cover and let it steep for 1/2 hour..(30 minutes)

4. Add honey now that it has cooled. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.

5. Drink 1/2 of this directly before going to bed. The other 1/2 should be covered and refrigerated.

6. In the morning drink the other half that you refirgerated...but do not re-heat it...drink it cold or at room temp only.

Do not add anything else to this recipe. No lemon, no lime, no vinegar. It is not necessary to drink it more time in a day...it is only effective on an empty stomach and primarily at night.

This works for most people. Inches are lost before any measurement on the scales. This program will cause significant inches lost...but you will reach a plateau and may not lose anymore. This is because the cinnamon and honey cause a cleansing effect in the digestive tract and cleans out parasites and other fungus and bacteria that slow down the digestion...causing a toxic build up. (Lowers pH) Once this is all cleaned out then you will most likely have the weight loss slow down.

Other side effects from a cleansing can occur because of toxins being released...if this occurs, cut back on how much you use or take a break.

C, in this post (on weight loss) it states to...."boil the honey and cinnamon in water to make a tea."

In the next post (on weight loss) it states...."boil 1 cup of water, pour over cinnamon and WHEN IT HAS COOLED add the honey. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey."

C, this is an incredible formula.

What do you consider 'too much cinnamon?'

I've done it for a week, and the toxins have poured out my body.

Simply brew up the cinnamon, rest it for half an hour,
and then add in good quality honey, that hasn't had
the living daylights processed out of it.


Regarding Cayenne Pepper, do you mean Chillis, or ground cayenne pepper?

Oh my go easy on the Cayenne pepper. (I would say he is talking about the ground stuff) I made a tea with Cayenne pepper and I wasn't really paying attention when I was putting it in.......my mouth was in FLAMES!!!! I was laughing and crying at the same time...lol my husband just shook his head.

You did the tea with cinnamon and honey?
if you don't mind me asking...how did the toxins pour out? Does it make you stay close to home for a week?

I did a little research on cinnamon. "they" (lol) say that you should never take more than 2 teaspoons a day.
from the experimental results, 0.25-0.5 teaspoons should be enough for the blood sugar-lowering effect.

lots of people who took more experienced severe vomitting and other non-enjoyable bodily rejecting. (it's the best I could come up with..lol)

One lady used to put a cinnamon stick in her drink daily..but I'm not sure you would be getting enough that way. But that's just my opinion.
Whenever you take any herbs or things..always research because It could cause some really harmful effects on your body too.

They also said that if you are taking too much that you should have your liver enzymes checked because it can overload the liver.

Well, let me know how it goes..I'd love to hear about what it's done and maybe give it a try!

OH one more thing...diabetics absolutely SHOULD NOT do this...that's what "they" said...lol who is they anyway?

One of the major money makers for us when I was growing up was the production and sale of honey. My dad was a beekeeper as well as a farmer and rancher.

We had a huge operation. We sold the honey on the market and to the Government.

So yes...we had raw honey in our diet. My father liked for my mom to cook and bake with it instead of sugar. But it was so good when the honey comb was warm and dripping with honey to just take a comb and break it into chuncks and eat it like that (spitting the wax out, of course, when you had all the honey chewed out of it).

The point is ... my father still died of a malignant brain tumer when I was eighteen.

But that was not caused from the honey....THAT was caused from a man flying in his airplane, crop dusting.

My father was in one of the bee yards checking on the hives and this crop duster flew overhead. My father ran out to try and wave him away because once they get those chemicals on the hives....that particular bee yard is no longer good to sell. Over $25,000 dollars is lost then.

The man seemed to ignore him and ended up spraying those chemicals right over my dad. TWICE!

He became very sick right away. And in a few months...he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumer. And after two surgeries to remove the tumer and many chemo therapy treatments...he died eighteen months later.

I was just posting this to say that even when we are taking these wonderful natural foods that God has given us.... there is so much more that our bodies take in that is not good for us.

But raw honey really is good for a person in moderation.

Oh Chloe..I'm so sorry!!! That's horrible! I lost my dad to brain cancer too. He worked as an insect sprayer for homes. He was only there for a year before he was diagnosed. He died a year later too. I was only 17...

That is why it is so important for us to walk in faith. Faith that the Lord will always provide, heal and keep us safe. He's working on me...It's a long road!

I think those chemicals are so dangerous. I try to use as much natural products as I can to take care of anything like that...or to clean with.

Still got cancer though...but that was a plan from the Lord. That's why it was so easy to go through.

I'm doing well hon..summer is in full swing and the monkeys are having fun! =)

i was given a large glass jar of organic honey harvested from the pristeen outreaches
of Russia. it is quite expensive, however, it is considered analgesic quality. i have it
sitting on the shelf and wondered how to use it before it turned to sugar.

God is good. i am already adding cinnamon powder to food and drink, so this will
be a great treat. i would like to loose 10 pounds. i am still in the healing process
from aspartame toxity. i cannot tell you how awful this has been. i must be extremely
sensitive(taken it a long time)along with other meds over the years and i have
not quite turned the corner. Got my second B shot yesterday and can feel the
positive affects today. I spent about an hour perusing Mother's Market (naturals)
and just enjoyed doing positive things for me.

i love the tea idea. i did a stint of wheat grass but just quite wrap my tastebuds
around it.

Starting on June 5th of this year, I took out all breads, white foods, process foods, pasta's and sugars...

I have lost 23lbs so far and have grown accustom to eating in a more natural way...

I have been eating a higher protein to carb ratio, w/high good fats.

It was hard to grasp the concept that you must ingest fat in order to lose fat..

Fitday.com is a great place to gauge everything...It takes a moment to get the hang on how to use it, but it does all the work for you....

The first two weeks were something else as the yeast died off...The sugar craving left after 2 weeks as well. I never thought it possible for me to look at a dessert or something sweet and NOT crave it. It's the oddest thing..

I had to lose the weight that a particular medication I took for my back made me gain. It was a possible side affect and man, did it make me gain some weight. I am off that med now and will never take it again. I have a little more weight to go, but the more natural life style way of eating I will stick with. I like it!

yes, i was prescribed medication, ib, cortisone, other stuff that you have to eat
with our feel sick...and yes i put on some weight. i think too, when i don't feel well
i feel depressed and tend to want to comfort food. I LOVE COMFORT FOOD,
pass the gravy...

i have changed all that slowly over the last four years. haven't cut out the bread
because i love it...keep the pie, give me bread...shepherd's bread, crunchy crust
and butter....oh, oh...i'm doing it...hmmm better grab the lettuce and make a
salad for dinner. quick before i eat mayonaise....where are the green olives?

finally got a real girlie bike and ride it to the corner park and back. whew!

Lol, No, its not like that. its quite benign actually.
The flabby outreaches reduce dramatically,
and the skin tautens as the waters drain out.
The metabolism speeds up, and the feet itch and smell, as
the toxins which block up the system emigrate south.

all in all, I'm very impressed with Dr C's Potent Formula.

As he warns though, go easy on the Cinnamon, it is toxic in large doses!

Feet itch? Mine drove me crazy yesterday! I had no idea this was a result of the honey and cinnamon.

I haven't made a tea of any kind, I just mix a spoonful of each and eat it twice a day. Not bad, not good...I just get it over with. I'll try the tea formula you wrote of. I was hesitant to do it because of the confusion in the instructions. In one place it said not to add honey to anything hot as the enzymes were destroyed. But, if it's working for you....I'll try it your way.
Simple
I let the cinnamon and hot water cool down, until it is
lukewarm.

Then I mix the honey in, when the water is as lukewarm as possible.
I don't want to damage the complex structure of the honey.

But if your raw ingredients are not good, the curative powers will be diminished.

For instance, the best cinnamon apparently comes from Sri Lanka.

I would err on the side of caution in quantities also,
resisting the impulse to get high impact instant hits from large doses.

1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon per mug, (i.e evening and morning draught),
is more than ample.

Incidentally honey is reputed to be a laxative, and today while swimming,
I had a breif moment of angst when I felt that I had overdone my daily medication.
But you will be reassured to know RG that it was a storm in a teacup.
