I am so very grieved by this whole situation. But even in this the Lord has control.

I do not agree with Justice being put on moderation. I think all have let their flesh fly freely...things were said that should not have been said and now feelings have been hurt. But only one was put on moderation.

Are we not to forgive eachother? Or do we hold on to the flesh of hurt feelings and pride? The Lord is using this time before the Tribulations begins to strip us of our flesh. Whether we like the vessels He uses or not...It's coming from Him. So, do we repent or do we hold on to that flesh?

Keep your eyes on the big picture...time is short...too short for this kind of strife. We need to use our spiritual eyes instead of our carnal eyes. Really see...why things come at us...why things are said. EVERYTHING we go through is a test or trial from the Lord. Look for the lessons..look past your feelings. Ask the Lord to show you what part of your life are you holding onto that is of the flesh...He will show you..and maybe He already has been.

This is for all to hear...not directed at any one person.

I truly love each and everyone of you..
May the Lord open our eyes to His truths!!

Blessings to all,
Love, Lisa

I disagree with this!
Musing/lurking here for sometime; and, I have seen God's little lambs hurt and annoyed and frustrated(and hindered) for over long periods of time! Something had to be done! I've witnessed at least 3 people leaving because of J! Please! {BEING said in love.....the admin/mods should have stopped this before it had such a huge impact on the sheep. This is not the fault of the sheep}
I think the following is a wise course to follow.....

Romans 12 - The Word Of God In Regards To Forum Difficulties Of Late
His Glory is a R...
His Glory is a Rainbow

Matthew 5:3-12
3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. 5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God. 10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

My approach is always to try to help the person see the light, as logically and lovingly as possible. If they persist, and I can devote no more time to helping them, due to seeing that they truely don't want help, but would rather bicker back and forth and waste my time, then I just ignore it and let them shoot away at me (of course - mindful of the scripture listed above) going forward until I see that there is a change in them and an oppotunity to help again

Thank You CJ... I also disagree with Lisa, but still love her... I also have watched from the sidelines and what I have seen is the same thing. I agree with the JUSTICE that has been done here. Nobody is perfect, but every forum has a line. This line has been stepped over way too much. I think we all understand what can happen.. so we will not be caustic if we can help it! wink.gif Sorry Lisa, but I have to agree with CJ here!

Love ya, Rose

When people leave, they do so because they want to.

I think the mods are doing just fine. They give lots of lattitude to people to express their thoughts and opinions and I appreciate that.

There is a lot of truth to what you are stating; however, we have to apply balance! Much of what was slung over the airwaves was not Jesus, was not love, was not even Christian! In the end it hurt and hindered and hurt and hindered beyond measure.

Do you sincerely want the truth????? PM's and message after message and threats of leaving because of this would make your hair stand on end. This is not about the mods doing fine or not doing fine!

It is about this:.....the truth of the matter.....

This is not an attack on the mods; but, it is an attempt to bring this issue into the light so that it may never happen again! The devil is on the rampage, and another can come in and attack you! And, you will wish that this issue got taken care of.

I am hoping and praying that this will be the end of it! Read, think and pray before speaking. There has been so much peace on the board this a.m. The confusion has left!

PEACE. PEACE. Jesus is the prince of PEACE.

Loey, I do love your posts. They inspire and I believe that is divinely motivated.

This discussion really is not about Justice, but about each person and what is within, to include myself, the collective we.

My injuries and hurts are from words that for whatever reason I have allowed to affect me. Justice has never hurt me with her words. I took her words and let them injure me by my spirit of judgement as I had judged them harsh. I had wounded myself.

This is the same for anyone who read the words posted on this forum and it is the same for anyone who lives and breaths now. I didn't know Justice nor do I really know anyone else, but if there is someone that I know it is me and if there is someone I want to know it is Christ.

How can words from a stranger hurt me? They cannot, but only the words of someone I know can hurt when they betray me. So, how many times have I betrayed myself then?

Know thyself! The kingdom of heaven is within.

Wounded hearts also need time healing. A while back, I was a former member, and I have seen this happened time and again on this forum. Some things never change. That is why I am praying, that the LORD take control of this situation, and turn it around for HIS GLORY.

Yes I am praying Miche. As a children of God we are commanded to love one another. I pray that all will be resolved. I respect your discission regarding what has happened.

Honestly...I would rather not even be responding here.... but the Lord said to. So, Lord I pray right now that these are only your Words ....and are not mine at all.

It is just very sad that it has escalated to this point. It should have never been. I have seen one member after another being ripped apart and to my knowledge never dealt with. sad.gif If so I apologize. I have just seen it continue on and on. I know that many have been involved.... yet there seems to be one that finds themselves in the middle of it all.

We cannot just limit this to what has occured with this latest incident. I have been a victim myself and was left sitting there wondering what in the world? huh.gif Honestly I chose to just ignore and never even respond. Yet.... at what point is the breaking point? We are not only commanded to love.... there are many other things that the Lord requires of His Children.

Ephesians 4:32
Be ye kind one to another, tender hearted forgiving one another even as God for Christ sake hath forgiven you.

James 3:8-10
8But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
9Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.
10Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

We must all learn to control our mouths and yes we have all been guilty of this. The Lord has used others to show me the error of my sin. The scripture says in Galations...

Galatians 6
1Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
2Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
3For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

We have a way to handle situations that is for sure.... it should be done in the spirit of meekness. Yet when one does not see the error of his ways then what are we to do? The scripture tells us we are to "warn the unruly" Romans says we are to "mark" those that cause divisions and offenses contrary to what the scripture teaches. God tells us 6 different things in Proverbs that He hates... one would be those that sow discord among the brethren. sad.gif

It is time that Judgement must begin at the house of God as Peter states.

1 Corinthians 6:2
2Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?

I realize that Paul is speaking here of taking a brother to court... YET... the same principle can apply. We as Chrisitians must be able to take care of the smallest of matters. There is an order in all things... and we cannot expect to treat others continually in a horrible manner and not expect for there to be repercussions. It is that reaping and sowing thing spoken of in Galations.

Justice as a sister in Christ I love you and I am praying for you. Please prayerfully consider what I have been lead to share. When one has repeated encounters with others then we must seek the Lord and see if we are not the one that is in error?

We must give others respect, and expect as christians that we cannot just beat other christians up with our mouths. I would pray that if I were the one that were doing this that someone here would be concerned enough for me to warn me of my actions.

I pray that the Lord will resolve and restore fellowship to all party's involved. I am not one to harbor or hold on to things... so it was not even a question when I was the victim that I would not extend you forgivness. Yet we have to be careful not to cause others to stumble by the our actions. We must always be aware that we are to be reflecting the Glory of the Lord. Are we as Christians showing that reflection or giving another distorted view of our Lord?

With Love and meekness....

Valerie

This is a letter I wrote in my own personal life. I was hurting and I lashed
out at someone that I love...the relationship has not been restored.

Dear____________

Please forgive me.

I have sinned against the Lord.
I have breached the body of Christ.
I have hurt you.

It is a sword to my own heart.
I repent of the defilement of my own mouth
and allowing the carnal mind to endorse a lie.

There are no words to speak the anguish I feel.
I am sorry.

I perceived that another was disrespecting me and offending
God and found that in my action of the flesh, I did exactly
that same thing. This has broken my heart more than I can say.

Beloved, we have little time and I pray that God is the salve
that our wounds respond to...through the love and compassion
of one that sticks closer than a friend.

Ask God today to show you evidence of His love in a way that
you can understand...that you know, that you know that...

God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever should believe upon Him shall not perish but have
everlasting life. John 3:16

blessing you,

Everyone brings joy to this forum. Some when they enter and some when they exit. The best are those who bring joy as they remain. Bob, you are that sort...I hope to be in that class. Foremost is to be equitable and to see ourselves in the true light....it is like a glass bottomed boat...clear in the near term and hazy deeper down....

I understand that you all disagree with me. That's ok..I knew it would be this way because the Lord has led me in this. It was something that I needed to say and it has been said. The Lord did not come to make peace with the world.

He came to make His saints holy. The flesh does not want to let go of us. It will be very painful...for all. He is working on us ALL. Whether we recognize it or not is not up to me....it's up to what the Lord allows us to see. Pray about it..instead of fighting about it.

And as I stated in my original post...

"This is for all to hear...not directed at any one person"

I am not directing this at Rose or anyone impeticular...it is for ALL the world to see. Pray about it and read it in the spirit it was meant. I think Rose can see what I mean. Everyone is bound by their flesh...and the Lord will do what is necessary to strip that flesh from us. It's not for us to decide which vessel get's the job done.

We are not fighting eachother..don't you see? It is the spirit against the flesh!! Recognize what is coming at us and stop taking it personally...let the Lord do His work in you (ALL of US) before the trib starts. Because once it starts...if you are still in the flesh, it is going to be very painful. He wants us totally broken and weak before Him. There is nothing we can do without Him. And if you are to survive during the trib you will have to rely 100% on Him for everything...just as the Israelites did in the desert...or rather some of them did. Some didn't make it because of their flesh. Please everyone, see what is being said here...it is not about Justice vs the forum. It is spirit vs the flesh.

I hope you all can see what I'm saying.
We are His..and He is trying to tell us something.
I love you all..

TRUST AND OBEY

“O Lord Almighty, blessed is the man who trusts in You.” Psalm 84:11-12

John H. Sammis (1846-1919)
Words: John H. Sammis, in Hymns Old and New (Chicago, Illinois: Fleming H. Revell Company, 1887).

Music: Daniel B. Towner (MIDI, score).

This song gives a simple, clear explanation of living the Christian life. The title expression was used in a testimony meeting, following an evangelistic crusade in Brockton, Massachusetts, by Dwight L. Moody. A young man stood to speak, and it soon became clear he knew little Christian doctrine. But he finished by saying, “I’m not quite sure—but I’m going to trust, and I’m going to obey.” Daniel Towner, who was in the meeting, jotted down the words, and gave them to John Sammis, who developed the lyrics from them.

Here is the web site if you would like to listen to the music:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will, He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.

Refrain

Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away;
Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey.

Refrain

Not a burden we bear, not a sorrow we share,
But our toil He doth richly repay;
Not a grief or a loss, not a frown or a cross,
But is blessed if we trust and obey.

Refrain

But we never can prove the delights of His love
Until all on the altar we lay;
For the favor He shows, for the joy He bestows,
Are for them who will trust and obey.
Refrain

Then in fellowship sweet we will sit at His feet.
Or we’ll walk by His side in the way.
What He says we will do, where He sends we will go;
Never fear, only trust and obey.

Refrain
