How often do we encounter an effort to make everyone conform to an outward model? Or else some biblical interpretation. Be it sabbath keeping, rapture theory, tithing...etc....

I say "vive la difference!" (that's French wink.gif ) We are to be one in the Spirit, through the transformation of Christ and the renewing of our minds. We are not to be conformed to world, or even resemble the world...as in our quest for uniformity. We might behave quite differently in outer form, and yet have a perfect unity in the Spirit. God doesn't bless a form...but a humble heart.

Would that we put away our opinions and the hobby horses we love to ride so, and got on with the fulness in Christ that we are all called to! 1dsz5h2.gif

There are differing gifts and functions in the Body. It is truly carnal to divide along any other line that a spiritual one. Many reveal their lack of a spiritual foundation by trumpeting one observance or other. Let every man be convinced in his own mind. There is a deeper unity that we seek. To be ONE NEW MAN in Christ.

Yes brother, this fellow sounds like he's been cloned! sad.gif It is easier to follow a man whom they see than God who is invisible. But then we shortcircuit faith. If we would be genuine, we would look to God and be what we are meant to be...regardless of how popular that made us. We must obey God and not men.
