FAKE FULFILLED PROPHECY and FAKE DIVINE HEALING.

SATAN CAN FAKE PROPHECY AND HEALING.

Luk 13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

satan put this disease on this woman............satan can release her at any moment.

when satan wants to decieve us, he does the following:
he puts a disease on fred.
Fred goes to his Priest, Shaman, Holy man, whatever,.
the Priest prays for a divine healing..........
if the Priest is a false religion priest,....... satan can release fred from the disease, when fred is prayed for.
Thus, it appears that the false religion is a True Religion.

jjjjjjjjjjjjjj

the same principle applies to fake Fulfilled prophecy.

Act 16:16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

This demon-possessed slave-girl was doing fortune-telling (predicting the future).
How did the demon do it?
Only God can predict the future!

Isa 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
Isa 46:10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.

the demon can do FAKE fulfilled prophecy......for example,......the demon predicts an event.........then he, (or another demon) causes the event to happen later.

ONLY God can predict the rise and fall of nations, thousands of years in advance.

Only God could predict the RESURRECTION OF ISRAEL from the dead, ,,,,,,2500 years before it happened.

Ezekiel 37 tells of the resurrection of the ELECT NATION ISRAEL.
In 1948, the nation Israel was birthed in the PROMISED LAND.
ISRAEL passed from death to life..........in the PROMISED LAND,,,,,,,,just as Ezekiel said.........Ezekiel 37;12-14

HALLELUJAH!

why does God allow satan and men to (try to) decieve us?
God is TESTING our faith!
Genesis 22;1-12

The Bible contains it's own proof, within the Bible-text.
How do we gain faith?..........by hearing the Word of God preached!

Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

satan can move (influence, lead, manipulate) a few people to do a few little things...........and God allows such things.

but!

ONLY God can foresee the free-will decisions of nations of peoples , thousands of years in advance.............THIS is the MARK of True Deity,,,,,,,,,and God doesn't allow satan to do this.

satan can't do it.

Be careful what how you post here. God does heal and God does allow prophecy. Are there false teachers and prophets...yes there is. Are there true teachers and prophets...yes there is. I am not a cessationist , this is a false teaching of satan...and I hope this is not what you are getting at. There is another thing satan cannot do, and that is worship and love the God heaven who has condemned him.

The term can be described:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cessationism

Cessstionist christians like to beat up on those who have the gifts of the Holy Spirit and persecute them by calling them names and saying they are of the devil etc. It's a fine line they walk...a person must be very careful not to say that things that are of the Holy Spirit are of satan. That would be very foolish and dangerous. But the Lord knows those that are His and knows how to keep them too. Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. The testimony of the Holy Spirit I know, and testify that He is true, who tesitfies to the bible that it is the truth.

IN the early days of the Church,,,,,,,,,the Church upset the whole city and nations............the Church was beaten with 40 lashes minus one...............the Church was imprisoned.............the Church did great healings which upset the highest political and religious leaders...................

jesus fed the 5000...........and healed EVERY PERSON IN JERUSALEM, regardless of their faith (or lack of faith)

jesus and the church raised the dead (the dead can't believe),,,,,,,,,with the highest political leaders watching

snakes bit the Church, with no harm done.

a lot of these miracles were front-page news , in the early days.

but , my newspaper rarely mentions such miracles...........

i have 1 newspaper article of a great miracle that happened in NC, USA.........a sandwich shop burned, but no harm done to the pages of the Bible,......... from the ASSOCIATED PRESS,,,,,,,,in my home-city newspaper.........(i believe this miracle to be legitimate)

i've never seen the 5000 fed............Why not?

Act 3:1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
Act 3:2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
Act 3:3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
Act 3:4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
Act 3:5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
Act 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Act 3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Act 3:8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Act 3:9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
Act 3:10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.
Act 3:11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
Act 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
Act 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
Act 3:14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
Act 3:15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
Act 3:16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
Act 3:17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
Act 3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Act 3:20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Act 3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Act 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
Act 3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
Act 3:24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
Act 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Act 4:1 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
Act 4:2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
Act 4:3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.
Act 4:4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.
Act 4:5 And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
Act 4:6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.
Act 4:7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
Act 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
Act 4:9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;
Act 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Act 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Act 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
Act 4:14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
Act 4:15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,
Act 4:16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
Act 4:17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.
Act 4:18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
Act 4:19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.
Act 4:20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
Act 4:21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.
Act 4:22 For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.
Act 4:23 And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them.
Act 4:24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:
Act 4:25 Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
Act 4:26 The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.
Act 4:27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
Act 4:28 For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.
Act 4:29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
Act 4:30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
Act 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
Act 4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
Act 4:33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
Act 4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
Act 4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
Act 4:36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
Act 4:37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

Act 16:22 And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.
Act 16:23 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:
Act 16:24 Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
Act 16:25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
Act 16:26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.
Act 16:27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.
Act 16:28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.
Act 16:29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,
Act 16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Act 16:32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.
Act 16:33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.
Act 16:34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.
Act 16:35 And when it was day, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go.
Act 16:36 And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace.
Act 16:37 But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out.
Act 16:38 And the serjeants told these words unto the magistrates: and they feared, when they heard that they were Romans.
Act 16:39 And they came and besought them, and brought them out, and desired them to depart out of the city.
Act 16:40 And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of Lydia: and when they had seen the brethren, they comforted them, and departed.

This is not boasting or anything, but, because you asked "why not" I'll put up one possible reason.

The HS led me to go to a mall many years ago under the pretense of buying jeans. I went there, didn't find any I wanted, and as I was about to leave, the HS turned my head to show me a guy laying in the middle of the mall surrounded by people (which I had appaarently missed in my haste). The HS told me to ask this guy (who had had a grand mal seizure) If I could pray for him. I balked in fear until the paramedics arrived, then, mustered my courage and asked the paramedics if I could. The guy on the ground said ok, and, I knelt down to pray for him and the HS led my hand into his right chest area. The power of the HS was there more than I had ever felt it, and the Spirit caused my hand to press hard into this fellow's right chest. I began speaking in tongues powerfully. The guy on the ground began praising Jesus out loud. This went on for, 30-40 seconds to a minute? When it was over, the crowd of people were stunned at what had happened. I felt led to go, and, the last thing I saw was the paramedics helping this guy to his feet and, he started walking on his own power. It wasn't in the news because, I never told anyone, and apparently, no one else did either. No need to trumpet.

I posted that story here awhile ago: http://www.christian-forum.net/index.php?s...c=15797&hl=

Another time, one of my house-mate's who had chronic fatigue syndrome was coming back from work. The HS showed me a picture in my mind of me praying for him, and, started leading me to go to him and do this.

I mustered my courage, and did it. Right as I did, the HS spoke through me and said "Now Now Now!!!" Right as that happened I saw (in the Spirit) a shadow lift off of this guy Gary. I think the HS caused me to pray in tongues then also. I told Gary that something had left him, but, being the stubborn guy he was, he said, no, I don't think so. The same day, I asked our other house-mate who was there when this happened if he saw something different with Gary and, he said yes, he saw a noticeable difference. From that day on, Gary had more strength, and, a much more cheerful demeanor towards life. Something in fact had left him, he just wouldn't accept that it was supernatural (he was very stubborn, and, not very spiritual). Funny thing was, he met a woman who married about a month later (he was in his 50's) and, it was the happiest anyone had seen him. I figured that God was freeing him from something that had attached itself to him and caused his fatigue sickness so he would be ready for this. Whatever it was, the shadow (spirit) left, by the HS. Now, no one told the newspapers about this either, but, these are things God does through Spirit led Christians. They just don't get in the news. smile.gif

This is truly wonderful, Praise God!

The Lord does do miracles! Isn't that something...He fed the 5000 and He is still doing miracles even today! ahhh...it is not us who does the miracles or prophecies, but it is the Lord through His own body (us). I am a miracle several times over, from the Lord healing my body completely to bringing me back to Him (I think He told the parable of the prodigal just for me). How truly wonderful are the mercies of God, who forgives our trangressions and who heals our deseases.
dennis mann
the OT (and the NT) are full of stories about how God deals with men, sin, etc..........

the stories of Noah, flood, sodom, exodus, 10 plagues, exile, return, etc.......are famous world-wide.........they make the points that God wanted to make

in NT times, God is waiting to see what we'll do with this info..........will we believe and repent?..........or will we reject God?

in NT times, physical miracles are not very abundant,,,,,,,,,but spiritual miracles are abundant.

the greatest spiritual miracle is the BORN-AGAIN EXPERIENCE, by the MIGHTY BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
I'm not talking about tongues, slain in the Spirit, etc...........i'm talking about belief, repentance, quiet lives filled with good works and the fruits of the Spirit.

the Greatest miracle of all time.........is when God changes a wicked sinner into a wonderful, helpful, gentle christian

What you say is true but there is so much to it then that. Revelations (not the book), walking in the Spirit, fasting and answer to prayer in a very physical and tangible way, heavenly visitation and 3rd heaven experiences, prophecy and anointing, experienceing the Glory of God through His Holy Spirt, and further and further revelations and experiencing the Joy of the Holy Spirit, when the Spirit of God comes to live in you in a very tangible way, that He manifests Himself through you with the gifts..
..all of these come after repentance, if your repentance is true and your heart is right. GOD WILL MOVE!! I agree with the greatest miracle. Did you know that we are only at the beginning of our creation? That's right, God is still creating, and we are not yet a finished work. For we shall ascend into the heavenlies, and sit on the Throne of God! We will have a different form and a new glorified body that will never die, a body of light like unto God's body of light, for we shall be like Him...eye has not seen, never has it entered te heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love Him.

How is God's body of light described? - His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. There is so much more...but in the end, it will be a love that is so enduring and so ravishing (did you know that you can love God this way right now?) but this is Spirit and not of the flesh, and the flesh can never understand this, and neither are these just words.

His Spirit has called me, and my spirit answered back...I love Him more than my soul, more than my words can ever say...for my eyes have seen Him in Glory, and in my soul I loved Him, for He is so beautiful and easy to love...where can I go from Him with whom I have all things to do,and where shall I hide that He cannot find me. For I have grown as a tender plant before Him in whose eyes I have found favor. I choose to be in love with God, above the affairs or concerns of this life, for I have been truly born again in my spirit, which rules over the body now.

Yes, praise God. biggrin.gif He loves His children. biggrin.gif Which is how He sees us. biggrin.gif

the OT (and the NT) are full of stories about how God deals with men, sin, etc..........

the stories of Noah, flood, sodom, exodus, 10 plagues, exile, return, etc.......are famous world-wide.........they make the points that God wanted to make

in NT times, God is waiting to see what we'll do with this info..........will we believe and repent?..........or will we reject God?

in NT times, physical miracles are not very abundant,,,,,,,,,but spiritual miracles are abundant.

the greatest spiritual miracle is the BORN-AGAIN EXPERIENCE, by the MIGHTY BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Amen brother! smile.gif I remember holding the door for an old nun one time. She smiled and told me she had been a missionary in India for 50 years...the Lord had called her when she was but a young girl. She told me that God is still calling people...only nobody is listening anymore! mellow.gif

I thought that was a very wise saying from this lady. It is also true of we Christians who minimize the promises of God through a lack of faith. How can we show forth the glorious power of our Lord if we don't believe it is even available? We have a cross-less message and a powerless walk being preached nowadays. Once perverted with an easier and more carnal gospel, it is next to impossible to bring people back to the right standard of the truth. It's uphill all the way! As an evangelist friend of mine once said..you must begin again with others who have not been so corrupted! This is a truly sad state of affairs! sad.gif Once salt has lost it's saltiness, what is it good for?

You could, but, not everyone will do this. He gives gifts to who He wants for the edification of the body. We have different gifts. smile.gif

1Co 12:7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

smile.gif

A Christian is a person who can confess that Jesus is Lord, and, that God raised him from the dead. Of course, this is supernatural in and of itself.

1Co 12:3 Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but in the Holy Spirit.

We are on the brink of change brother John; the Lord is going to bring this about. What if there is a Tribulation and judgement coming against believers in Jesus? What if it is so severe, and the refiners fire so hot that only those who are true Christians will remain...the day in which the Bride makes herself ready...the day in which the Lord spearates the wheat from the chaff. Then, the difference between the Godly and the ungodly believers in Christ will be evident. Can there be an ungodly believer in Christ? is there such as thing?

A storm is coming, as judgement must begin with us, and if it begins with us and we barely escape, where will the sinner and the ungodly appear? The day is at hand in which the God is about to show His mighty power, the day in which Babylon the Great will fall (that is to say the rule of man), the day in which the sinner and the ungodly and the unbelieving are to be removed, the day when peace is taken from the Earth.

The time of God's favor are almost at an end for man, and the time is now short, and the doors to the ark are going to be closed forever...and then the wrath of God will follow.

i have heard testimony of a miracle where bread was multiplied to feed thousands of people in Africa at a gathering of believers. so yes it does happen, all the time. i recently heard testimony of dead men being raised to life after being dead for FIVE days in Kenya.

have you read the book or seen the film "faith like potatoes?" the farmer in that story raises a woman from the dead.

you wont read it in the media because these things are foolishness to those who perish, who dont care and dont believe.

Thanks.

Here by the grace of God I stand, for in Him I live and move and have my being. Where can I hide from Him with whom I have all things to do. It is by the grace of God alone that I will be strong in the power of His might and not be moved. By the mercies and election of God He calls us and sets us in His body, to whom be praise and blessing forever and for all eternity. I am truly grateful that I am saved!

The grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be upon you brother John.

Amen.
