i cannot explain in detail .. my soul is near death ... i need the hand of God to deliver my son ... his body soul and spirit are near cursing God.. if it were possible, he is the modern day Job ... there is no help in man.. the world and all those who do not believe keep saying hope thou in man.. seek his help.. there is no hope in man.. our only hope is in God... ohhhhhhh that he would arise out of heaven and deliver.. come... raise your voice ... beseech the Lord to make His mercies known.. to confound the blind .. to cause His Glory to be praised... help o God ... we are but worms ... whose only hope is God's loving kindness .. we need mercy and deliverance on this earth - this day ... may God arise and be mighty and gracious ... Lord please deliver ... please heal.. deliver him body, soul and spirit this day

i alone have sought the Lord for this deliverence... but His hand will not be moved.. i have thought to seek help from God's children and would not.. but i cannot carry on... i am weary... more than weary ... sick .. desiring death for him as the only means of release and hope... but now, i come to the church of God.. and beg for help to lift him up... to the God of our salvation for mercy and hope and healing..

the meds he needed came from a most unlikely source

this trial is not over, so your continued prayers will be much needed and appreciated...

the Lord is using fire to purify.. may He have his way..
I truly believe there is a purpose for the suffering.. and have been asking the Lord to
bring that purpose to fruition .. little did I know it would be so painful

I do not know who and/or what the purpose is, but it has not been fulfilled.. hence i
expect the fire to become hotter.. how we will fare will certainly only be the loving kindness of our God
while I am scared.. I am thankful.. I would rather be on this side of the will of God than on the other

I am learning soooo many lessons.. a glimpse of the pain that both the Father and Son experienced..
only a glimpse.. more than that would literally kill me/us

The Friend of God
"Abraham stood yet before the Lord" (Gen. 18:22).

The friend of God can plead with Him for others. Perhaps Abraham's height of faith and friendship seems beyond our little possibilities. Do not be discouraged, Abraham grew; so may we. He went step by step, not by great leaps.

The man whose faith has been deeply tested and who has come off victorious, is the man to whom supreme tests must come.

What a rebuke to our questionings of God's dealings with us! Away with all doubting explanations of this stupendous scene! It was an object lesson for the ages. Angels were looking.

Shall this man's faith stand forever for the strength and help of all God's people? Shall it be known through him that unfaltering faith will always prove the faithfulness of God?

Yes; and when faith has borne victoriously its uttermost test, the angel of the Lord--who? The Lord Jesus, Jehovah, He in whom "all the promises of God are yea and amen"--spoke to him, saying, "Now I know that thou fearest God." Thou hast trusted me to the uttermost. I will also trust thee; thou shalt ever be My friend, and I will bless thee, and make thee a blessing.

Dear God, today I heard of a terrible injustice. Some doctors think they are God, they think they are in YOUR SEAT.
Well not so, or I rather die, God. So I bring this injustice before you, as my blood boils from seeing such medical atrocity.
Crook doctors you better run for your lives, for here comes GOD to the rescue! Amen.

I just read this, so sorry... will be praying for you and your son. I don't know what the condition is, but it sure sounds rough. My son keeps getting attacked by horrible migraines (he's 9) and just had another this past Monday lasting into Tues morning... nothing but Motrin and lots of crying, holding his head.

I know the feeling you are having... we've taken him and my other son to the ER more times than I can count. The other is 13 with asthma and sometimes can't breathe.

I am soooo sorry you are going through this, yes, please keep us posted.

I was telling my step brother (who is a believer) and lives out of town.. while he was visiting us.. that I was praying for the purpose of my son's suffering to be fulfilled soon.

I was shocked (tho I didn't show it) at his reply.. sometimes things happen without a purpose.

I wondered how can a believer say this.. or am I the one who is wrong?

If there was not a purpose to this.. then God would not be a personal God..
I know every hair is numbered.. I know His thoughts toward us/me are more than the sands on the sea shore..
I don't know what the purpose is.. but I believe it .. Michael's suffering is for a reason.. that there is something the Lord is allowing this for..

could I be wrong?
I don't think so, but would be willing to change my thinking if it could be so..

My son cannot have his prescription refilled again until this coming monday until then we need a miracle

the pain is torturous.. and watching him suffer is equal to it

thank you chinnam.. i have called friends at the bible school that he attended and asked for a prayer vigil.. he is on minimum pain meds now, trying to stretch it out.. but it is in essence like taking a breath mint for a toothache..

at one point this evening he was vomiting because the pain so intense - because there is a federal database for narcotics (his pain meds).. he cannot have anymore until monday.. and the hospital won't help

please pray for strength for him.. for healing if the Lord will .. for the purpose of all of this to be fulfilled quickly. He is weak, i'm afraid his faith is waning..

if anybody reading this would please, at any given moment, please beg the Lord for his mercies.

Ohhhhhh FATHER, please remove the pain from HeisFaithful's son, and heal him.Send your ministering angels to help him. Give this son, YOUR TENDER MERCY, and relieve the pain which binds him. Cause him to have a testimony of YOUR LOVE and GRACE, that is beyond all measure. Use him, to reach others. We thank you FATHER, for YOUR LOVE, and we cling to YOUR WORD, that by JESUS stripes we are healed. JESUS has taken allour pain and sufferin and nailed it t the cross, on CALVARY. We plead HIS BLOOD ATONEMENT for this young man. Cause YOUR FACE to SHINE upon HIM. Grant him PEACE and CALM the storms that are raging within his body. Release the pain and suffering, and give him total healing. Thank you FATHER, for hearing our cries, even before they are uttered. Thank you for answering this prayer. In JESUS NAME, AMEN.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I pray today that HeIsFAithful's son would discover the depths of your love for him and that he would overflow in sprtual joy, even if he is in the midst of physcal pain. I pray spiritual abundance would trump his physical pain. Please Lord, fill him with the Spirit! If it be your will, I ask that he be healed. If it be that your will that your grace is sufficent, I pray that through his circumstance, your Glory may be seen.
