My dad is having his galbladder removed surgically July 18th.
My Uncle Wayne is getting a biospy. He may have prostate cancer.
My cousion Brain is in the hospital very ill. The doctors broke up some gall stones and they clumped and clogged his uretha so he cannot pass any fluids, and he cannot pass these stones. He is heavily medicated and sedated, still in terrible pain.
My cousion Diana has a bad shoulder that she cannot even move. Doctors will attempt to fix the problem by breaking her shoulder and resetting it.
My mother is experiencing severe chronic muscle pain all over. She stopped taking the cholestrol medication and the pain went away for a time, but its back.
My aunt Maryanne is a train wreck of health problems mostly from her intestines, stomach, and liver and broken ankle and back problems.
Your prayers will be deeply appreciated, thank you.
Goodness squirrel, you sure know how to save up on prayer requests *smile*
Your dads galbladder: nowadays they can remove those by laparoscopy (a small opening with a long hollow rod through which they can do surgery, like when they look in a knee). He should be home the same day or the next, due to the minimal incision.
Uncle Wayne: the biospy (nice typo!) the biopsy is normally inspected during op, and if cancer, it will be removed in the same procedure (if not than the docs make it easy and greedy on themselves, so you may have to ask for it).
Cousin Brian: you typed gall stones but probably meant bladder stones, right? when they are infected, yes the infection has to go first. Does he now have a catheder? If he did not have the infection prior to the docs breaking up the stones, than the medical procedure is the cause of the infection, plus the fact that they probably did a bad job on breaking up the stones, for normally he would have the remnants passed by now. Tell them that, so that they will be careful, it usually helps putting the docs on guard and be less sloppy.
Once the infection is gone, they will have to break them up further. There is also a prcedure that vibrates the stones till they crush, with ultrasound. I do not know if your hospital has such an apparatus, or somewhere in your region. It is the most painless and less invasive way, but it depends on the type of stones.
Cousin Diana: frozen shoulder, break/reset may be necessary if the cause of the freezing is in misalignment of the bones. Make sure that the cause is not caused by torn ligaments, for that would require a different operation. Ask the docs to make sure.
Mother: severe chronic muscle pain all over the body. That points to a systemic dysfunction, possibly neurological, especially since stopping the cholesterol meds seem to have a temporary effect on the condition. She may have to be examined for peripheral neurological dysfunctions. Insist on closer examination.
Aunt Maryanne: the information is not specific enough to give advice on.
Of course I will pray for your whole family for complete healing. Your dad, uncle Wayne and cousin Brain should be fine in not too long a time, if the docs do their job PROPERLY. Your mom, insist on examination of the cause of the muscle pains.
Dear Father, will you keep an eye on these docs, or if You feel like it, beat the docs to their jobs and provide healing for our squirrels family?
In prayer, regarding your dad, Wayne and Brian I heard: peanuts.
Your mom should watch her diet and make sure she eats enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats (look on internet, fish is a good source. salmon is a river fish and often is healthier than seafish. tuna is also good. there are also plant sources for the omegas).
God Bless You and Your family squirrel!
Here are the peanuts =)
