Last night I had several dreams, one of them was this:

In a river harbour, I saw a tiny bright-red rowing boat, floating in the water, attached to the quay by a chain.
Suddenly the river water level dropped as if a drought had suddenly come, and the stones at the bottom of the river surfaced.
But the boat was still attached to this chain, and the quay was at least 10 meters high. So as the water level dropped, the boat was hanging on the chain, vertical against the wall of the quay.

Justice:

The harbour is the holding area(safe space, to park your feelings) of your personal red-rowing-boat.

The red-rowing-boat is symbolic of discernment, relationships and
right and wrong decisions.

The boat hanging from the chain.

This chain is the umbilical cord. The boat is your vehicle of
transportation from a dream to reality. The cradle, is a boat. The womb
of inspired ideas are a symbolic boat.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umbilical_cord
In placental mammals, the umbilical cord (also called the birth cord or funiculus umbilicalis) is the connecting cord between the developing embryo or fetus to the placenta. Developed from the same zygote as the fetus, the umbilical cord normally contains two arteries (the umbilical arteries) and one vein (the umbilical vein), buried within Wharton's jelly. The umbilical vein supplies the fetus with oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood from the placenta. Conversely, the umbilical arteries return the deoxygenated, nutrient-depleted blood.

Summary:
Your ideas and visions are dangling. However, visual and safe.

Justice,
Please read Acts Chapter 27 concerning Paul's shipwreck as your dream speaks of this. It has a lesson on how to make decisions during the middle of the storms of our lives.

Dump the cargo.
Don't give up hope.
Throw out the anchors and pray
Don't jump ship.
Praise the Lord for bringing you safely through the storm.

Acts 27:29 Then fearing lest we should have fallen upon rocks, they cast four anchors out of the stern, and wished for the day.
Acts 27:30 And as the shipmen were about to flee out of the ship, when they had let down the boat into the sea, under colour as though they would have cast anchors out of the foreship,

All glory to GOD!
