Good Morning Sweet Sisters!!! I want to share a poem I wrote for my mom with you. Although my mom is no longer with me here, her love is always felt.
I dedicate this poem to all of you mom's out there...whether you have children or not, I'm sure my sisters have love like this in their hearts...because you have the Lord in you. I also want to wish a happy Mother's Day to all of my brother's out there..for if you have the Lord in you...you also have this love.
May the Lord shower you with His love and blessings today and always.
Happy Mother's Day!!!
I love you all very much..
Love, Lisa
Mother’s Love
May 9, 1999
To my Mom.. Love, Lisa
Your mother’s love surrounds me
like a warm ocean breeze.
Filling my soul with endless love
so pure, so soft, so free.
Your eyes are all knowing,
a vision of patience and grace.
Pools of beautiful hazel so dazzling to see,
sparkle like the stars above
with a love that never sleeps.
Your touch is filled with healing waves,
softly enveloping me.
Instinctively when something is wrong,
you long to comfort me.
The tears you’ve cried at the sight of my pain,
could fill the thunderous clouds.
The joy you’ve felt, the love you share,
illuminates the rising sun.
Your faith in God empowers me,
I will never be afraid.
My head up high,
I’ll move through life with a solid sense of strength.
I want to thank you so very much
for giving me these gifts.
Your love has filled me with beautiful song,
an angel’s symphony.
A love that will be carried on,
our bond will never break.
Flowing through the generations,
your love never fades.
Protection of a Mother’s Love
held solidly in their souls.
Pure beauty, pure love
My Mother
a love everyone should know.

Thank you sweetie!!
Yes, you should share it with us! I would love to read it.
I just woke up from a much needed undisturbed nap...ahhhhh what a treat!!
My boys made a card with a poem in it...they are so sweet and loving.
My daughter, who turned 3 today ..best mother's day present EVER!
Well, she walked up looking at me with her big brown puppy dog eyes and said, " mommy, I lub you"
Awwww...honey, I lub you too! I gave her a big hug and noticed she had a black marker behind her back! LOL
she created a card on the wall for me! ha ha ha...I wouldn't change a thing!
Love you sweetie!!
Hope you're mother's day was wonderful!!

Haha....I remember those crayon and marker paintings on the wall. I hated to paint over them sometimes.
My girls made me a card too. I have mine sitting on my nightstand by my bed. They always write the sweetest things in them.
Well you have a big day then with it being Mothers Day and your little ones birthday. How wonderful that they landed on the same day.
I'm glad you have had a good one too. I also got to take a nap....and then the phone rings...lol.
God bless you Lisa dear. You are precious to me.

Oh sweetie... that was beautiful! I am sure your mom was as equally blessed to have you as her baby! What a future Mother's Day that will be when you get to spend all of eternity with her!
