Today is my 25th wedding anniversary. Cindy takes care of my dad as he is pretty much disabled and requires a lot of care. My mom does what she can, but Cindy is a trooper. The entire family is thankful for her, she does so much for everyone, most of all me. God has blessed me greatly. It is wonderful to have a wife that supports me in all I do for the Lord. Sometimes she is 'widowed' somewhat. Praise God for his faithfulness!

your story is similar to many other stories out there. Try the southeast asian for references. In their culture, some of them marry someone just so they can take care of their dying parents, with or without a god.

To us, it is god's work but to others, it is just the need to survive.
