Hello. I had a strange dream on Friday 18, April 2008. In this dream, at the very end, I was walking along a road, when I happen upon a strange alien like creature who had dark black skin sitting on a bench to my left. He came up to me and asked if I wanted to do business....ie. sell him my products(In the dream, it was as if I was a businessman of sorts looking for business, and to sell my product, but my product was never really shown to me). I reluctantly agreed to sell this alien my product, so we both put our hands out in front of each other and put each others' hands together, and there was a strong wave of energy and light passing through the alien's hands then into my hands and through my body, and I felt energized and refreshed from this business deal, and was satisfied with the deal. I then asked the alien, "Will our business(dealings) be infinite?" He then said, "No thing is infinite". Then strange fast-crawling creatures with big eyes came running after us, they were on fire, then the dream ended.

This dream really changed my outlook on what life will be like in the World to Come. I always had a strong notion that after Judgment Day, everyone who was not a sinful person would live forever. But this may not be so after all. Some Torah scholars believe that the dead prophets of old such as Jacob, Moses, and Adam, the other righteous tribes of Israel and descendants of Adam and Eve, and all other dead people who are resurrected by Moshiach will live forever, but the people who are alive at the time of Redemption and who live through it will live a long life but will eventually die. I now believe that everyone who merits living in the World to Come, even the resurrected, will eventually die, but these people may live long lives, maybe hundreds of years.

Hi Joseph. This would be contrary to what scripture says.

Hos 13:14 I will ransom them from the power of Sheol; I will redeem them from death: O death, where are thy plagues? O Sheol, where is thy destruction? repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

Isa 25:7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering that covereth all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.
Isa 25:8 He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will he take away from off all the earth: for Jehovah hath spoken it.

1Co 15:54 But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Rev 20:14 And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire.

Rev 21:4 and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away.

If death doesn't exist, then, how will we die?

Hello. Those were my thoughts after having this dream. Of course I always loved the idea of living forever, and perhaps that is the destiny of every righteous person and resurrected human. This dream made me question my past beliefs, so now I just keep in my mind that it is possible that people cannot possibly endure for an eternity. Either scenario could be true, only time will tell.

joseph, I see your dream as a warning of some kind.
I do not know what you do in life, but are you involved in transactions?

It seems that the dream is telling you that you are feeding the wrong business, for obviously the creature wanted what YOU have to give.

Most certainly the dream does not mean that eternity does not exist, for several reasons:
1. The Word of God (as researcher already pointed out, thanks researcher!)
2. When someone says: "Nothing is infinite" my alarm bell says: Hey look there is the pathetic Satan again! Whop him one!

Maybe the dream tells you to check who you do business with...

Interesting interpretation, I will keep all you said in mind friend. But I have to admit, when I heard him say "No thing" is infinite, the NO THING words really hit home and I entirely, after much thought, interpreted it as meaning physical human bodies as well as any other physical object, because we all must remember, man is flesh, along with soul, but flesh is just flesh. I do not wish to diminish any of G-d's words nor underestimate His might and Power by my new doubts of eternal life of our human bodies, I only wish to know their true and hidden meaning and purpose. My prior research into Judaic interpretations and revelations of hidden meanings of the Torah and Tanakh, when G-d says He will swallow up death forever, it truly means that the Angel of Death will be swallowed up, who is Samael in Judaic prophecies, who is ultimately the accusing Satan in Judaic interpretations, who is called Antichrist by the Gentiles. I just found this text below to support my remembrance of this Jewish interpretation of Isaiah 25:8, which is in many aspects the literal and true interpretation.

“ ‘Moses said to Israel: "You have seen all the miracles and great deeds and marvels which the Holy One, blessed be He, performed for you. Much more than that will He do for you in the Future to Come. For not like This World is the World to Come. In This World there are wars and sufferings and Evil Inclination and Satan and the Angel of Death, and they have permission to rule the World. But in the World to Come there will be no sufferings, no hatred, no Satan, no Angel of Death, no sighs, no enslavement, no Evil Inclination, as it is written, He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all (Isa. 25:8)’.”

Exactly joseph, your quote proves already that you should not do business with this dude in your dream.

I never heard of the name Samael, unless you mean:

Jdt.8
[1] Now at that time Judith heard thereof, which was the daughter of Merari, the son of Ox, the son of Joseph, the son of Ozel, the son of Elcia, the son of Ananias, the son of Gedeon, the son of Raphaim, the son of Acitho, the son of Eliu, the son of Eliab, the son of Nathanael, the son of Samael, the son of Salasadal, the son of Israel.

Yes, and this is one of my favorite verses, from Him that is faithful and true:

Joh 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
Joh 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Joh 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
Joh 11:27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

When I read this part, I was surprised that you had that experience in your dream like I did when I touched a witch.

In my dream, I was going into this building to see my pastor and talk to him about something. When I said goodbye to my pastor, I was walking down the hall and I was compelled to knock on this one door. I knew there were witches living there and I felt I needed to say something to them.

When one of them opened the door...she was holding what I think was a birdcage. I can't remember for sure....because it has been so long, but I think I was telling her something and when we said goodbye, I reached out to shake her and I purposely started speaking in tongues.

Her eyes went back into her head and she started shaking. But electricity shot through my body and our hands shot apart.

I woke up at that point. I never forgot the dream.

It sounds like you were seeing demons in your dream. And they lied when they said nothing is infinate. G-d is and so is eternity as well as hell for those that turn their back on G-d.

All dreams come from the root of Yesod which is Gabriel. All dreams come from Gabriel and God. When did God ever annul His decree He set out in Genesis 6:3 . 3Then the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years." Even the smartest, most learned Jewish prophets from thousands of years ago were confused as to whether people would live forever or not in the World to Come. No one knows the answer 100% yet. Only time will tell. Seek the truth until you find it.

smile.gif Oh yes we do. The Bible is really very clear about this, there is and has never been a question about it.

1Co 15:54 But when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Seeing that the Bible also tells us that we are IN CHRIST, Christians share the inheritance of Christ:1Ti 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

2Ti 1:10 but hath now been manifested by the appearing of our Saviour Christ Jesus, who abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, 2Ti 1:11 whereunto I was appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher.

Notice that immortality only comes to light through the gospel.
