I wanted to know which type of bible we can read (NIV,KJV,John and James Bible )

Hi Jai. It's been my experience that you can read any of them. The Holy Spirit can show you what you need to know in any version. For in-depth study, use a KJV with strong's dictionary to see the original greek and hebrew wording. Try www.e-sword.net. Excellent free bible software with commentary, multiple versions, strongs dictionary etc.

The New King James Version (NKJV) is very good. It's much like the KJV, but without the typos and minor errors, and without the awkward, older English style.

I have so many study guides but I like what both of you posted. I mark it in my favorities so I will be into it tonight.

I like the KJV. I have "The Book" (NLT) as well (it is an easy-to-understand translation for me).

I generally read KJV though, and cross reference if i have a particular issue with a passage.

u can read to whatever version you like that you can understand for all points to the same god.

However, which ever version you read and then pray but the prayer doesn't seem to work then you know which one doesn't work for you. Time to move on to the next one.

try the blue letter bible its free you can down load it a Jewish brother told me to down load the blue letter bible it has good resources plus you have sevral diffrent bibles to choose from with jewish and hebrew as well as concordance and foot notes and a search engine for example say want to know something concerning to trinity or oneness type in trinity and you will have scripture passages which will lead you threw the old testament and new testament

i read from two translation the new inter national version open study bible and the new spirit filled life bible

i use to have the old kings james and the new kings james but i gave these bibles away to two people in need of a bible

i like to see what other translations have to offer and i like seeing what the other translations say when it comes to the scripture passages i like


its up to you you will be the one using the bible you pick
