LETTING IT GO
Today is going to be a “feel good” message in the sense that a doctor makes you feel good AFTER you take your medicine. I want to talk to you about your life reflecting the presence and glory of God. I don’t mean in a spooky-spiritual sense. I mean that like John the Baptist, you have steadily decreased and Jesus has steadily taken that decrease you have given Him and increased in you so that your life now is a reflection of His. That is His will in every life: to be so close to each of us that we begin to look like, smell like, talk like, and behave like His child everywhere, everyday.
Hebrews 12:1 says, “Therefore since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, and the sin that so easily hinders our progress. And let us run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from start to finish.” This is one crucial step in our reflecting the image of God to those around us. Paul, in writing this letter, said that there are two things that can hinder our progress in becoming the person that God has called us to be: weights and sin.
Weights are not sin, but they are going to have a devastating impact on our spiritual life if not removed. Think of it this way. If I ask you to run around your house and you did, you would probably make it speedily. However, if I hand you a fifty pound weight and ask you to run around your house, would you make it? Yes. Eventually. But you could have made it from point A to point B faster if you didn’t have that weight dragging you down.
Likewise, when you are carrying weights around with you daily, they are hindering your growth spiritually. So what are these weights? Carnal desires, worldly entanglements, friendships that pull you down, wrong thought patterns or strongholds. They keep you in captivity and when you are captive, it is impossible for you to have a fruitful spiritual life and feel free. Impossible. You have to break free from all those weights.
One person I know deals with personal stress or trials by running from them. Instead of facing those times and growing in them, through prayer and meditating in the Word of God, she heads off to the nearest theater with five pounds of Hershey’s kisses in her purse. She goes from one movie to the next until the theater closes. The next day she does the same. When her trial or problem has finally passed, she heads back to church and picks up where she left off. The problem is that she's not growing. You grow in the valleys of darkness and trials, when fear and hopelessness are your constant companions - not when you are dancing on the mountaintop. In her trial, she could have grown so much had she been seeking the Lord, trusting Him to bring her through, staying in His word and waiting for His deliverance.
On the mountaintop, you shout praises to God and tell Him how you will act everyday but it is when you hit that valley that determines if you are going to work out your salvation or run away. It is there that you decide if you are going to slay the enemy of your soul, the devil, or play with him. Will you give in to ungodly desires, strongholds, or thoughts?
Will you throw off your weights or continue to carry them? How you respond to them (faith or no faith) will determine how much victory and peace you have IN the battle...not after it is over.
Then there are the sins that hinder us. Some people ask me to define sin for them. I think some may want to find a loophole in the translation so that they can continue with a particular behavior or attitude. An easy definition is that sin is ANYTHING that Jesus would not do. Anything. Is there anything that you do or feel or are clinging to that Jesus would not? By feel I mean, are you jealous of others, easily angered, moody, unforgiving and so on.
One day a pastor told me that he knew he was a dynamic preacher. He could motivate an entire congregation with any message he preached. He said he could counsel and see even really bad situations turn around for people. But he said that he never felt more powerless than when he went into a hospital room to visit a person who would die unless God healed them. He felt utterly useless. No power from heaven like the Bible promised. Nothing. He would encourage them and say a prayer, but nothing more.
There is a reason that we lack power. We look good on the outside, but unless the power of God is flowing and changing lives, we need to search our hearts and find the reason for our own individual powerlessness. Sins that are saturating us, individually and as a church, are things like gossip, lying, slander, jealousy, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, merciless, judgmental or critical thoughts or actions and so on. These things are not seen on the outside, but are in our hearts. They are destroying the image of God in us.
Luke 4:1 says that Jesus entered the wilderness “full of the Spirit” but in verse 11, when he is emerging from the trial, it says that he is “full of the Spirit’s power.” That is what God wants to have happen in us. He wants to take us from only being full of His spirit to being full of the Spirit’s power. Why? Because there are people that need His power to flow into their lives, both in the church and outside of it. They are getting bad reports from doctors. We have the answer. Our God heals. They are depressed. Our God sets the oppressed free. They are addicted. Our God sets at liberty all who are bound. They are lost. Our God saves.
They need us to be full of God’s power to bring the miracle out from the Bible and into their lives.
One woman said to me recently, “I don’t do the work of God that you minister’s do. I am just a housewife. I don’t have to have His power in me like that since all I do is clean house and diapers all day.”
I didn’t have time to respond to her then, but thought about it a lot afterwards. Then the Lord reminded me of something that happened to me that can happen to anyone. I have a friend and she was pregnant. About the time she was due to deliver, she told me she wanted me to be in the room with her when she gave birth. God confirmed it to me later that night. He wanted me in that room with her. This was a big deal for me since I cannot stand the sight of blood! I faint dead away! But God said to be there and I loved my friend so I was determined to be there.
How many housewives out there or anyone else for that matter have a friend who could ask them to be in delivery with them? A lot of people! Ordinary, everyday Christians.
Well, the delivery day came and they induced her labor. All went well, but the baby was not dropping. She pushed and pushed. Nothing. Finally the doctor came, took the suction cup and tried to pull the baby down. She tried the forceps. The baby dropped some but was now stuck. They could not push the baby back up to do a caesarean or get him to come any farther down to be delivered naturally. The trauma team arrives moments later and we find out the baby has died in this process and they need to get him out.
After several minutes, they finally pull his limp, blue body from his mother and begin to try to resuscitate him. I went to the bathroom and called an intercessor and tell her to start praying with me because the baby was dead.
I prayed and prayed. I called out to God for life to return and reminded Him that He said in His word that we are to heal the sick, cast out demons, cleanse the lepers and RAISE THE DEAD. Several minutes later and nurse came in the bathroom. I asked her how the baby was. She smiled sickly and said, “Just keep praying. It's not good.” I prayed harder and more fervently. God impressed me that this was the reason He wanted me here. It was not His will that this child die but live. I knew God was not going to fail to do His will which is to make this child live again.
Almost ten minutes later, and the baby being dead for 14 or 15 minutes, I heard someone say, “There is a heartbeat.” I almost cried for joy and relief. I looked to the mother and father, both exhausted, but relieved. Their child is alive. They said this little boy would have all kinds of problems. He was dead too long to have escaped with no damage.
No! When Jesus raised Lazarus, after being dead four days, he did not need assistance the rest of his life because his organs had begun to decay in those four days! When Jesus resurrected Lazarus, He also restored him. I said with assurance that night that when Jesus RESURRECTED this child, He also restored him. To this day, this child is perfect.
They ran their tests on him the next day but found nothing wrong with him. No problems on his EEG, or EKG. He is almost seven now, running and playing, laughing and twirling with delight. He is so smart. He can solve puzzle problems quickly with little or no effort. RESURRECTED AND RESTORED. Had he been resuscitated, he may have incurred problems. But when he was escorted back from heaven by the Lord, that same Lord restored any damage that could have happened. I give glory to God alone for this. No flesh, no medical techniques, no knowledge could do for this boy what the Lord God Almighty did!
This could happen to anyone of us. Or we could witness a car wreck with an injury that will take the life of someone if God doesn’t intervene. Maybe an addicted person needs to be set free or a person that is in mental torments to find someone that has the power of God in them that can lay hands on them and set them free.
Are you full of the Spirit’s power or just full of the Spirit? God wants to flow His abundant life through you. But the weights and sin clog the channel. Your responses to people, trials or stress can keep His reflection from shining through you. Are you ready to be a funnel for heaven’s power? Heaven is ready to clear your clogs, if you will release the things that are blocking it. Today, like Paul, I say, Lay it down! The weights and the sins that beset you...lay it down.

When we joined this army we had the benefit of knowing that the battle was already ours. Jesus had already won the war. However, we still have to fight many battles for our faith. The mind is our battleground.
(2 Corinthians 10:3) For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(2 Corinthians 10:4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;)
(2 Corinthians 10:5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The Israelites were promised a Promised Land, but it didn't stop the fact that there were giants in the land to be subdued. This is a type and shadow of our problems to be conquered today.
God has already won the war over the enemy to win back our rights and freedom but we have to go after the giants by faith in order to walk in the promised land.
(Colossians 2:15) And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
One of our most powerful weapons available to us today is the power of agreement. (Matthew 18:19) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
There is proven power in agreement. These next scriptures tell us that one person alone can put one thousand devils to flight but in agreement the power multiplies. (Deuteronomy 32:30) How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
Sometimes this battle can get rough, but we have the weapon of agreement in our arsenal. We just have to come into agreement.
I believe that one of the most powerful forms of agreement is in your marriage whenever possible. You two have become one flesh. This is not a natural thing. Our natural coming together is symbolic of our Spiritual joining. That is a powerful agreement. I believe that if the two of you will use your weapon of agreement, you will see more and greater successes.
Sometimes when you are feeling physically the battle, then the power of agreement is just what you need. If you are feeling the pain in your own body, sometimes you can act in faith better for the other person.
In James 5:14, he told us to call for the elders of the Church, anoint him with oil and the prayer of faith shall save the sick. That is a prayer of agreement as well.
Although the Word is definitely talking about the physical agreement between two human being, He is also talking about your agreement with the Word of God, the blood of Jesus and the name of Jesus. Come into agreement with these things as well. In John 15:7 He said, "if you abide in me and my Words abide in you" which is a very effective form of agreement. You are agreeing with the Word of God. To meditate on the promises of God and to mentally and spiritually agree with them is a powerful weapon against the fiery dart of the enemy.
By praying the Word of God, you are coming into agreement with the Word of God. (1 John 5:14) And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
(1 John 5:15) And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. By praying in the Spirit, you are putting yourself in agreement with the perfect will of God. Jude 20, "But ye beloved, building up your most holy faith praying in the Holy Ghost."
In (Mark 16:20) And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. He was telling them yet another way to come into agreement. You are agreeing with the Word of God, then He is doing the confirmation part. How does God confirm His Word? With signs following, of course! You do your part of the agreement and He will always do His part. He is not a man that He is even capable of a lie.
Another thing that you need to come into agreement with is His name. (Acts 3:16) And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
(John 20:31) But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
Come into agreement with the finished work of Calvary. It has already been accomplished and is available to you. Come into agreement with the blood of the lamb. (Revelation 12:11) And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. By coming into agreement, you are recognizing what He did for you and the authority that you now have as a result of it.
Agree with His Word and His name. It works.
This next scriptures tells us what happens when we are not in agreement. (James 3:16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. Strife and confusion bring on every evil work. Lack of agreement can be the very open door that the enemy finds to block us from the promises.
Deuteronomy 28:15 through the end of the chapter tells us what is in store for us if we do not come into agreement with His Word, whereas 1-14 tell us what we are entitled to if we do come into agreement with His promises.
Make it your choice to come into agreement, a very powerful weapon in our arsenal. (Deuteronomy 30:19) I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. It is a choice that you have to make for yourself right now, today. And it is a choice that you have to make again and again with every thought you have. Proverbs 23:7 …as he thinketh in his heart, so is he. You have to choose what you think.
Decide right now to choose to agree with the blood of the lamb, the Word, the will and the way of the Lord, and all His promises.
One last nugget from the Lord : God will soon be transferring wealth into the hands of the Christians to use for His kingdom. It is not to heap it you're your own lusts but to use in His Kingdom. (Proverbs 13:22) A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

The Lord spoke:
“I have a controversy with the nations !
I have a controversy with those who think they can hide from ME!
I have a controversy with those who think THEY are in control!
I have a controversy with those who think they know better how to create than I do !
I have a controversy with those who say they are Mine, but are of the synagogue of Satan and press down My beloveds !
I have a controversy with those who put themselves in the place of judgeship when I DIDN’T put them there !
Look at the moon, the stars and the sun. Look at the constellations and nebulas up close. Can you make these oh sons of men without ME ? Can you control the weather ? Can you ? Or is it I who sits in the heavens Whose feet rest upon the earth ? Who are you oh man to take life that is so precious into your own hands ? Why have they distorted the food supplies and disdained My laws. Is it not that they want to be in charge ? They think I really don’t see what’s going on. But the sentries are at the door, the judgments intended are at hand.
Who will they run to when they CANNOT control everything ? I tell you now My children, that they will NOT be able to control everything that they think. I have called the hordes from the east and they will descend on you like a desert sand storm that rises SUDDENLY, and destroys everything in it’s path, burning, destroying, changing the face of the earth with their weapons of destruction. Arm yourselves with ammunition from ON HIGH. Don’t think you can escape all judgment !
Don’t think that your money will save you, for escapes from death come from GOD ALONE ! Jesus alone holds the keys to death and hell. Those who are My own and who HONOR ME with their lives, I WILL HONOR !
Keep safe in the shadow of My presence.
I LOVE MY BRIDE, and I do all things well. Nothing that happens, is beyond My ability to restore. So many think suffering has no purpose. So many think they have RIGHTS. But I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR YOU WITH THE SUFFERING AND DEATH OF MY SON. It was a very expensive price to pay. You need to understand more fully what was done. It seems many have given in to the Nicolaitan values of “having what I want” when they want.
The Son of Man had no place to lay His head, yet you boast in your arrogance that you should not have to suffer any loss, or any in your body, or any humiliation.
I tell you that those who are proud and arrogant in their boasting will be brought to humiliation. You have a saying, “the bigger they are, the harder they fall !” I say, the bigger you are in your own eyes, the harder you will fall ! You diminish the value of others around you as if they are nothing, just because they have not seen the LIGHT of GOD like you have. Yet you know not your own BLINDNESS. You disdain the poor, the “unaccomplished” those who have had to live with violence as if they are untouchables. You walk in fear of losing your THINGS, fear of getting diseases, fear of man, yet you do not fear ME enough ! Don’t you see that I AM stronger ? Don’t you see there is nothing I cannot change ? You limit MY ABILITY from a worldly viewpoint, then wonder that I don’t answer your prayers.
YOU EXPECT SO LITTLE, AND YOU SOW SO LITTLE, SO YOU GET LITTLE. If you sow LOVE to those you disdain, you would get more love. If you would make dinner for those who are hungry near you, maybe then when you need food later on, when things aren’t so available, you might have someone make dinner for you. Treat others the way you want to be treated !
Open your eyes and ask for opportunities to sow LOVE. To sow whatever you have. I will take care of you . TRUST ME that I will. For those whose trust is weak because of lifetime of rejection, keep speaking trust, even when you don’t feel it. Watch how I will respond to FAITH !
And with each measure of FAITH, I will sow back into you all that you need.
It is not true that you will only get what you sow in like kind. Did I not give you much more than you deserve when you were in your sins ?
Did you not deserve death, yet I gave you the opposite of what you sowed ?
I AM GENEROUS, so I want that quality in you, that is in ME.
Isa 32:7-8 NKJV Also the schemes of the schemer are evil;
He devises wicked plans to destroy the poor with lying words,
Even when the needy speaks justice. 8 But a generous man
devises generous things, and by generosity he shall stand.
With each measure of FAITH that you sow, I will give back to you generously. I am a good FATHER, and as I see that My children are learning their lessons, and passing tests, I give rewards too, just like a good parent. Only the return from My heart is more abundant than you can imagine, because of My own generosity of heart.
There are seasons when you will go through so much testing it will seem to be overwhelming. But for every attack the enemy makes in coming against My purposes in you, there is greater measure of GLORY that I will pour out ! This He does not understand. He cannot understand. But I want you to understand that MY WILL, MY GENEROSITY is much greater than your own heart. I know what it takes to captivate a heart. I will use any means I CHOOSE to do that !
If it takes love from human beings, I will bring that. If it takes freedom to be creative, I will do that, if it takes deliverance, or healing, I will do that, & if it takes ideas for earning what you need, I will do that, but I will ALWAYS do what is best for you. I LOVE YOU AS NO OTHER LOVES YOU. There is nothing I delight in more, than to bless My children who are faithful in their hearts to ME.
I have a greater grace to pour out than most can imagine. And I will do it through vessels of GRACE, not condemnation and arrogant pharisaical posturing ! You condemn and you judge, but where is your heart ? Is it not like the apostles when they wanted to call down fire from heaven ? You know not what spirit you are of ! WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE ANOTHER ?
There is ONE JUDGE, Christ Jesus.

Recently I was asked; "What has it cost you to grow as a Christian"? I thought for a few moments, taking a quick trip back down the highway of life remembering a multitude of decision places. Places that at the time were fraught with painful struggles and unending 'what if' reasoning. It didn't take too long however, before I realized I had to respond with; "my will".
So many times I just simply wanted my own way! I have journeyed enough now to realize how many times the Lord has saved me from having 'my own way'. I wasn't really struggling with having to make a big decision, I was struggling with letting go and allowing God to be God!
Oswald Chambers pens spiritual growth in these words, "Spiritual reality is what is wanted. "I surrender all"-and you feel as if you did, that is the awkward thing. The point is whether, as God engineers your circumstances you find that you really have surrendered. Immediately you do surrender, you are made so much one with your Lord that the thought of what it cost never enters any more." Receiving the life of Christ into your heart is the story of redeeming Grace…living in His heart is the process of self-denial.
Today remember you are a child of God, do it His way and keep in mind Jesus said; "I came that they might have life…more abundantly!

Have you ever wondered why God loves the poor? In the worlds system the rich are showered with honor, status and a special place in society. Even the most awful behavior is forgiven if it is committed by someone rich and famous. Unfortunately, in many churches, the rich are treated exactly like that, while the poor are more or less tolerated if not ignored.
But amazingly, the Kingdom of God is made up of mostly rejects of society, because God looks on us from the inside out. Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom He promised those who love Him? James 2:5 According to His measure, it is the state of our heart that determines our wealth or poverty, not money. It is the amount of love we have for God and man that determines whether we are rich or poor in the sight of the Lord.
God loves the poor because they have an easier time to accept His offer to trust Him for their daily needs. Almost out of necessity, this trust produces greater faith, and greater faith produces greater obedience and that translates into greater love for God. If you love me, you will obey what I command. John 14:15 In essence, it is not how much money we have or even give away, but it is our practical love for our neighbor and our obedience to the Lord that counts as currency in the Kingdom of God. Whoever has (heavenly currency) will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him. Luke 8:18 The Lord is not saying that He does not also love the rich. What He is saying is, that like the rich young ruler, it is much more difficult for a wealthy than a poor person to Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me. Luke 18:22 In His mercy, the Lord has not blessed too many of us with great riches, because we probably could not handle them!

THE PURE IN HEART WILL SEE THE BEAUTY OF JESUS: “I am about to release the full revelation of My beauty to anyone who would be willing to allow it to steal their gaze.” This is a quote taken from a word I released in September concerning the unveiling of Jesus‘ beauty. The difference between then and now is that, He is not just “about“ to release this revelation, He is doing it right now!
So how can we see His beauty? The pure in heart are the ones who see God, so the pure in heart are the ones who will see His beauty! The pure in heart have what Song of Songs calls, “Dove’s Eyes”. In Matthew Henry‘s beautiful commentary on the Song of Solomon, he states, “Christ sees His fair ones as ones who have not the piercing eye of the eagle, but the pure and broken eye of the dove, not like the hawk, who, when he soars upwards, he still has his eye upon the prey of the earth, but a humble modest eye, such an eye as discovers a simplicity and Godly sincerity and a dove-like innocence, eyes enlightened and guided by the Holy Spirit.”
To have the lovers gaze, or dove’s eyes, means that your hearts perception is totally fixed on Him and Him alone. It means, you are inflamed with holy love and desires toward Christ, with joyful expectations of His glory to be revealed! The amazing part is, you become like what you look at! That’s right! What you look at is what you start to look like! We learn foundations for this principal from the story of Jacob’s cattle in Genesis chapter 30.
The more we look at Jesus, the more we are filled with His beauty! The more we are filled with His beauty, the more we actually become the manifestation of this word I released in September! We literally become the revelation of His beauty to the world! If we stay under the ocean of His beauty, we act as a mirror that reflects His beauty into the earth.
We must first see His beauty so that the world can see His beauty! So lets continue to cry out for purity of heart! Lets keep contending for purity in our motives, in our desires, in our ambitions, in our sexuality and in all other areas of life because as we do, we open wide the gates of our soul for the King of Glory to come in and invade our hearts with His glorious beauty!
Psalm 90:17 “Let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us, And establish the work of our hands for us; Yes, establish the work of our hands.”

Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2
“Today, My Child, I want to encourage you to stay in that place of prayer. You have found the place of effective, fervent prayer. You have found the key to My kingdom coming and My will being done on earth as it is in heaven. You have found that place where My will, My Word becomes your word. You have found that intimate place, that special place of prayer and power. Don’t leave. Don’t stop. Don’t retreat!
You have found My heart! I know there are times you grow weary and the thought comes to you, “Is it really making a difference?” Things don’t seem to add up! Things around you seem unchanged – but that is only how they appear to the natural eye. Come, see from My perspective what happens when you pray, and know that a shift occurs each time you pray.
So pray!
I need you to understand the power of your prayers –not just the power of prayer, but of your prayers specifically. You must know that your prayers make a difference. Your words have life; for, your prayers are My word in your mouth. And My words are spirit and life. The moment, in faith, you come into agreement with My Word and My will concerning a thing, it sets in motion that which I have ordained before the beginning of time. The moment you come into agreement with Me concerning that which I have laid on your heart, it is released.
So pray!
Do you understand that your prayers have enerygy and potency? When you pray things happen! Things change! I did not say they will change, but they do change. So pray and don’t allow the enemy to make you think that it’s not working, that it’s a meaningless religious act.
So pray! Pray and know that it’s changing lives. Pray and know that it’s moving mountains. Pray and know that it’s creating life. Pray and know that souls are being saved, bodies, minds and emotions are being healed! Heaven is invading earth! Pray and know that it’s softening hearts. Pray and know that something exists today that did not exist yesterday because you prayed! Pray and know that as you pray for others, you are healed! Pray and know that as you pray for a release in the lives of others, I release things into your life! Pray and know it’s molding history. So pray and know your prayer matters to individual lives, to cities, to the Body of Christ, to the nations! Your prayer matters!!
So Pray! Pray without ceasing! Pray without flinching! Pray without backing down. Hear My heart! Pray what you hear. Look to see what I am saying! Pray what you see. Decree a thing and know it is established.
So pray with confidence! So pray with power! So pray with assurance and faith that if you ask anything according to My will, I hear! And not only do I hear, but I will grant you according to your petitions of your heart (1 John 5:14,15). I will do it! Count on it!
It matters, My Child!

November 28, 2007 Simplicity. Is it simple and does it work? After all these years seeking and enjoying God, this is what I have found to be hidden and almost never revealed wisdom. God's ways are simple and they work. The Lord said this morning: Just gather up all your thoughts and concerns and bring them to Me and lay them at the foot of the cross. Imagine yourself now free of mind and spirit without the worries and concerns. At this point, simple take up your cross in this manner. Ask My instruction and firmly commit to obey what you hear. Forget the rest. Let Me handle those matters. My good will replace all your concerns with peace of mind with Him. Repeat this process over and over again and you will be walking in My wisdom and blessings. Simplicity.
Job 22:21-22 "Yield now and be at peace with Him; thereby good will come to you. Please receive instruction from His mouth and establish His words in your heart."

Good morning, Lord Jesus. Father and Son, abide in me by Your Spirit, I pray. ...
"By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us His Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that the Father has sent His Son as the Savior of the world. God abides in those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and they abide in God" (1 John 4:13-15).
Lord, what does it really mean to "abide in You?"
It seems I hear You say, "To abide in Me is to willingly entrust yourself completely to Me, to allow Me to conform you to My nature."
Yes, Lord. By Your grace, I welcome You to live in me. Come, Holy Spirit of the Living God, and abide in me (John 14:15-17). Make my thoughts more like Your thoughts and my desires more like Your desires. Teach me and correct me, lead me and change me, to make me more like You each day. I welcome the ark of Your Presence into the tabernacle of my heart. Let the light of Your glory vanquish the darkness of my soul. Let Your cross crucify my flesh. All by your grace and in response to Your love and Your will, I willing entrust myself completely to, as best as I can each moment at a time. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

ENEMY STRONGHOLD DESTROYED

PARABLE: I discovered yellow jackets going and coming around my well. I had a feeling they were building a nest and I knew better than to try and dispose of it mysef. I called the exterminator who found not one, but two huge nests. He charged me $75.00 to destroy 2 large nests in the ground that encircled my well.
(75 Strong’s Heb. Stalled. Gr. Contend with adversaries, fight.)
One nest had its nest in the ground, about a foot across and five or six tiers high. The entrance was under some tarps and a box protecting the pipes from freezing. The other nest was under some plastic bags piled against the well. They were filled with old rotted black plastic removed from my garden area. Twice I had removed stuff from the bags to gradually place in the garbage can when I had excess room. Within the next two weeks I would have completely moved the bags and uncovered the whole nest and might have been badly stung in the process.
I interpret this, that with his various distracting ploys, the enemy had been attempting to drive me away from accessing my place of intimacy with the Lord and drinking His Living Water from my spiritual well. The Lord exposed all the distractions and I was able to return to my resting place of intimacy with Him. The battle was not mine, but the Lord's. I didn't have to do one thing except call the “Exterminator.” He took all the risk and was stung twice in the process. He even cleaned up the area he sprayed and placed it all in new plastic bags which were hauled away. (Smile)
THIS IS NOT YOUR BATTLE
The enemy has built a nest over your spiritual well to distract you from coming into the intimate place of rest you have with Me. Not to worry, I AM going to exterminate his dampening effect upon you and haul off his stronghold. You just stand still and see My delivering power over your life. This is My battle, loved, one, not yours.
“And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.” (Exodus 14:13 NKJ)

I saw many watchmen standing upon a wall, in America.
As they watched from the wall they saw multitudes of dangers heading towards the nation. Some watchmen were disturbed.
They did not know how to tell the people of the grave things they had seen.
In the past when they had run to people with the warnings, many screamed at them, “The danger ain’t here yet, so why are you running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off? What’s your hurry man! Tell us when the danger is a little closer, not when it’s at such a distance away. Look, next time you have a warning to give, just come ask us first how we’d like to receive it.”
Some watchmen were perplexed with the situation. Some thought, “Well, after all, the warnings are meant for the people, so it’s only fair that the people receive it, in a way that is more palatable to them”.
So now some of these watchmen would go to the people with a pen and paper, and look just like waitresses at a way-side diner, taking orders, “ How would you like your warnings, sunny side up, scrambled, poached…………?”
So these watchmen would return with a warning that was designed to the people’s taste.
Some other watchmen who also stood on the wall, saw the dangers, but thought to themselves, “ Who’s gonna listen ? It’s best I keep my mouth shut.”
Still others on the wall, saw how other watchmen were taking orders from others, and they were put off, and they also thought not to speak at all.
Then there were others who saw, but took what they saw to the kitchen, and added some, fries, pickled gherkins, pickled onions, and sprinkled on it peppers and doused it with spicy Mexican sauces. They wanted the plate to look more dramatic and colorful, besides all the add-ons made it look like there was SO much on the plate.
I saw some well-meaning watchmen in New York, who walked like they were treading on egg-shells. They did not want to hurt the people, or upset them too much, they had churches to run, so they added Scriptures and biblical stories, that had no relevance to what they had seen, they wanted to make sure that no matter what they shared, it must satisfy the ‘religious hunger’ of the people. The words must sound like they had just descended from the Throne-Room of God, so any Scripture whether it matched what they saw or not, was inserted into the warnings. They knew fully well that God Had not Given them those biblical stories and Scriptures to link with what they saw, but they saw that the people of America liked a ready format for prophetic warnings.
To assure the people in America, that what they were saying was truly of God, they had to follow the format. The format required that every prophecy and warning MUST SOUND RELIGIOUS, or the prophets and watchmen faced a definite boycott.
So, I saw that when the few true watchmen spoke, they were kicked out of the assemblies, as they followed no format, sounded not religious, and sweetened not the message. They and their messages were thrown out the windows and doors.
Towards the end of this vision, I saw these rejected messages, flying in the wind and landing on roads and pavements and odd places.
I saw as the vision faded , that they who accepted and welcomed the warnings from true uncompromising watchmen, were few, compared to the many who rejected them.
